ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFORMATION ARRIVAL INFORMATION ARRIVING BY AIR If you are travelling to Puerto Vallarta by air, you will arrive at Licenciado Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport north of downtown, approximately 6.2 miles (10 kilometres) north of Pier 57. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Pier 57 under normal traffic conditions.

AIRPORT PICKUP/DROP OFF We would be happy to pick you up at the airport when you arrive and/or drop you off when you depart. The charge will be US$25 each way. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please notify our local property manager and provide your flight information. For pickups, our manager will meet you with a sign displaying your name just outside the main airport exit.

FROM THE AIRPORT VIA TAXI You also can take a taxi from the airport. To use an airport taxi, buy a pre-paid taxi voucher in the airport lobby for Zona Romantica (Zone 2). As of November 2018, the fixed taxi fare for travelling from the airport to Pier 57 was 340 pesos. Or, to save money, you can walk across the pedestrian bridge outside the airport and catch one of the non-airport taxis lined up along the highway, or hail an Uber there.
