Manage Exchange Participant Managers Team, who will help to give all the support and information needed to Exchange Participant, in favor to achieve goals of Outgoing Global Exchange Programmes. Talent Profile: Logistic & CRM Leader People in Charge: 8 EP managers + 66 EPs
As you can see, this year OGX will have four areas, two programs for each cluster. The cluster segmentation is a market strategy to capitalize new universities markets. Each cluster will have three share teams (XCRM, EP Support, and Account Managers). Also, the four areas will share a Development team.
Assist the EP following the International Exchange Policies and Quality Standards. Be responsible for EP tracking, development and Coaching along with the OGCDP and OGIP VPs Support team members in learning operational activities. Support and give information with the team members about OGCDP and OGIP process to EPs. Get the necessary documents before match: EP Manual and Acceptance Note. Provide assistance during the matching process with acceptance procedures, interviews scheduling, visa Procedures, health insurance information and also provide preparation on cultural shock, procedures, health insurance information and also provide preparation on cultural shock. Manage and update Data Base with important information about EPs. Study different opportunities at the platform and deliver it to our EPs. (Matching) Promote EPs at the Platform by Wikis, Search Tools and Matching Manias. Outgoing preparation seminar (OPS) support. Support the Finance and Management area about post Match Process. Submit weekly management report to the vice presidency, according to the established criteria.
