Eurocar Painting system for large metal items up to 14 m length and 2 m width.
Technological cycle Loading area.
Overhead conveyor is designed and built in a particular shape. A dual parallel monorails system allows to hang and load pieces of unwieldy sizes. Pieces to be coated go through each phase of the working cycle with a fluid step-by-step shift.
Spray pretreatment.
The first items washing procedure is carried out in the pretreatment spray tunnel. Each stage is separated from one another with automatic sliding doors. The cycle of the treatment depends on the type of the metal surface.
Drying in the oven.

After the rinsing process is finished and the surfaces of the pieces are cleaned these items travel into the ventilated air oven. The heat in the oven is produced by an indirect combustion generator and is uniformly distributed throughout the active space. Automatic doors open only for the entrance and exit of the items.

Paint application.

Polymerization in the oven.

Once the items are completely dry they go into the air-balanced pressurized painting booth. One or more workers using manual electrostatic guns cover the entire surface of the items with a coating layer. It is possible to apply multiple colours simultaneously.
The paint has to be cured in the oven for about 20 minutes at about 200 C° to turn it into a solid coating and adhere it to the surface. In order to get a perfect adherence internal temperature must be constant and uniform.

Water Nebula.
Easy Clean.
At the end of more complex treatment washing cycles, the passivation agent is nebulized on the pieces to be treated. The system reduces to 4/5 l / h the consumption of solution per nozzle, maintains a constant water conductivity and limits the natural cohesion of drops in order to obtain the maximum effectiveness of the treatment having deposit on the surface of a few tens of microns.
To install a sludge filtering system into the phosphodegreasing tanks allows to get the lifespan of the bath even 30% longer. It helps to reduce cleaning of the tank and the maintenance of nozzles of the washing ramps.
Cascade Recovery.
The automatic system for the production and regeneration of demineralized water with an ion exchange helps to reduce the eluates of the process (over 50%). The unit is equipped with a mini computer for the supervision of conductivity level in real-time.
The recovery system recycles water from the ambient temperature washing stages and fills up the previous heat treatment tanks.

Heat Control Power System.
Thermal insulation.
It is a high efficiency system for the hot tanks heating. A suction ensures the hot air flow inside the circuit. In the environment, discharge smoke has maximum 104°C . Thermal efficiency is equal to 93.7%.
Panels of ovens are insulated with special structures made of metal and rock wool. Drying and curing oven are provided of air curtains or are configured with a bell shape for avoiding heat loss.
Power
The technical department strives to size each design with the strictly necessary power rating. It’s possible to monitor and control the consumption trends from touch screen panel and in this way to take under control every working event.
