2. Report from the Chairman on the activities of the Network

Anna Sircova introduced the meeting with a brief account of various activities held by the Network during the period from January 2016 to September 2017. Report on activities is accessible on Loomio platform, along with the more detailed report about the 3rd International Conference and Festival on Time Perspective: Celebrating Time held in August 2016 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

3. Report from the Secretary on the new members

Anna Sircova prepared the list of the current members of the Network which was introduced to the meeting via Loomio platform.

4. Report from the Treasurer

Elena Kolosova has prepared the report on the current budget and the conference budget in particular, which was introduced to the meeting via Loomio platform. Annual accounts were approved by the meeting.

5. Elections for the Executive Board:

Nicolas Fieulaine was elected as Secretary with the following results: 54% of members have stated their position (13/24): 11 agree, 1 abstain, 1 disagree Oksana Senyk was elected as Projects Coordinator with the following results: 54% of members have stated their position (13/24): 13 agree Marc Wittmann was elected as Vice-Chair with the following results: 63% of members have stated their position (15/24): 14 agree, 1 abstain

6. Practical issues (website, email, newsletter)

Anna Sircova has prepared the list of ‘burning’ practical issues that the Association currently faces, in particular the loss of the domain name and consequent loss of the email address attached to it.

However, it was not followed by a discussion by the members. It was decided to discuss the issues during the Executive Board meeting.

7. Association’s projects overview

Anna Sircova has prepared a list of projects that the Network is currently engaged in.

“We are building the organizing team, and dates and place will be communicated soon. I won't be the main leader but the support. If there is any uncertainty, I agree we should go to Elisabeth proposal. If it can be organized in France, Germany would be great in 2020�

Text book for a course Psychology of Time - Anna Sircova proposes to create a text book for teaching a course on Psychology of Time.

There were no suggestions proposed during this meeting.

9. Election of the revisor

The revisor was not appointed at this meeting.

10. Miscellaneous

It was decided to hold the meeting of the Executive Board on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 14:00 at the headquarters of the Network, Det Blaa, Rantzausgade 34a, st tv, 2200, Copenhagen, Denmark and via Skype.
