A s an initiative, I arrange “The Baby Steps” as my portfolio to introduce the beginning of my professional journey in joining

Team.
I
had
experiences in various architectural design stages, research development , strategic thinking, and project management . In the beginning, I was involved in a City-Planning Showcase Design, which engaged my interest and perspective in city design
thinking. Soon
after
finishing
this
project ,
I
get
involved in Singkawang City Development Project by Movindo. The opportunities I had, evoked my interest in architectural research,
team
management ,
and
interpersonal
skill
development . Those five years taught me how a well-design architecture bears from connecting dots. A good architect needs to be sensitive to the spatial context and social perspective. Good architecture is a careful thought to translate users’ needs, changing spatial demands, and cultural personalities. I believe a good relationship and cooperation in the whole design process hold as a principal in h ow to bear a well-design architecture. I am looking for ward to widening my opportunity for more personal growth! I am now ready and excited to explore the new journey!

CONTRIBUTION Design Development Bajo Disability Training Center is a community center and a tourism destination; managed by a catholic ministry. The front area serves as a community center to promote the surrounding home industry and service.
Surrounded by a hill behind the destined community center, the green spaces, adorned with flowers, are designed to be a rosary garden with a chapel on top.

This kick off project is started in 2016. I was involved in the design development stages since 2018 in designing its details on AutoCad.

This project is an expansion of the existing hotel. The challenge is to manage the construction work without interfering much with the hotel operation. During the construction process, I represent our Jakarta office doing the site management & supervision.

Our design is the top 6 winner in the Ragunan Master planning Design Competition. This multidisciplinary project involves veterinaries and environmental engineers. We aim to deliver a zoo concept that promotes the ecological impacts of creating the proper environment for flora, fauna, and society. 27
BUILDING URBAN REFUGE Ragunan Wildlife Park is an ex-situ animal conservation institution in downtown Jakarta in the fo rm of a zoo. The TMR area is an educational and recreational zone that underpins the city atmosphere to improve the quality of life between humans, flora, and fauna. Our strategy is to prioritize animal welfare in the design by mimicking its natural habitat; to allow the animals to behave normally.

Every fauna has distinctive requirements for its cages. For example, the elephant needs separate male and female cages, an isolation room, an elephant clinic, a musth cage, a sunroom, a kitchen, storage, and a utility area.

EDUCATIONAL & VISITOR EXPERIENCE Differentiating the public transportation circulation and walking pathway by shortening the wide gap in the exhibit pathway to set an intimate distance between the visitor and its surrounding; it is also prevents sudden picnic spots in the pathway.

Our t eam also designs the media to deliver pieces of information to the visitor. We create variou s unique interactive activities in selected exhibits. We consider an interactive activity the best way to convey fun fact information. For example, we propose an in teractive corner in the Savatopia zone about kangaroo jumping ability.

Event & Amenities
Every zone has its own story, color, and decorative element; through a thematic story line of Quest of Archipelago. This storyline is carried in 5 main hubs and 4 supporting hubs along the journey.
The hub is both a rest area and a meeting point. We also provide outdoor and indoor event areas along the routes with various public and commercial facilities such as restaurants, retail, public toilets, and praying rooms.

Our initial strategy in re-constructing the urban fabric in Singkawang is by displaying new architectural designs in selec ted primary spots in the city. This a ction aims to trigger the urban revitalization of this old town district to support cultural, social, and economic empowerment through tourism. Masjid Agung is one of the religious site destinations for Muslims in West Kalimantan. The early strategy of this mosque revitalization project is to build a grandiose entrance to provoke the local community in participating in the revitalization project.

Cap Go Meh Gate is the main entrance to Singkawang City from the Pontianak-Mempawah route. This gate got its inspiration from the dragon dance as part of the Cap Go Meh festival (the 15th day of Chinese New Year); the city’s main attraction. This spot aims to generate the local economic development in the southern area of the city.

Tananegri project is an project by Movindo Creative, established in the middle of a pandemic. It was started in 2020 as an action to support a sustainable design for an suburban area masterplanning.
The development dispari ty happens between the rural and urban areas. Suburban area tends to grow sporadically as an adaptation towards the characteristic of urbanization influence. Without special attention, suburban areas are exposed to their local potentiality loss.
The loss of local characteristics and value threats suburb space to loss its spirit leading to a decreasing quality of the living environment. The fading values resulted in the phenomenon of the “underdeveloped” areas. Where mostly overshadowed by the impression of a lack of government attention. Therefore, a strategy is needed to develop the region by maintaining its distinctive character.
Tananegri project is an Intervention Social Urban Architecture to support the micro-economic development through a community based - sustainable development plan. It is aim to improve quality of life through a fresh and innovative design by achieving the Sustainable Design Goals.
