A company I love is Google. The biggest things i love about google is the company culture, Projects they work on, and their dedication to a product. In recent years google has been expanding to various large projects. they have created Smart phones, word processors, and other high profile programs. Currently they are one of the larest seach engines in the world. it has over 70 offices in 27 countries. google boasts having one of the best places to work.
What Makes Google great
Google hosts one of the best corporate cultures in the world. from encouraged down time to Inside a google Office free 5 star meals being employed on the google campus is a luxury for every it developer or other business administration staff. Google is also expanding its product line. it started out with just a search engine on a university server and has expanded to phones, cars, and social media. each of these products google has put full backing into and is continuing to build them better every day.
“Don’t be evil” Why Do I Love Google
Google integrates everything that i find awesome. they encourage creative development, they motivate their employees, andare not afraid to share a joke. Why is this important? i find it important for an employer to want the best for their employees. The former CEO of GE once said “Do good unto others and they will do good unto you”. i beleive in this statment and it appears that even if Google is working independent to Jack they still follow the same model.

Adam Savage is the person that i aspire to most. Adam is a a profesional special technichian who currently works on a popular TV series called Mytbusters. He is also a prominent member of the skeptic community.

Adam apeals a an important figure to me because he embraces the best and the worst of what he does. he takes his failures and learns from them to make himself better. This inspires me because I have a desire to learn and he showed me that when i fail i can do good.
Aspiring Speeches
The most interesting work i have seen from Adam is his talk on failure. He made over an hour of coversation alking about a subject that i find crucial to learning. the ability to learn from your own failures. I found this motivatin because he is a figure of authority talking about how he learned a lot of what he does today.
