Customisation systems
1 Fully finished product after injection, with no need for further handling. High quality end product finish. Fully recyclable product. Product label is highly durable. Waterproof label. High scratch resistance. Easy-to-read texts and bar codes. Design can be changed quickly.
2 Maximum decoration surface area. Premium decoration, maximum appeal. Any geometry. Guarantee seal for greater safety can be included. Anti-scratching protection.
3 PML, or post mould labelling, offers advantages over other custom packaging systems. The possibility of programming smaller outputs as opposed to options such as IML or Transfer makes PML the ideal option for operations medium to low outputs. This labelling system ensures that production is always ready for action, which is hard to achieve with other options, successfully doing away with problems with minimum outputs. Another advantage compared to other labelling systems such as IML is in costing, as this is much more cost-effective when it comes to low volume operations.
4 We can print on many different materials and package shapes. Bright colours that stay permanent even outdoors, thanks to a thick colour layer. Different types of ink depending on the application. Colours can be saturated, transparent, fluorescent, glossy.
