OGX (Cluster 1 & Cluster 2) MoF for Development Manager

As you can see, this year OGX will have four areas, two programs for each cluster. The cluster segmentation is a market strategy to capitalize new universities markets. Each cluster will have three share teams (XCRM, EP Support, and Account Managers). Also, the four areas will share a Development team.
Promote OGCDP and OGIP events within the LC Track the development assessment activities of the OGX programmes. Plan and execute recognition program for OGX Team. Provide event co creation and learning environments according to the OGX programmes. Support recruitment activities with universities giving training to the membership. Promote team development activities. Such as: Team buildings, trainings, Global villages, etc. Submit weekly management report to the vice presidency, according to the criteria set at the beginning of each quarter.
