Bosley Cloud is a prominent hill situated within Cheshire's Peak District on the border between Cheshire and Staffordshire. At 343 metres high, this is one of the highest hills in the area and one of the best places to see spectacular views of Cheshire and experience exhilarating mountain bike routes.
Begin by parking at Timbersbrook and following the Gritstone Trail to the Cloud summit; the route then follows way-marked trails, including densely wooded areas, followed by a steep ascent to the craggy sandstone summit.
You can alternatively head to the nearby Bosley Reservoir and pick up the waterside path.
