Calling all Current Juniors! Gannon Loomis Memorial Scholarship (see flyer on page 5,
application on page 6) The Gannon Loomis Scholarship will recognize an Island School junior who excels in science, math and the performing arts with a special emphasis in music. One $5,000 scholarship will be awarded to be applied toward tuition at Island School for the awardee’s senior year. Application due date: Friday, May 23. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted. The scholarship recipient will be announced at the graduation ceremony on Saturday, June 14.
‘Agatha Rex’ Premieres Tomorrow, Ends Saturday
Tickets are still on sale for the Middle School play, “Agatha Rex.” Shows are Friday, May 16 and Saturday, May 17 at 7 p.m. in the Island School Theatre. Tickets are $5 each, or $15 for a Family Pass, and are available at the door, in the Office or from cast members.
Now Hiring: School Grounds Maintenance Workers Looking for a few good men and/ or women of high school age for summer maintenance work at Island School, which will include painting, yard maintenance, cleaning up,and recycling. Contact Mike in the Business Office.

Freshman Pancake Fundraiser May 24
The 9th grade class is having a pancake breakfast to accumulate overall class funds and raise money for their future senior class trip. It will take place in the Main Hall on Saturday, May 24, 7-10
