DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS The Director of Marketing & Communications for Formula 1 reports directly to the CEO who has a broad remit. Mission of this job is to reimagine F1 for the future as an entertainment property, growing the fan base, getting more people to watch F1 on TV and digital and increasing the numbers of fans who attend a race.

I left school at 18 after A Levels and started my first job in marketing in 1999. I have continued to learn through professional development, namely IPA Practitioner of Advertising in 2004, the Marketing Society Marketer Leadership Programme in 2012, and will be embarking on the Marketing Academy Fellowship in 2020.
