refer a friend. Team members at Together Travel know what makes a Together Travel person and know what we look for in a potential new recruit. Good people are hard to find so if you refer a friend, or a family member we’ll thank you with a monetary reward! For referring a friend, or family member, to work at Together Travel team members could receive £150 for referring a non-managerial role or £300 for managerial role. The payment is made after they have completed 4 months of service with us. You have to register your referral at the point that your friend/family members applies for the role with us. There is a Refer a Friend form to complete on Breathe.

extra days off. Giving you an extra paid day off when you most want and need it! Your Birthday Off You can take your birthday as a paid day off work. If you birthday falls on one of your non-working days you can take a different day off in your birthday week. Moving House We understand this is can be a stressful time so you can take a paid day off for moving house.

bike to work. This is a scheme introduced by the Government and uses tax advantages to encourage people to travel to work by bike. It means that you can save up to 40% on the cost of bicycles and/or equipment that you use predominantly to travel to and from work, up to the value of £1000. The Bike 2 Work scheme is part of the Governments Green Transport plan and is made possible by saving on Income tax and National Insurance Contributions. The costs are spread over a 12 month period. health care cash plan. This is a health and wellbeing benefit which all employed team members are registered with soon after joining Together Travel. You will be sent your membership details directly from BUPA to your home address. Examples of what can be claimed per year through BUPA: Therapies (including physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and chiropody/podiatry) – up to £150 each. Dental – up to £60 Dental accident – up to £200 Optical – up to £60 BUPA Health Assessments – up to £100 Prescription charges – up to £25

bupa anytime helpline.

Included in your membership is 24 hour access, 365 days a year to the BUPA Anytime Helpline. This enables you to speak with experts in relation to Emotional Support covering things like: stress, bereavement, coping with change, anxiety and depression, substance misuse, relationship and family issues. The Anytime Helpline also offers Practical Information from experts on things like: money management and debt, landlord disputes, divorce, consumer rights, parenting, careers and training advice.

eye tests + glasses. Any team members who use a computer as part of their role are entitled to an eye test and glasses, should they be required when using a computer. Together Travel cover this cost by utilising the Bupa benefit where team members can claim up to £60 for optical costs. Together Travel also will cover up to an additional £100 if the £60 does not fully cover the cost of the test and glasses.

May Bank holiday weekends – this includes the weekends preceding the Bank Holiday weekends to the end of Bank Holiday Monday. June, July, August and September. Christmas and New Year. Off Peak January – after the bank holiday/s. February – not including half term. March – unless Easter falls in this month. April – anytime other than Easter May – not including half term. October – not including half term. November December – not including Christmas.

Our locations make great places to spend time with your friends and family and we always aim to enable our team to get the best rates possible. We have three categories detailed below with the applicable discounts that we are able to offer 1. Last minute. If you can leave your booking till 48 hours or less before stay we can offer you the best price which will be the cost of the clean. As our properties are all of varying sizes the cost of clean will be dependent on the property so please enquire with our Revenue Manager. NB – this last-minute offer is applicable to NAIL owned properties only. 2. Booking in advance When booking in advance we are able to offer the following discounts: If booking in Peak period we can offer up to 20% discount. If booking off Peak we can offer 40% discount. Please see the table below which outlines when Peak/Off Peak times are. NB – this is applicable to NAIL owned properties only. 3. Non-NAIL properties The Revenue Manager will give details of best price available at the time.

volunteer days. We understand that people are keen to give more back to their favourite charities and Together Travel would like to enable all of our team members to get involved and support charities that are important to them and the local communities in which we live and work. To enable our team members to give their time to these charities and organisations Together Travel will pay for team members to spend 2 days per year volunteering at their charity/ organisation of choice. This request for time off will need to be authorised by the line manager as per all time away from work and we kindly request that you share your volunteering story with a photograph of you at your chosen charity.

family friendly. We are pleased to offer our team members enhanced maternity and paternity pay (over the statutory amount set by the government). Maternity Pay The statutory amount set by the government is 6 weeks @ 90% salary followed by 33 weeks statutory maternity pay (currently £156.66 – May 2022 or 90% of your average weekly earnings - whichever is lower). This is paid if the team member has completed 26 weeks of service by their qualifying week (15 weeks before the due date). Together Travel will pay 12 weeks @ 90% salary followed by 27 weeks statutory maternity pay. This is paid if the team member has completed 18 months service by the qualifying week. If they have less than 18 months service they will receive the statutory figures detailed in previous paragraph. Paternity Pay The statutory amount set by the government is 2 weeks leave @ 90% salary. Together Travel will pay 2 weeks leave @ full pay.

As per our standard contracts – holidays start at 20 days per year (for full time team members and prorated for part time team members) and increase by 1 day after each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days holiday per year. This is applicable to our team members on zero hours contracts too – the percentage of holiday hours accrued increase in line with length of service.

As part of your standard package all team members receive life assurance cover paid for by the company. This is for 2 x salary in the event of death whilst you are employed by Together Travel, to be paid to your nominated beneficiary. Please ensure that you have completed the Expression of Wishes Form available on Breathe.

pension. Three months on from your start date with us you will be due to be automatically enrolled into the Together Travel Co pension scheme. You will be auto enrolled if: • You are not already part of our workplace pension scheme and • You earn over £10,000 a year; and • You are 22 or over; and • You are under the state pension age; and • You work or ordinarily work in the UK. The government outlines that 8% of earnings each month is to be put into the pension with the split being 5% from the employee and 3% from the employer. At Together Travel we do the split differently so that the employer contributes a higher percentage of 4% and the team member contributes a lower percentage of 4%.

tt top dogs. This is a biannual award scheme which recognises great teamwork. Teams nominate themselves and the Directors choose the winners. This award celebrates teamwork across the business. This does not need to be exclusively in your departmental team but can be made up of a number of individuals from various teams/locations who have worked together to successfully either complete a project or have demonstrated great teamwork. Examples could be: Housekeeping team gaining high volume of recognition from guests, Housekeeping team gaining external awards, Property sales – site team and Central Office team members working collaboratively to close a tricky sale, Site Management team members working with a Central Office team member/department in roll out of new initiative, Sales team having record number of telephone sales conversions, site team members working collaboratively with Marketing on specific project to successfully drive business to their site etc. Teams need to clearly demonstrate the 3 A’s – Amazing Service, Amazing Product and Amazing Culture. Together with our People Competencies: A positive, can do attitude; Fantastic product knowledge; Team player; Strong communicator; Solution Orientated. Each half the team will win a prize pot of £2,500 and the runner up team will receive a prize pot of £500.
