Participants go beyond the ordinary and take advantage of all opportunities to become engaged on campus. Students make new friends, participate in new experiences, gain new skills and get the most of their college experience.

Legacy Leaders is a structured program that puts the foundation built during Emerging Leaders into action. It is a captivating, year-long leadership experience for exceptional student leaders that furthers their legacy at IRSC and prepares them for a life of leadership, service, commitment and contribution beyond graduation. Participants must have completed the Emerging Leaders program.

Sigma Alpha Pi—National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is an online leadership program that promotes leadership development and encourages community action, volunteerism, and personal and academic growth among chapter members.
