年,﹁ 俊 欣 行 ﹂ 從 專 做 進 口 飯 店、 1976 旅館商業用的高級料理廚具與餐具批發代 理,在 2005 年轉型為專挑具巧思、高品質 的 綜 合 廚 具 選 品 店﹁ IUSE ﹂, 從 台 北 內 湖 起家, 2016 年在台中開了第二家旗鑑店。

Justshine Co., Ltd was established in 1976 as a wholesale agent importing high-class cookware and tableware for restaurants and hotels. In 2005, Justshine Co., Ltd transformed itself into a cookware boutique store named IUSE. Starting out in Taipei's Neihu District, IUSE then opened its second flagship store in Taichung in 2016.

ARCHITECTURE 獨特的清水模建築

先從外觀說起,台中 IUSE 以「清水模」為建築主題,讓我們一起認識「清水模」這種材質。在清

水模俐落的外表背後,藏有不可忽視的眾多細節,如綁紮鋼筋、管線配置、模板計畫、模板組立

商店空間的設計思考

邱崑銓:商業空間「是一種暫時性空間」,如何才能 夠 成 為 一 個 永 久 性 的 空 間 ? 商 業 空 間 的 原 型(Proto type)又是甚麼呢 ? 循著最初的問題,我們開始思考在

生活、消費中,找到「真實經驗 (authentic)」,而非被 附加或轉化的經驗。真實經驗落實到建築上,是與環境

的結合關係、與自然的對應,如光線之於建築而成為適 合的光線。

接著討論「商業空間的原型」,市場空間是一種非常實

質的空間型態,因為是由「人的行為」與「需求交換」 成就的空間系統,交換行為有固定的時間、地點,這也 形成了台中 IUSE「一樓是廣場、二樓是廊道」的空間狀 態與路徑特質。

We think deeply about finding authentic experiences in life and consumption, not superfluous or contrived experiences. The prototype of a commercial space, the market space, is a very practical type of space. It is a spatial system shaped by people's behaviors and needs exchange. Because trading behaviors happen in certain fixed times and places, IUSE's "first floor as shopping arcade, second floor as gallery" spatial concept took form.
