As you can see, this year OGX will have four areas, two programs for each cluster. The cluster segmentation is a market strategy to capitalize new universities markets. Each cluster will have three share teams (XCRM, EP Support, and Account Managers). Also, the four areas will share a Development team.
Assign Exchange Customer Managers according to their profile and awareness of the College. Provide strategies to Account Managers for achieving alliances with different Colleges or Schools. Obtain and update contacts, potential partners or EP information for AIESEC in Data Base. Planning and implementation of strategy meetings with partners of AIESEC, providing solutions that benefit both parties. Coordinate execution of Selections Events (MRB), Fairs, Confereces with Stakeholders and Internal and External Recruitment Manage and Coordinate Internal and External Promotion, Selection EPs and Raised Process. Sinergy with others LCs and Keep in contact with F&M area to Legal Documents.
