Keep your electricity flowing & business growing
Uninterrupted power supply is the goal of every power transmission and distribution company, but many problems lie in the path of achieving it. These problems can lead to unnecessary shutdowns, and can cause huge monetary and man-hour losses. To help power companies achieve highest efficiency, FLIR brings a wide range of thermal imaging cameras and T&M products.
FLIR’s wide range of products for predictive and preventive maintenance
Substation Thermal Image
These products help in detecting hot spots from a safe distance, avoiding unwanted shutdowns, identifying hazardous SF6 gas leakage, monitoring high voltage electrical substations continuously from remote location, etc.

Advance Metering for Managing data smartly The role of metering in the power sector is growing in importance. A complete metering system is LPSHUDWLYH IRU LPSURYLQJ WKH ÀQDQFLDO health of the power distribution companies. Inadequate and faulty metering has led to lower revenue and higher losses. Power quality (PQ) of any country portrays its prosperity. Government’s initiative of ‘Make in India’ has attracted global players to set up industries (both manufacturing and services) in India. Apart from the Government’s support, their biggest requirement is quality power. At present, India’s power system is not robust when it comes to the quality of electricity supply. This is the major reason for the slow growth of manufacturing facilities / plants set up by foreign companies.

ELECRAMA 2020 promotion at Middle East Electricity expo in Dubai
Application of Graphene in Electrical Technology
ELECRAMA 2020 overseas promotion was initiated in right earnest by organising Doing Business with India networking session on the side-lines of Middle East Electricity exhibition in Dubai during 5-7th March 2019. IEEMA visited MEE which is one of the largest show on Power and served as a perfect launch pad with its large exhibitor base mostly from Europe and UK and USA..
Graphene is a single layer of carbon atoms. It is a twodimensional atomic crystal made up of carbon atoms arranged in a hexagonal honeycomb lattice. It is considered as the most amazing and versatile substance known to mankind so far. The carbon atoms are densely packed and arranged in a hexagonal pattern (called a benzene ring). Graphene is an allotrope of carbon. It has many interesting and astonishing properties, which have a promising potential for applications in composites, catalyst supports, polymer master-batches, footwear, helmets, batteries, supercapacitors, sensors and solar PV panels to name a few applications in industry, medicine and computers.
