Pasamos antier por el Dublè, y nos pareció conveniente ordenar prácticamente todo el menú para de esta manera poder dar a conocer nuestro muy personal, y a veces inconveniente, punto de vista. Es preciso decir que no fue nada desagradable nuestra experiencia sino todo lo contrario, muy satisfactoria en varios aspectos, aunque la atención del personal sigue dejando algún resquicio que detallar, pero podemos decir sin desdén, que el estándar detrás de su cocina sigue siendo el de mayor calado de esta ciudad, y que, sin afán de menospreciarla, la gente de esta honorabilísima urbe sigue dejándose conformar por mucho menores. Celebramos a la chef y a las personas que dirigen este excelente lugar y los alentamos a seguir sorprendiéndonos cada vez que cuenten con nuestra “grata” presencia. Pronto volveremos al Du blè, hambrientos.
The day before yesterday, we passed by the Dublè and we thought it was convenient to order the entire menu in order to share our very personal and sometimes, inconvenient point of view. We must say it was not unpleasant at all, au contraire, it was satisfactory in many levels even though their customer service could still improve. We can certainly say that their cooking standar remains at the top in the city, and we don’t mean to offend but people in this so honourable city still settle for less. Let’s celebrate the chef and the people running this great place and encourage them to keep surprising us every time they have our “pleasant” company. Soon we’ll be back at the Dublè, hungry.

Puck began cooking at his mother’s side as a child. She was a chef in the Austrian town where he was born, and with her encouragement, Wolfgang began his formal training at fourteen years of age. Salvador Dalí fue un escultor, pintor, grabador, escenógrafo y escritor español, considerado de los máximos representantes del surrealismo. Es reconocido por sus orínicas imágenes surrealistas, basadas en una admiración por el arte renacentista, tienendo un marcada tendencia al narcisimo y la megalomanía para atraer la atención del público. En 1924 un todavía desconocido Salvador Dalí ilustró un libro por primera vez. Era una publicación del poema en catalán Les Bruixes de Llers, el poeta Carles Fages de Climent. Dalí pronto se familiarizó con el dadaísmo, influencia que lo marcó el resto de su vida. Y en 1926 visitó París por primera vez, donde conoció a Pablo Picasso, a quien el joven Dalí admiraría profundamente.
Salvador Dalí, was a painter, writer, sculptor and engraving, considered one of the maximum surrealism representats. He is recognized for his surrealism images, based on the renacentist art admiration, having a tendency for narcissism and megalomany to attract people’s attention. In 1924 Dalí ilustrated a book for the first time, of the catalonian poem Les Bruixes de Llers, by the poet Carles Fages de Climent. Dalí suddenly gets familiar with the dadaism, influence that remarks the rest of his life. In 1926, he visited Paris for the first time, ehere he met Pablo Picasso, and youg Dalí bacame a huge fan of his work.

In 1968 the Chupa Chups logo was redesigned by the surrealist artist Salvador Dali, who added the flower shape we know nowadays and he kept the original typographic composition.
Alternaba técnicas tradicionales con sistemas contemporáneos, a veces en una misma obra. Las exposiciones de su obra realizadas en Barcelona en aquella época atrajeron gran atención, en la que se mezclaban las alabanzas y los debates suscitados por una crítica dividida.
Dalí alterned traditional techniques with contemporary systems, sometimes on the same work. The exhibitions that took place in Barcelona at time time, catched a lot of people’s attention, where acclaims and debastes got mixed by a divided opinion.
Dalí describió un extenso y personal universo simbólico a lo largo de su obra. Uno de sus símbolos más recurrentes es el elefante, que apareció por vez primera en el Sueño causado por el vuelo de una avispa.
Dalí described an extense and personal symbolic universe in all his work, one of the most remarkable symbols were the elephants, which appeared for the first time in a dream caused by a bee’s flight.
