بنفانتــی ( :)BONFANTIتخصــص و نوآوری در حمــل و نقــل مــواد و آمــادگاری ( )Logisticتولید کلیات رشکــت بنفانتــی BONFANTIتجــارب ارزنــدهای در زمینــه حمــل و نقــل مــواد و آمــادگاری محصــوالت دارد .ایــن رشکــت و کادر مجــرب آن قصــد دارنــد کــه بــا طراحــی مؤثرتریــن اســراتژیها بــرای تســهیل حمــل و نقــل مــواد و در نتیجــه بهینهســازی ایــن فراینــد ،عــاوه بــر تضمیــن باالتریــن کیفیــت و اســتاندارهای ایمنــی ،ســود دهــی مشــریان را نیــز افزایــش دهنــد. تخصــص و نــوآوری ،کلــات کلیــدی در متامــی شــاخههای فعالیــت رشکــت بنفانتــی میباشــند .طیــف گســرده محصــوالت مــا ،متامــی نیازهــای مشــریامنان از جملــه: حمــل و نقــل مــواد ،تغذیــه تجهیــزات ،انبــار و فرایندهــای کنــرل و نظــارت را برطــرف میســازد. رشکت بنفانتی در طراحی ،تولید و نصب موارد زیر دست دارد: •تجهیزات باالبر •تجهیزات حمل و نقل و انبار مواد •سیستمها و کاربردهای SW رشکـ�ت بنفانتـ�ی عـلاوه بـ�ر ایـ�ن ،در سـ�ازما ن �EPC (Engineering, Procure )ment and Constructionبــه مشــاوره و انجــام پروژههــای کلیــدی ب ـرای کارخانههــا وسیســتمهای کامــل میپــردازد. محصوالت ما شامل موارد زیر میشود: •تجهیزات استاندارد باالبر •دیگر ماشینها و سیستمهای حمل و نقل مواد •انبارهای اتوماتیک •کنرتل و نظارت بر فرایند •مهندسی عمومی رشکــت بنفانتــی یــک خــط تولیــد اختصاصــی ب ـرای بخشهــای مختلــف صنعتــی در اختیــار دارد کــه محصوالتــی متنــوع از قبیــل جرثقیلهــای ســاده نگهــداری، لــوازم باالبــر و حتــی تجهیـزات حمــل ونقــل ســنگین بــا ظرفیــت حداکــر 400تــن را شــامل مـیود. استاندارد و کیفیت بنفانتی تجهیــزات بنفانتــی بــا اســتفاده ازاســتانداردهای FEMو ISOو مطابــق بــا نشــان MACHINERY DIRECTIVEطراحــی شــدهاند .مقیــاس بنــدی ایــن تجهیــزات عــاوه بــر در نظــر گرفــن اســتاندارد ،رشایــط و ویژگیهــای خــاص محیطــی کــه ایــن تجهیـزات در آن اســتفاده خواهنــد شــد را نیــز در نظــر میگیــرد. از ســالها قبــل تــا کنــون ،بنفانتــی تحــت لیســانس کنــرل کیفیــت ISO 9001 در ایــن زمینههــا فعالیــت داشــته اســت :طراحــی ،ســاخت ،نصــب ،مشــاوره و خدمــات پــس از فــروش. بــا توجــه مفــرط بــه استانداردســازی قطعــات یدکــی و ارائــه بســتههای قطعــات یدکــی کــه بــه دقــت انتخــاب شــدهاند ،بنفانتــی بــه مشــریان خــود ایــن فرصــت را میدهــد کــه زمــان و خــرج تعمیـرات و رسویــس قطعــات خــود را بــه حداقــل
میـزان ممکــن کاهــش دهنــد ،کــه ایــن هزینــه و زمــان بســیار بیشــر از هزینــه و زمــان الزم ب ـرای ســاخت ایــن قطعــات یدکــی میباشــد. مأموریــت اصلــی مــا ارائــه تخصــص و محصــوالت بــه مشــریانی اســت کــه هــدف اصلیشــان ارتقــا ســود دهــی فعالیتهــا و بهــره وری لجســتیک رشکتشــان میباشــد. تجهیزات فوالد HDC -رشکت بنفانتی رشکــت بنفانتــی ،ب ـرای ارائــه پاســخ مناســب بــه تقاضــای مشــریان و بهــرهوری بیشــر ،طیــف وســیعی از تجهیـزات HDCمختــص بــه صنایــع فــوالد تولیــد کــرده اســت تــا همــواره بتوانــد تقاضاهــای عملیاتــی پیچیدهتــر را رسیعتــر و بــدون اتــاف وقــت نیــز پاس ـخگو باشــد. تجهی ـزات HDCدر مــوارد مــورد نیــاز حمــل نقــل ســنگین زیــر ،مــورد مطالعــه ق ـرار گرفتــه اســت: •امنیت •قابل اعتامد بودن •سطوح باالی کارایی ایــن طیــف گســرده از محصــوالت ب ـرای پوشــش متامــی مراحــل فراینــد تولیــد، از اســتخراج مــواد خــام و معدنــی گرفتــه تــا آخریــن مراحــل مختــص بــه انبــار و ارســال درنظــر گرفتــه شــدهاند .از آنجــا کــه مراحــل مربــوط بــه صنایــع فــوالد هرکــدام ویژگیهــا و رشایــط خــاص خــود را دارنــد و نیــاز بــه طراحــی خــاص خــود میباشــند ،رشکــت بنفانتــی طیــف محصــوالت مبنــی بــر HDCخــود را براســاس مراحــل مختلــف در فراینــد تولیــد تنــوع بخشــیده اســت. از آن رو کــه محصــوالت رشکــت مــا همــواره در حــال پیرشفــت اســت ،فنــون اعــال شــده بــر تجهیــزات HDCبــه طــور پیوســته در حــال تکامــل انــد تــا بتواننــد بــرای حــل مشــکالتی ماننــد مــوارد زیــر مناســب باقــی مباننــد: •حضور منابع گرمایی و گرد و غبار •مدیریت دورههای محدود تعمیر و نگهداری •ایمنی اپراتورها مبنــای طراحــی تجهی ـزات HDCطــوری در نظــر گرفتــه شــده اســت کــه تأمیــن قطعــات جانبــی مکانیکــی و الکرتونیکــی ایــن تجهیـزات بــه ســادگی و بــا کمرتیــن هزینــه و وقــت انجــام پذیــرد .متامــی ایــن مــوارد در جهــت فراهــم آوردن بهرتیــن خدمــات و محصــوالت ب ـرای مــرف کنندگانــی اســت کــه هدفشــان بــاال بــردن ســود دهــی و امنیــت محیــط کار و همچنیــن کاهــش هزینههــای تعمیــر و نگــهداری میباشــد. تجهیزات خودکار عملیات گرمایی ( HT) HEAT TREATMENTرشکت بنفانتی تجهیــزات HTطــوری طراحــی شــدهاند کــه بتواننــد بــه فرایندهــای عملیــات گرمایی/آهنگــری بــه صــورت خــودکار رســیدگی کننــد .اســتفاده هــای معمــول INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY

اخبار فن آوری بُنفانتی عبارتنــد از :صنعــت آهنگــری ( ،)FORGINGکارخانــه هــای سیمســازی، تولیــدات بســت و پیــچ و مهــره. قابلیــت بــاالی سیســتمهای HTدر جداســازی و رسهمبنــدی آنهــا ،باعــث میشــود بتــوان فرایندهــای لجســتیک را بــه ســادگی مهندســی کــرد .ویژگیهــای اصلــی عبارتانــد از: •سیســتم ضــد نوســان مکانیکــی ب ـرای اجتنــاب از نوســان در فرایندهــای انبــار و رســیدگی •شناسایی خودکار مواد برای رسیدگی •شناسایی و تصدیق ابعاد مواد •تثبیــت موقعیــت خــودکار مــواد بــه طــور کامــل در محــل انجــام فراینــد از جملــه: بارگـزاری کورههــا ،گرمایــش حوضچههــای آب و ســکوهای خنــک ســازی. •نگهداری و ذخیره خودکار مواد در انبارهای WIPبرای مراقبت از مواد. •خارج سازی خودکار مواد نگهداری شده از انبارها •پردازش تبادل داده با برنامههای ERPو . خانــواده تاسيســات لولــه كــى «ســازنده ی» تجهيــزات خــط لولــه يــورو (:)EPE يــك داســتان موفــق دربــاره نــوآورى فنــى ى ،GLP 980 در اولــن روزهــاى رسد ژانويــه ٤ ،ســازنده تاسيســات لولــه كــ ِ كــه توســط SICIMخريــدارى شــد بــه منطقــه ســيواس ( )sivasدر آناتوليــاى مركــزى وارد شــدند ،تــا كمــك هــاى مفيــد خــود را در ســاخت پــروژه TANAP ارائــه دهنــد .آنهــا بــه رسعــت نــوآورى خــود را در طراحــى فنــى نشــان دادنــد: آنهــا بـراى جابجايــى آســان و مقــرون بــه رصفــه ،تكــه هــاى اجـزا را از هــم پيــاده كــرده و بــه كانتيــر هــاى روبــاز منتقــل كردنــد .رونــد دوبــاره رس هــم كــردن آنهــا از آنچــه تصــور ميشــد كوتاهــر بود،آنهــا بــا ايــن كار كمــك كردنــد كــه ٪٧٥ از كل هزينــه هــاى معمــول جابجايــى در بــازار تاسيســت لولــه كــى را كاهــش دهنــد. حتــى در موقعيــت هــاى آب و هوايــى ســخت ماننــد بــرف و طوفــان و يــخ، ســازنده هــاى GPL 980توانســتند در فــاز TANAP:Trans Anatolian“ ٢ ”Natural Gas Pipelineخــط لولــه گاز طبيعــى آناتــوىل روى ٤٥٠كيلومــر لولــه كــه گاز را بــه اروپــا از طريــق آذربايجــان ،گرجســتان و آلبــاىن مــي فرســتد، بــه طــور موثــر كار كننــد.
شــد. بــه كمــك تشــكيالت كارآمــد و مهنــدىس داخــى تجهيــزات خــط لولــه يــورو، توليــدات خــود را (از مــواد خــام تــا توليــد نهايــى) در تاسيســات كارخانــه خــود صنعتــى مــي كنــد و مــي ســازد و ســعى مــي كنــد تــا نقطــه مشــرىك بــا مشــريان در يــى كــردن و تحقــق پيــدا كنــد و متــام تجهيــزات را بــراى اجــراى بهــر در ســايت ادغــام كنــد. ب ـراى اينكــه مشــريان بتواننــد نســبت بــه نيــاز خــود تاسيســات لولــه كــى را انتخــاب كننــد ،تجهي ـزات خــط لولــه يــورو تصيــم گرفــت تــا ســازه ى جديــدى را در ســال ٢٠١٦كــه مــي توانــد اجرايــى درجــه يــك در انــدازه اى كوچــك تــر داشــته باشــد را ،عرضــه و توســعه کنــد. مــدل جديــد ســازه ٧٠ GPLتــن را بلنــد خواهــد كــرد ،و تنهــا تاسيســات لو لــه كــى انــدازه متوســط بــا مزيــت هــاى قابــل محســوس در ضمينــه حمــل و اداره در نــوع خــود خواهــد بــود .تصيــم گرفتــه شــده تــا در ايــن مــدل رسمايــه گــذارى
همــه اينهــا بــه لطــف همــكارى جــدى ميــان ســازنده هــاى خــط لولــه اروپــا و SICIMاكان پذيــر شــد ،ايــن قوي ـاً بــه پــروژه در مرحلــه درك طراحــى ســازنده هــاى - GPL 980كــه قابليــت بلنــد كــردن ٩٨،٠٠٠كيلوگــرم بــه كمــك موتــور كاترپيالر،قطعــات Bosch Rexrothو شــاىس ســفارىش را ضامنــت مــى كنــد- كمــك اســاىس كــرد. ســخنگويان SICIMادعــا مــى كنند»:بــه لطــف ايــن راه حــل منعطــف فنــى بــه کاربــرده شــده در ســازه هــاى GPL 980مــا ميتوانيــم جريــان كارى ٢٤ســاعته را ضامنــت كنيــم .اگــر بــه طــور تصــادىف ،يــى از قطعــات ،كــه ميتوانــد جــدا شــود، كار منيكــرد ،مــا ميتوانيــم بــه رسعــت آن را تعويــض كنيــم ،در صورتيكــه قطعــه خـراب شــده بتوانــد بــدون از دســت دادن كارايــى خــود تعمــر شــود». بــه زودى ٦ســازه ى ديگــر GPL 980و در مــاه هــاى آينــده هــم بســيارى ديگــر از ســايت هــاى ســاخت و ،SICIMشــامل «»Gasoducto Andino del Sur كــه يــك پــروژه خــط لولــه در آنـ ِ ـدس پــرو اســت نيــز ،بــه تركيــه منتقــل خواهــد
شــود تــا بتــوان تقاضــاى بســيارى از پیامنــکاران كــه روى پــروژه هــاى قطــر متوســط و كوچــك متمركزنــد را تحــت پوشــش قـرار داد .موتــور Caterpillarو قطعــات Bosch Rexrothهــم جــزىئ از تركيــب آرايــش ارائــه شــده از طــرف GPL 980خواهــد بــود.

ِ SERTUBIستوبــی :ســازنده ی لولههــای انعطــاف پذیــر آهنــی «ســاخت ایتالیــا» رشکــت جینــدال ســا ایتالیــا Jindal Saw Italiaتولیــد کننــده لولههــای انعطــاف پذیــر آهنــی تحــت نــام تجــاری Sertubiمیباشــد .ایــن رشکــت واقــع در شــهر تریِســته Triesteایتالیــا ،واحــد تولیــد اروپایــی جمعیــت Jindalبـرای لولههــای آهنــی انعطــاف پذیــر میباشــد .ایــن کارخانــه در نقطــهای بســیار خــوش آینــد در شــهر تریِســته Triesteبــا مســاحت 50000مــر مربــع واقــع شــده اســت. برنامههــای تولیــدی رشکــت Jindal Saw Italiaبــازه گســردهای از DN 80 تــا DN 1000را پوشــش میدهــد .ایــن برنامــه میتوانــد تــا حــد DN 2200 کــه توســط دیگــر کارخانههــای جمعیــت Jindalارائــه میشــود ،افزایــش یابــد. مزایای لولههای انعطاف پذیرآهنی مقاومــت مــواد و ویژگیهــای رســانایی آن ،بــه همــراه کارایــی بــاالی تضمیــن شــده توســط وارشهــا و اتصــاالت آهــن انعطــاف پذیــر در سیســتمهای لولهکشــی، موجــب ظهــور مزایایــی میشــوند کــه در زیــر آورده میشــود: •مقاومــت در برابــر خوردگــی :بــا حضــور گرافیــت داخــل ســاختار شــبکه فــوالد و محتویــات ســیلیکونی ،مقاومــت در برابــر خوردگــی ایــن لولههــای آهنــی از منونههــای فــوالدی باالتــر میباشــد. •مقاومــت در برابــر بارهــای ســنگین و زیرزمینــی :انــدازه بــزرگ و اســتحکام بــاالی محصــوالت امــکان اســتفاده ایــن محصــوالت را در رشایــط مفــرط و تحــت بارهــای ســنگین را فراهــم مـیآورد. •مقاومــت در برابــر فشــار :اندازهبنــدی بــا توجــه بــه فشــار عملیاتــی مجــاز، منجــر بــه فاکتــور امنیــت ( 3کــه باالتــر از هرگونــه مــاده دیگــری اســت) میشــود. •ســهولت در نصــب و رصفــه اقتصــادی :نیرومنــدی مــواد بــکار رفتــه و ســهولت نصــب انشــعابات توپــی ،موجــب نصــب رسیــع و آســان بــدون نیــاز بــه مــاده خاصــی بـرای پوشــش و یــا نیــروی کار متخصــص میشــود .کــه ایــن ویژگــی باعــث کاهــش هزینههــای نصــب میشــود. •قابــل اطمینــان بــودن :بــر اســاس آمــار جم ـعآوری شــده ،لولههــای انعطــاف پذیــر آهنــی پایینتریــن ســطح خرابــی را دارا میباشــند ،از ایــن رو هزینههــای تعمیــر و نگــهداری ایــن سیســتمها حداقــل میباشــد. •راحتــی در دراز مــدت :متامــی پساندازهــای مربــوط بــه عملیــات نصــب و مدیریــت سیســتمها ،همــراه بــا طــول عمــر بــاالی کار ،در دراز مــدت باعــث بازگشــت هزینــه اولیــه تجهیــزات میشــود. مقاومت لولههای انعطاف پذیر آهنی در برابر لرزه بــا توجــه بــه برتریهــای سیســتمهای خطــوط لول ـه انعطــاف پذیــر آهنــی ،بــد نیســت دربــاره مقاومــت آنهــا در برابــر لــرزه توضیحاتــی بدهیــم .بــه طــور ویــژه قصــد داریــم کــه بــر قابلیــت سیســتمهای خطــوط لولــه انعطــاف پذیــر آهنــی در وفــق دادن خــود بــا حــرکات زمیــن ،کــه بــر اثــر لرزشهــای زمیــن ایجــاد میشــود تأکیــد کنیــم .ایــن قابلیــت بــه طــور عمومــی برخــاف لولههــای فــوالدی ،در

محــدودهی عملیاتــی اففبــی شــامل شــیرهای توپــی دســتی ( )manualو پنوماتیکــی ( )pneumaticallyیــا الکرتیکــی ( 2 )electricallyو 3راهــه دارای شــیار داخلــی ،بــا اتصــاالت فلنجــی ( )Flangedو جوشــی اســت.
اففبــی از ژوئــن ،2002متامــی شــیرهای خــود را بــا توجــه بــه الزامات دســتورالعمل اروپایــی 97/23/CEتولیــد کــرده اســت و در صــورت لــزوم بدنـهی شــیرها بــا نشــان بازرگانــیِ CEنشــانهگذاری شــدهاند. اففبــی مهمرتیــن گواهینامههــا و اظهارنامههایــی کــه در رابطــه بــا شــیرهای توپــی کســب کــرده را بــه مشــریانِ خــود عرضــه میکنــد .از میــان آنهــا میتــوان بــه ( DVGWبــرای گاز و آب آشــامیدنی)،Fire Safe ،TA-LUFT ،TUV ، ،Atexبیانیــه انطبــاق ( ،)declarations of conformityموافقتنامههــای ( FDAب ـرای بدن ـهی شــیر) و دیگــر توافقهــا ( DNVیــا مصوب ـهی کارخانجــات ریختهگــری ال لویــد) اشــاره کــرد. ِ قابلیــت اطمینــانِ وجــو ِد بیــش از 50گواهینامــه و توافقنامــه کیفیــت و محصــوالت اففبــی را ثابــت میکنــد. . یکــی از بزرگتریــن نقــاط قـ ِ ـوت اففبــی امــکانِ تولیــد و سفارشــی کــردنِ شــیرها مطابــقِ تقاضــای مشــری اســت .اففبــی بــا اســتفاده از یــک تیــم حرفــهای و
مــواد اولیــه ســاخت و تولیــد ،فــوالد کربنــی A105یــا LF2اســت .همچنیــن از فــوالد ضــد زنــگ شــامل AISI316 ، AISI316و AISI304اســتفاده میشــود. عــاوه بــر ایــن محــدودهی بســیار وســیعی از شــیرهای توپــی برنجــی ،هامننــد شــیرهای پروانـهای چدنــی ( ،)cast iron butterfly valvesبصــورت دســتی و یــا عملگــر خــودکار ( )actuatorموجــود اســت. محــدودهی تحمــل فشــار شــیرهای صنعتــی اففبــی بســیار گســرده اســت. آزمایشهــای انجــام شــده می ـزان فشــار کاری ب ـرای شــیرهایی بــا بدن ـهی ویفــری و همچنیــن انــواع فلنجــی را از 10تــا 100بــار ( )PN10 to PN100و بــرای انــواع شــیاردار و جوشــی تــا 420بــار ( )PN420گــزارش میدهنــد. همچنیــن محــدودهی دمایــی میتوانــد بیــن -40تــا +260درجــه ســانتیگراد تغییــر کنــد. محصــوالت جدیــد اففبــی شــامل شــیرهای صنعتــی توپــی در کالس فشــار کاری 100بــار ( )PN100و ANSI600در مدلهــای ویفــری و و ویفــری چنــد تکــهای هســتند .انــدازهی شــیرهای صنعتــی اففبــی از DN15تــا DN100 اســت .مــواد موجــود بــرای تولیــد A105، LF2، AISI304و AISI316

شیرهای صنعتی ،لوله ها ،مخازن ا ِففبی همچنیــن اففبــی طیــف گســردهای از شــیرهای توپــی الکرتیکــی یــا پنوماتیکــی عملگــر خــودکار را در ســه جنــس فــوالد ،فــوالد ضــد زنــگ و برنــج عرضــه میکنــد .کــه شــامل لــوازم جانب ـیای ماننــد شــیرهای ســلنوئیدی (اســتاندارد یــا ،)ATEXســوییچهای محــدود (اســتاندارد یــا ،)ATEXجابهجــا کنندههــای الکرتوپنوماتیــک ،کاهــش دهندههــای فشــار ،گیربکسهــا و باتریهــای اضطـراری اســت .همچنیــن عملگرهــای خــودکار الکرتیکــی کمجــا بـرای مصــارف خــاص ارائــه میشــود.
هســتند .شــیرهای توپــی فلنجــی ANSI600نیــز در حــال تولیــد میباشــند. انــواع متعــددی از شــیرهای ســه جهت ـهی شــیاردار یــا فلنجــی بــا 4پایــه ()seat در مدلهــای ،Aisi316Lدســتی و یــا بــا اتصــاالت ایــزو تــاپ ( )Iso topنیــز موجــود اســت. فعالیتهــای ویــژهی اففبــی شــامل مــوارد زیــر میشــود :اســتفاده از روشهــای اســتاندارد جهــت رنــگ کــردن ،رنــگ آمیــزی ویــژه طبــق تقاضــای مشــریان ،انجــام روکــش توســط فلــز روی ،زدودن روغــن از شــیرهای اکســیژن ،پایههــای یکپارچــه در صنعــت غــذا و رنــگ ،نشــانهگذاری ویــژهی شــیرهای صنعتــی ،برچســب شــاره گــذاری و بســته بنــدی مطابــق تقاضــای مشــریان.

تِلکُو ِمــک (:)TELCOMECهــر تولیــد ِ «اتصــاالت بــی انتهــا» ه ـرِ تولیـ ِـد قطعــات سفارشــی دقیقــا هــان اِلِامنــی اســت کــه تِلکو ِمــک ( )Telecomecبــا آن توصیــف میشــود .تلکومــک ،رشکــت ایتالیایــی اســت کــه در طراحــی و ســاخت ابزارهایــی بــرای انتقــال حرکــت )motion (transmission تخصــص دارد .ایــن رشکــت توســط هســتهی مرکــزی ،فــردی بنــام امیلیــا ( )Emiliaایجــاد شــده و ســپس در ســال 1993بکمــک 4نفــر از اعضــا تاســیس گردیــد .ایــن افــراد تصمیــم گرفتنــد تجربـهی بیســت ســاله و تخصــص خــود در زمینـهی اجـزاء مکانیکــی را بــا یکدیگــر بــه اشـراک بگذارنــد .بــه ایــن ترتیــب تلکومــک ،ســاختامن مرکــزی خــود را در لیپــو د ِ کالــدرارا ( )Lippo di Calderaraدر شــهر بولونیــای ایتالیــا بنــا کــرد .ایــن رشکــت در طراحــی ابزارهــای انتقــال حرکــت ماننــد کالچ ،ترمــز ،کالچ صفحــهای یــا دندانــهای بــا آزاد کننــده یــا فرمانبــ ِر الکرتیکــی ()electrically یــا پنوماتیکــی ( )pneumaticallyو قطعــات متیــز کننــده (brush contact )tipsتخصــص دارد .در طــول ایــن ســالها رشکــت رشــد و توســعهی بســیاری داشــته اســت بطوریکــه امــروزه 60درصــد فــروش خــود را در بــازار ایتالیــا و 40 درصــد را از فــروش خارجــی کســبمیکنــد .وینچنتــزو تومــازی (Vincenzo )Tomasiمدیــر عامــل رشکــت معتقــد اســت کــه از اواخــر دهـهی نــود ،رشکــت در منایشــگاههای مختلــف در دنیــا (از آملــان تــا رومانــی و از روســیه تــا برزیــل) رشکــت کــرده اســت و ایــن رسمایهگــذاری بــه مــا قــدرت افزایــش فعالیتهایــان را داده ،همچنیــن موجــب دیــده شــدن رشکــت و محصــوالت مــا در رسارس جهــان شــده اســت. یک موتور ،اتصاالت بی پایانِ قطعات تقاضــای بــازار جهانــی همــواره بــه دنبــال محصــوالت سفارشــی و ویــژه اســت. اولیــن ســخن توماســی در حالیکــه بــه کاتالــوگ جدیــدی کــه 40صفحــه بــه آن اضافــه شــده اشــاره میکنــد ،چنیــن اســت « :مــا معمــوال از یــک لیســت قطعــات اســتاندارد و تنظیــم شــده اســتفاده میکنیــم ».مدیــر رشکــت توضیــح میدهــد « :رشکــت مــا از هــان بــدو تاســیس در تولیــد محصوالتــی همچــون کالچهــای کنــرل شــدهی الکرتیکــی و پنوماتیکــی ،کالچهــای دندانـهای ،صفحـهای، اصطکاکــی و همچنیــن طیــف گســردهای از لوازمــی کــه قــادر بــه ایجــاد گشــتاورهای دلخــواه (از 2تــا 18000نیوتنمــر) هســتند ،تخصــص داشــته اســت ».کاربردهــای ایدههــای مــا بســیار گسرتدهاســت .از صنایــع بســتهبندی تــا نســاجی ،از ســاخت و ســازهای ســاختامنی تــا تولیــد رسامیــک ،و همچنیــن انجــام اکــر فعالیتهــای گوناگــون خــودکار ماننــد حرکــت توســط غلطکهــای

انتقــال دهنــده بــا اســتفاده از یــک کالچ تلکومــک ب ـرای هــر حرکــت بــه جــای اســتفاده از یــک موتــور الکرتیکــی. «در طــی ایــن ســالها متــام ســعی مــا بــر گســردگی طیــف محصوالمتــان بــوده اســت .همچنیــن تــاش بســیاری کردهایــم تــا محصــوالت متنوعــی را بــا قیمــت مناســب بـرای مشــریامنان از رسارس جهــان عرضــه مناییــم .مــا معتقــد هســتیم کــه ایــن موضــوع چالــش بزرگــی در آینــده خواهــد بــود». کلیــهی محصــوالت تلکومــک در ایتالیــا تولیــد میشــوند .رشکــت از فــنآوری خــودکار پیشــگام خــود منتفــع اســت و از شــبکهای از پیامنــکارانِ فرعــی کــه در انــواع ماشــینکاری متخصــص هســتند نیــز اســتفاده میمنایــد. «رشکــت بیشــرین توجــه خــود را بــه انتخــاب مــواد خامــی کــه همــواره کارآمــد
هســتند معطــوف مـیدارد .هامنطــور کــه تومــازی اشــاره میکنــد ،عــاوه بــر ایــن آزمایشــات و کنــرل کیفیــت محصــوالت خــارج از ســازمان نیــز صــورت میگیــرد. رشکــت انعطــاف پذیــری و تحویــل بــه موقــع محصــوالت خــود را مدیــون حفــظ همــکاری و روابــط خــود بــا صنعتگـران محلــی اســت ».یکــی دیگــر از نقــاط قــوت رشکــت ،کاالی انبــار آن اســت کــه همــواره آمــاده ب ـرای خدمترســانی و مجهــز بــه محصــوالت نیمهآمــادهای اســت کــه در طــی رونــد کوتاهــی بــرای مونتــاژ آمــاده خواهنــد بــود. «ایــن روزهــا کارخانجــات تولیــد ماشــین آالت دیگــر قــادر بــه داشــتنن برنامــه ب ـرای ارائ ـهی فعالیتهــای خــود نیســتند .در گذشــته ،تحویــل محصــوالت شــاید حتــی چندیــن مــاه طــول میکشــید .امــا امــروزه بیشــر از دوازده روز طــول

In addition, with our two latest-generation VARIAN Linatron 9, 6 and 3 MeV linear accelerators, we are the first company in Italy offering outsourced services capable of testing steel more than 400 mm thick. We have developed an efficient company Quality System and have been ISO 9001 certified since 2000; certification was reconfirmed in July 2010 in accordance with the new standard. حضــور پررنــگ تِســ ُتورى ( )TESTORIدر بــازار اي ـراىن گــروه رشكــت هــاى تســتورى بيــش از ١١٠ســال اســت كــه در عرصــه فــن نســاجى بــه كار بــرده شــده در پااليــش صنعتــى ،بـراى فراينــد توليــد و حفاظــت از محيــط زيســت فعــال اســت .هســته تجــارت تســتورى در طراحــى ،توليــد و بازاريــاىب در بخــش هــاى منســوجات( ســبك بافت،پارچــه ،مند،چنتــه و غــره ).و توليــدات ديگــر بـراى گاز(شــامل عنــارص صــاىف گاز داغ) وتصويــه مايــع مــی باشــد. ايــن گــروه از پنــج رشكــت تشــكيل شــده .در ايتاليــا در راس اســت ،فعــال اصــى در اروپــا و دربــازار خــارج از آن بــه طــور مــداوم در حــال رشــد اســت.
و مســتمر ،TCIUگــروه تســتورى توانســت بــه اس ـراتژيك هــاى صنايــع ديگــر همچــون :آهــن ،آلومینيــوم ،ســنگ گــچ ،رسب و روى و توليــدات باطــرى و پرتوشــيمى اى كــه رصفــاً كيســه هــاى تصفيــه جداســازى گاز جامــد را عرضــه ميكنــد ،نفــوذ پيــدا كنــد. بــه جهــت اشــراك گــذارى تجربــه و دانــش فنــى تســتورى TCIU ،توانســت تجــارت تصفيــه مايعــات كــه بخــش هــاى مهــم صنعــت مثــل :پرتوشــيمى ،نفــت و گاز ،صنايــع شــيمى ،صنايــع غذايــى ،آهــن ،توليــدات ســنگ معــدن و پااليــش فل ـزات را هــدف ق ـرار مــى داد ،وســيع كنــد. در كشــورهاى فرانســوى زبــان اروپــا و آفريقــا گــروه تســتورى از ســال هــا پيــش در كنــار رشكــت خواهــر خــود ٪١٠٠( TTL France گــروه تســتورى) ،مســتقر در مــال هــاوس ،آلســاس ،حــارض اســت.جوهره ى داخــى ايــن بخــش بــه TTL امــكان را ميدهــد كــه در روش بازاريــاىب خــود بســيار متنــوع و مختلــف و مســتقل باشــد .در چنــد ســال اخــر گــروه تســتورى جايــگاه خــود را ب ـراى ارائــه بهرتيــن خدمــات در بــن كشــورهاى خليــج بــا بازگشــايى كارخانــه تصفيــه تســتورى امــارات در ابوظبــى دىب ،تثبيــت كــرده اســت .جهــت رضايــت بيشــر از كيفيــت اروپايــى منــد و پارچــه در بــازار صنعــت تصفيــه آمريــكاى شــاىل ،در ســال ٢٠١١دفــر فــروش و انبــار ) Testori U.S.A. ايــن محصــول در اوايــل ٢٠١٦راه انــدازى شــد .آزمــون هــاى در حــال حــارض بــر روى كارخانجــات ذوب آلومنيــوم كــه در آنهــا ٢٠٠كيســه تصفيــه SSBروى يــك فيلــر ســوار اســت تابــه م-آراميــد تبديــل شــود، در حــال اجــرا هســتند.
بــه كمــك تركيبــات شــيميايى و شــاخصه ی اكســيژن بــاالى منحــر بــه فــردش ،تركيــب SSBايــن قابليــت را دارد تــا در مقابــل دمــاى باالمقاومــت كنــد و صــداى زيــاد كيســه هــاى تصويــه را بــه وســيله جرقــه اى كــه بــه عنــوان ســپرى بــر روى ســطح منــد عمــل ميكنــد ،نيــز پيــش گــرى ميكنــد.
از ٢٠١٥تــا بــه اكنــون بيــش از 10.000كيســه تصفيــه بــه متقاضيان صنعتــى مختلــف فروختــه شــده: اتــاف انرژى،زيســت تــوده ،صنايــع شــيميايى و دارويــى.

بيــش از 6.000پارچــه بــه تازگــى بــه يــك ســازنده تجهي ـزات اصــى مهــم فروختــه شــد تــا فيلرتهــاى خــروج فشــار ماشــن آالت را در صنايــع آلومينيــوم تجهيــز كند .ايــن محصول بــه ويــژه بــراى معــادن و پااليــش ســنگ معــدن مناســب اســت.
رزيــن آىب گريــت تــس از نشــت لجــن بــه بــرون از مخــزن فشــار را كاهــش مــى دهــد .روزنــه هــاى ضــد خــورده گــى رونــد اج ـرا در محيــط هــاى خشــن شــيميايى افزايــش مــى دهــد .عمــل رسيســپام پديــده ســايش بــر روى گردنــه ى بشــكه را از بــن مــى بــرد.
بيــش از 50.000كيســه تصفيــه (شــامل رول هــاى منــد تــا كيســه هــاى شــره ســازى) از زمــاىن كــه ايــن محصــول بــراى متقاضيــان صنايــع مختلــف راه انــدازى شــده ،فروختــه شــده اســت :صنايــع آلومنيــوم ،بــن، آهــن آالت ،غــذا ودارو.
درمقايســه بــا كيســه هــاى قبــى، بهــره ورى بيشــر ،افــت فشــار پايــن واندوخــن انــرژى توســط اســتفاده از DURAبــراى يونيفــزم هــاى ميكــرو فيــر پــى اســر و منــد هــاى فــرده ،آزمــوده شــد.

Oil and Gas – Composites Materials for Pumps The demand for pump reliability and performance is everyday increasing. Today, pump users demand higher reliability, lower vibration levels, better efficiency and lower maintenance cost. If the traditional metallic materials (stainless steel, high alloyed steel and bronze) offer the same performance level, new composite materials could do most better ! Actually, their introduction in the API 610 9 th edition (2003) recognizes and lists them as a perfect option for replacing metal wear parts to improve pump perfor� mance in appropriate applications. API pumps and most heavy industrial pumps are designed and fitted with sets of replaceable wear components (i.e., bushings, bearings, interstage sleeves and impeller wear rings). All these components could be proposed in composite materials. Most of the worlwide leaders of pump industry propose it now as an original equipment or during the manutention as an upgrade in order to increase the pump performances in such critical applications: Boiler Feed Water Pumps, Cooling Water Pumps, Condensate Pumps, Process Water Pumps, Sump Pumps, Fire Water Pumps, Sour Water Pumps, Deep Well Pumps, Naphtha Pumps, Gasoline, Diesel, Cetane, mixe, Propane, Isobutane, mixed HC blending Pumps, etc. The advantages compared to metallic parts are numerous : •Improved realibity: reduction of the vibration, anti-galling properties, extended dry running •Prevention of catastrophical failure: sacrifical material, protection of metal hardware •Improved efficiency: less energy consumption, increased pump efficiency •Lower manutention cost: extensive lifetime, better corrosion resistance In this historical moment for the Islamic Republic of Iran and in high demanding world for better perfor� mances, composite materials should be the right answer for the necessary manutention in process.

allowing in this way the realization of project that few years ago has been resulted unsustainable in cost. The LNG market seems to be in a growth path taking into account the growing of global economy. And there are several market study that confirmed this trend; one of them is done by the Cambridge Energy Research Associates. In those studies, following the announced new project and expansion project, the LNG production should be 264 million of t/y in the 2020. This market volume is very close to the installed capacity of regasification terminal which amount is foreseen, within 2020, to be between 300-260 million of t/y. The construction of new regasification terminal is hampered by the individuation of new suitable area. Consequently, a further expansion of international trade of NG is limited by the necessity to build expensive and complex new plant (LNG terminal and high pressure and long distance pipeline) and to stabilize long-term contract in area with high geopolitical turbulence. Within all technologies for GtL conversion (FTS, methanol synthesis and dimethyl ether), only the FTS doesn’t require dedicated logistic facilities and the opening of new market, as the main reactions products are diesel, gasoline and jet fuel. For this reason, the main oil companies have shown a high interest to develop FTS technology until the early 90’s. Such technology can be also used for associated petroleum gas which, for economical reason and for the higher pollution potential, is sent to flaring system ( in many countries flaring is not allowed) or re-injected to the well. The FTS technology has a lot of benefit in fact of environmental sustainability in respect with traditional technology. The FTS process allow to obtain product without sulfur compounds, metals and aromatic hydrocarbons. In the market with growing request for product with minor environmental impact, the product from FTS technologies seem to be the best alternative to many traditional petroleum products. Gas to Liquid Conversion Technology: Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis (FTS) The confirmed natural gas (NG) reserve is constantly growing in the last ten years. At 31st December of 2014, the estimated NG reserve is at 187.1 trillion cubic meters (BP source). About the %77 of NG reserve is located in ten countries and the %40 is located in Iran and Russia. This sum reach the %56 if Middle East country is included. Nowadays, the NG market is considered a regional market: on the produced 3.48 billion of m3 in 2014, only %30 is traded far away from production plant, the %20 trough pipeline and the %10 as Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). The %16 of NG reserve is remote, as there geographical location with the actual technology, seems to be hard in terms of transportation to potential market. From an historical point of view, long distance pipeline is the main technology used for gas transportation to potential market. The main Italian gas supplier, Russia and Algeria, are a typical example of this. Investment cost of such technology is still higher. Then the crossing of border by pipeline within several countries often lead, in the most part the world, to geopolitical issue between producer and purchaser countries. The actual geopolitical situation is a further confirmation. For this reason, new project for long distance pipeline is done only where there are no alternative to exploit NG. The uncompleted Trans-Caspian Gas Pipeline project, which should supply the European market NG for the capacity of 30 billion m3, can be mentioned as example. The Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is still a good alternative to exploit remote NG reserve: the improve of technology and the already consolidated field experience had put down the cost of such technology

Press Release July 2015 - Oil & Gas ISIS Fluid Control has secured project orders from two separate leading process technology providers for Total’s Kaombo project located in Angola. The scope includes over 600 off valves fully compliant with the project specification which includes additional requirements to Total’s GSPVV142 spec, most notably the restriction of bar material being used for any flanges. ISIS’ scope ranges from ¾” Gate valves to 16” Ball Valves with Inconel 625 overlay. Intimate knowledge of the specification and the utilisation of Total approved manufacturers (though not required) has ensured full compliance with the project specifications and documentation requirements. ISIS Fluid Control has secured orders for the TCO Future Growth project. ISIS’ scope included over950 off valves 0.5” to 14” as manual and actuated packages as well as PSV’s and sight glasses fully to project specification and approved vendor list. This project covered three separate package awards for the project; ISIS’ project specification knowledge and relationships with leading manufacturers ensured all valves were supplied fully to specification and on time.

A4IS TECHNOLOGY NEWS 13,56MHz and UHF 860-920MHz passive RFID tags by implementing Smart Res’ requirements into reality. The FTL6000 is a fully automated in-line machine able to get straps - dedicated copper substrate holding the RFID microchip with antenna connection pads - and deposit them onto an adhesive substrate on which the solid copper wire antenna is then plotted. The next step sees the soldering of the antenna to the strap, die-cutting, 100% final test and rewinding. As said before, RFID tag quality is mandatory, and the 100% supply of UHF RFID products performing within the specifications tolerances is specifically what the market looks for. To be able to grant this, on top of having the most efficient and reliable tag assembly operations, Smart Res and A4IS decided to put in line the measurement of the response curve of the tags by adopting the Voyantic Tagsurance, a state of the art device. With Tagsurance, each UHF RFID tag produced is checked against specs and validated if it’s good or not and instead of just marking the
failed tags, also the performance level measured is recorded for each tag. These recorded log files give a true traceability to the production quality data also afterwards. A4IS launches Smart Res to High Performance RFID Radio Frequency Tags The customer - Smart Res www.smartres.eu is a well-known Italian RFID tags R&D Competence Center and RFID Tag and Labels manufacturer. The challenge – The most efficient way of monitoring product quality in a reel to reel manufacturing line is to produce and test along the same process. This allows reacting immediately to any changes in the product performance of the process outcome. Having the testing inline instead of having it offline as a separate process, not only avoids large scale rework, but also enables one process less. This means less machinery, less work hours and less handling of the reels and risks to accidently damage the products. In the end this all comes down to delivering high quality, 100% measured and proven performance, efficiently. In line tag production is not an exception and adopting 100% efficient RFID performance testing is the way to drill money out of the process. Being able to tailor the best tag for each application purpose is one thing, and is the fundamental to build up a successful application, but what becomes at least as important factor for guaranteeing a faultless RFID system, is that each delivered tag meets the designed and desired performance. The only way to assure this is to verify the performance level of the produced RFID tags 100%. With a wide banded component like a UHF RFID tag, this cannot be done by checking the tag functionality on only one frequency, but accurately measuring the required wake up power on multiple frequencies throughout the tags frequency band. New EN 15048 European Norm The new European norm EN 15048 was published in April 2007, in order to satisfy the CDP requirements with regards to non-controlled tightening torque bolts for steel constructions. This norm, made of two parts (EN 15048-1 e EN 15048-2), completes the array of European and international norms regulating the designing and the realization of high quality connections, as prescribed by the norm EN 1993-1-8 (euro code 3) and EN 1090-2. In detail: EN 15048-1: non-controlled tightening torque bolts for steel constructions – part 1: general requirements. The norm specifies the general regulations for the correct use of bolts in noncontrolled tightening torque connections and defines the CE marking regulations. In order to guarantee the quality of this type of items, screws and nuts must report the “SB” marking, in addition to the manufacturer and the resistance class mark. For an additional quality guarantee the following requirements are satisfied: a-homogenous batches; b-supply of the screw and nut couples in the same original and sealed package, originating from the same place; c-total traceability by reporting the minimum batch on every label and on every bolt; d-filing of tests and trials reports for a minimum of 10 years.

EURO PIPELINE EQUIPMENT “PERFORMER” Pipelayer Family: a successfull story of innovation technology In the cold early days of January, the first 4 Pipelayers PERFORMER GPL 980, purchased by SICIM arrived in the Region of Sivas located in central Anatolia, to give their useful contribution to the construction of the TANAP Project. They immediately showed their innovative design technology: they arrived dismantled into parts into open top containers to guarantee an easy and cost effective transportation. The reassembling procedure took a very short time and it was easier than expected, contributing to a general save of %75 of the usual costs of transportation compared to the standard pipe-layers available on the market.

Even in harsh weather condition with snow storm and ice, the PERFORMER GPL 980 could effectively work in the Section 2 of the «TANAP-Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline» 2,450 km of 56» pipes that will bring gas in Europe through Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Greece and Albania. All was made possible thanks to the strict cooperation between the manufacturer EUROPIPELINE and SICIM that, strongly believed in the project giving a fundamental contribution in the conceptual stage of the design of the PERFOMER GPL 980 which can guarantee a capability of lifting 98,000 kg thanks to a reliable Caterpillar engine,Bosch Rexroth components and a bespoke chassis. SICIM Spokesperson claims: “Thanks to this flexible technology solution applied to the PERFORMER GPL 980 we can easily guarantee a continuity of work flow
(from the raw materials till the finished product) in its facility plant, trying to find a common point of view with both consolidated and prospect customers matching all the requirements for the best performance at site. To allow Customers to choose the kind of pipelayer that best fits their needs, Euro Pipeline Equipment decided to develop and release a new model of Performer in 2016 able to guarantee first level performances with a smaller size. The new Performer GPL model will lift up to 70 tons, becoming the only mid size pipelayer on the market with tangible advantages in terms of handling and transportation. Decision was made to invest in this model in order to cover the demand of many contractors focusing on mid-small diameter projects. Caterpillar engine and Bosch Rexroth components will be part of the array of features already offered by the GPL 980.

The Trans-Moto, being a midsize business, has a short response times with regard to design, production and delivery time also special couplings. For us, delivery times are as important as precision in manufacturing the couplings.
