I’d play for the New Jax City Rollers as a Blocker. I can make up my own atler-ego name, plus I could work out some aggression.
You’re looking at the Jacksonville Suns’ Umpire… Is exactly what I would say if this were a real scenario.
Kicker for the Jags so I could be like Josh Scobee #10!!! Make millions of dollars and have a longer career, sign me up!

I would play for the Jaguars because I played football in High school. I became very good at riding the bench. I believe the coach liked me the most. He protected me from future head injuries.
If you could play on any local sports team, which team would you play on? What position would you play?

HELPING TO MAKE LIVES COMPLETE
LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT We provide many opportunities to develop life or job skills customized to each individuals specific needs. This happens in either our training center, or our manufacturing /training area called Custom Creations. A routine day might include working on eye/hand coordination, sensory stimulation and training, or socialization. In addition to skills training in a classroom environment, individuals may also go on fun field trips to socialize in larger groups and experience different types of environments.

CUSTOM CREATIONS WORKSHOP
This manufacturing and training center develops specialized programs to train in a variety of different job skills.
Students learn to build products using power tools with adaptive safety equipment to prevent access to any parts that could cause injury. All products are manufactured using these tools so each individual can build a product from start to finish, including packaging. Products are then sold to local business, on our website, and at local craft shows.
CUSTOM CREATIONS GREENHOUSE Teaching cultivation and maintenance of flowers, vegetables and trees used for healthy eating, the greenhouse beautifies our grounds and develops a love for God’s creation. Along with classroom training, our students plant and care for the gardens year round.
All proceeds from product or plant sales go to maintain and create additional programs.

ECS’s mission is to create opportunity so that the children we serve can achieve their full potential. ECS is dedicated to ensuring all children have access to a quality early education, regardless of their family income or where they live. We provide better beginnings for children who might otherwise miss the opportunity for early childhood development, school readiness, and future life success. Currently we work with more than 27,000 children and families in 7 counties in Northeast Florida: Duval, Nassau, Baker, Bradford, Clay, St. Johns, and Putnam. Our programs include Voluntary PreKindergarten, School Readiness, Child Care Resource and Referral, Head Start, Early Head Start, our Regional Training Institute, Jacksonville Journey, Jacksonville Early Learning Partnership, and our Early Learning Center at Exchange South.
She’s only lived in Jacksonville for about a year, but already Chevara Orrin is making her presence known, planting a f lag for social justice, diversity and human rights here on the First Coast. Orrin’s father was a prominent leader during the civil rights movement. At the same time, she also grew up the daughter of a white Jewish mother. Her fascinating background informed her decision to join the WJCT Board of Trustees, where she contributes to our mission of content sharing and civic engagement.

Orrin is the driving force behind the city’s “Straight Allies” campaign, working on behalf of Jacksonville’s LGBT community. Orrin is the driving force behind the city’s “Straight Allies” campaign, working on behalf of Jacksonville’s LGBT community. And her recent TEDx talk on connection was one of the highlights of that day’s event in our WJCT Studios. But it’s her personal journey of surviving difficult challenges (incest, domestic violence, poverty, single motherhood) that have led her to champion our community’s most marginalized people. Recognized by the White House and the national Human Rights Campaign, Chevara Orrin is truly a force to be reckoned with! And keep listening to First Coast Connect for interviews with the most compelling newsmakers in town. Every weekday morning at 9 a.m. on WJCT 89.9 FM!

Moving to Jacksonville, I was given the opportunity to assist with taking care of the Jacksonville Jaguars and simultaneously became the head team physician for the Jacksonville Sharks. Prior to the 2013-14 NFL season, I was named head team physician for the Jacksonville Jaguars, completing one of my long-term career goals.
Mandarin Museum & Historical Society was formed in 1989 by a group of citizens who were concerned about the loss of historic structures in Mandarin and were interested in preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of the area. Since that time, the organization has formed partnerships that allow it to offer history education through the management of several historic buildings and bringing history to life through educational and fun programs and events.

Author’s Note Sue Chamblin Frederick She is known as a sweet Southern belle, a woman whose eyelashes are longer than her fingers, her lips as red as a Georgia sunset. Yet, behind the feminine facade of a Scarlett-like ingénue lies an absolute and utterly calculating mind - a mind that harbors hints of genius - a genius she uses to write books that will leave you spellbound.
A warning! She’s dangerous - only six degrees from a life filled with unimaginable adventures - journeys that will plunge her readers into a world of breath-taking intrigue. Put a Walther PPK pistol in her hands and she will kill you. Her German is so precise, she’d fool Hitler. Her amorous prowess? If you have a secret, she will discover it - one way or the other. The author was born in north Florida in the little town of Live Oak, where the nearby Suwannee River flows the color of warm caramel, in a three-room, tin-roofed house called “poor.” Her Irish mother’s and English father’s voices can be heard even today as they sweep across the hot tobacco fields, “Susie, child, you must stop telling all those wild stories.” SueChamblinFrederick.com May 2014 • www.iwantaBUZZ.com

THEATRE THEATRE IN THE KNOW
By Elizabeth Thompson
IntervIew wIth Grandma from “the addams famIly”
nominations for best original score and best performance by a featured actor. John Simon of Bloomberg News described the show as “uproarious! A glitzy-gloomy musical entirely worthy of the macabre drawings by Charles Addams.” After Broadway, the show passed over into the musical afterlife to entertain audiences on a world tour. In my interview with Amanda Bruton, who plays Grandma, I learned more about the show and being a member of the Addams family.
If you’ve ever wondered what became of that creepy and kooky Addams family, after their stints on TV and film, you will be pleased to know the family is still sharing their delightful misery with others. Legendary cartoonist Charles BUZZ: Is there anything special about Addams’ ghoulish creation is again up to this Addams family story that’s different no good in a musical that showcases the from the TV show and movies? warped humor we all remember and love with a contemporary twist. AMANDA: Definitely. I think what’s “The Addams Family” debuted on great about our production is that you have Broadway in 2010 and during its run all of “The Addams Family” characters that earned rave reviews and two Tony everyone knows and we placed them in a more contemporary situation. Wednesday has grown up, and she has fallen in love with a seemingly normal boy from Ohio. So hilarity ensues because she brings the boy and his family to meet her family. What Wednesday finds out throughout the course of the evening, as you often do with the Addams, is that normal does not really exist. So as kooky and zany as the Addams may be, everyone has a little bit of eccentricity in their family. Amanda Bruton as Grandma in “The Addams Family.” Photo by James Michael Avance
BUZZ: What is your character’s involvement in the story?
Amanda Bruton (Grandma), Jennifer Fogarty (Wednesday), Dan Olson (Lurch), Jesse Sharp (Gomez), KeLeen Snowgren (Morticia), Shaun Rice (Uncle Fester) and Jeremy Todd Shinder (Pugsley) in the 2013-2014 National Touring Company of “The Addams Family.” Photo by Carol Rosegg
AMANDA:
Grandma, I would say is the embodiment of eccentricity. She’s 102 years old and therefore is incredibly wise but also a little kooky. As crazy as she is though you see how much she loves and is devoted to her family. She supports the marriage and Wednesday. She wants everyone to be happy and be themselves.
BUZZ: What has been your favorite experience on tour? AMANDA: We spent two months over the summer in Asia. We weren’t sure what to expect and how the audience was going to respond because “The Addams Family” is such an American franchise. Opening night in Singapore was a really, really magical moment. They absolutely loved it. To know we were able to take this show international and regardless of your background “The Addams Family” comedy is something that
everyone can relate to and is truly timeless. I think that really proved us.
BUZZ: Does Grandma have any words of wisdom for the people of Jacksonville? AMANDA: (in a raspy, granny voice) I would say that you have to be true to yourself. You can’t be anybody but you and no matter how kooky, crazy or normal you think you are, you have to love yourself and everyone will love you too. “THE ADDAMS FAMILY” will appear at the Times-Union Center’s Moran Theater in Jacksonville on Friday, May 2 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $32.00 and are on sale at the FSCJ Artist Series Box Office, by calling (904) 442-BWAY (2929) or online at www. ArtistSeriesJax.org. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more at (904) 442-2947 or groupsales@fscj.edu.
Players By The Sea “The Fox on the Fairway” plays golf for big laughs at Players by the Sea Just in time for THE PLAYERS Championship at TPC Sawgrass, Players by the Sea presents a wacky comedy that plays golf strictly for laughs. “The Fox on the Fairway,” running May 2-17 on the Main Stage, is the latest play from Ken Ludwig, whose uproarious comedies “Moon Over Buffalo” and “Lend Me a Tenor” have made him the acknowledged master of modern farce. “The Fox on the Fairway” is currently a wildly popular selection at theatres all over the country. In it, a tournament between Crouching Squirrel Country Club and arch-rival Quail Valley spins wildly out of control. If beleaguered Quail Valley manager Henry Bingham doesn’t beat his unscrupulous rival at Crouching Squirrel, he’ll lose his job and his wife. When his champion player jumps to the competition, things look hopeless, but then his eager young assistant Justin turns out to be an ace golfer. Except when he’s stressed – and romantic ups and downs with his adorable fiancée Louise are making him really tense! In this light-hearted romp, there are machinations, plot twists and romantic complications galore, with lots of overthe-top laughs. Award-winning director Jason Collins directs a masterful cast that includes Dave Gowan and Rob Banks as the rival club managers. Brooks Studier plays the hapless Justin, with Ashley Augustyniak as his fiancée. Karen Overstreet is sexy and much-married Pamela, a Quail Valley Board Member, whose brain is as big as her libido. Patti Menefee is Henry’s terrifying wife and Steve McMahon is the Announcer. Performances are May 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17 at 8 p.m., and May 11 at 2 p.m. For information and tickets, log onto PlayersByTheSea.org or call (904)249-0289. The weird and wonderful family comes to devilishly delightful life in “The Addams Family.” This magnificently macabre new musical comedy is “a visually satisfying, rib-tickling, lunatic musical that will entertain you to death!” says Toronto Post City.

BUZZ SPOTLIGHT
sound OFF JAXSPORTS with Alan Verlander Executive Director
BUZZ: WHAT IS JAXSPORTS AND HOW DID THIS EVOLVE?
A VIEW FROM THE RADIO BOOTH With Frank Frangie On-Air Host 1010XL 1010XL.com
Have you ever wanted to call in to a real sports radio show and ask a question? We had the opportunity to go behind the scenes with Frank Frangie of 1010XL.
BUZZ: Why are sports radio and commentary so important to a community such as Northeast Florida? FF: Sports are such a huge component of this city and having a sports-engaged community provides an important role for talk radio. It gives us the opportunity to inform our citizens on any important local or national news and it also gives us the opportunity to be the intermediary between listeners and sports. Everyone seems to want to discuss and criticize sports; we just create the forum to do so. BUZZ: The Jacksonville Jaguars are the most well known sports team in the area, but why is it so important to cover all Jacksonville local sports?
FF: Jacksonville is a growing market that needs
to reach all areas of our segmented community. Discussing all types of local sports is one way to create that outlet. Yes, we are an NFL franchise city that brings tremendous revenue and publicity to the city. Yes, we have other spectacular events such as THE PLAYERS, the Florida-Georgia game, and the TaxSlayer Bowl, but there is so much more that is happening that would interest individuals. We have many professional teams, the Jaguars, the Suns, the Armada, as well as other amateur events such as surfing, skateboarding, kids events and more. Our job is to inform our citizens of all of the exciting opportunities our city has to offer.
BUZZ: What role do you see 1010XL playing in growing the sports landscape in Jacksonville?
FF: Certainly being a prominent informational
source of what is currently transpiring sports-wise in Jacksonville is what we strive for on a daily basis, but enhancing community engagement is equally as important. Giving our listeners an opportunity to make a difference through calling in to the show to comment, or learning how to get directly involved in the sports world, by joining a group like the Jacksonville Sports Council, can connect and bring together the entire community. That is when you start to see real change.
AV:The Mayor (Alvin Brown) has made sports a priority in his administration and we have seen that sports are the perfect private-
public partnership opportunity. JAXSPORTS is a partnership with Gator Bowl Sports, the City of Jacksonville, JAX Chamber and all the First Coast CVB’s to help promote sports tourism and growth in sports. JAXSPORTS will be the official sports promotions and marketing arm of Jacksonville and will work with the entire First Coast area. JAXSPORTS is funded privately by Gator Bowl Sports and will utilize all their infrastructure.
BUZZ: WHAT IS THE MISSION OF JAXSPORTS? AV: The mission of JAXSPORTS is to enhance and positively impact the quality of life, community pride and generate economic impact and growth through professional, amateur and youth sports.
BUZZ: WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS WILL YOUR ORGANIZATION BE GOING AFTER? AV: Our first goal will be to understand what assets we have that will allow us to host, produce and bid on events to Jacksonville. We
will be a major player for events in this nation. Mark my word. We are hosting March Madness next year and hope to announce some more events in the next few months. I see our city as very marketable to all events. We are hosting Power Boat Racing this summer and the US National Curling Championship in 2016. We will continue our momentum with more events, but we also want to help expand and grow the teams and events already in Jacksonville like all our pro and college teams, plus events like the First Coast Kids Triathlon, 26.2 with Donna, River Run, etc…
BUZZ: HOW CAN PEOPLE GET INVOLVED WITH AND JOIN JAXSPORTS? AV: We are a membership organization. People can join and become a member for $24 a month and those proceeds help us further sports in Jacksonville in addition to helping us bring more events to town. There are many membership benefits including two prime Taxslayer Bowl Tickets, priority ticket purchasing for all sporting events, member discounts to many activities in the area, the opportunity to attend our quarterly spotlight luncheons, plus many more. You can join by jumping on the web and visiting JacksonvilleSportsCouncil.com.

The Arthur Family Health Project
By Robin Warren, WJCT Education Outreach Coordinator
It can sometimes be very difficult to teach children about health in a way that they understand and find interesting. Let WJCT and PBS KIDS help you teach your children healthy habits with “Arthur Family Health Project,” a comprehensive PBS KIDS website that launched early this year. The “Arthur Family Health Project” is a destination website housing Arthur’s rich library of health content, with specific chapters devoted to the following topics: asthma, peanut Watch “Arthur” on WJCT-TV Monday-Friday, at 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (WJCT–TV 7.1 (Comcast 8 & 440)). allergies, nutrition, fitness and resilience. Each chapter will feature background information, along with coloring sheets, games, books and much, much more! These resources are designed to help parents and teachers talk to children about the health issues they face, particularly chronic ones, and to help siblings and classmates understand these issues. The site is designed to promote discussion. It is not meant to replace a family’s relationship with its health care provider. Just go to PBSKids.org/Arthur/Health/ to begin exploring with your family! The companion to the website is the “Arthur” television show. This award-winning series features everyone’s favorite 8-year-old aardvark, Arthur Read, his family and friends. The series shows how Arthur and his friends use effective age-appropriate problem-solving skills to resolve “real kid crisis” with imagination, kindness and humor. You and your family can watch episodes of “Arthur,” on WJCT, mornings at 7 a.m., to provide a fun way to begin your family talks on health and more. “Arthur Family Health Project” PBSKids.org/Arthur/Health/ Credit: Courtesy of “Arthur” registered trademark and © 2014 Marc Brown. conservation by showcasing fossils and modern shark specimens.
If you thought T. rex was big, wait ‘til you meet Megalodon! The 60-foot-long prehistoric shark was the king of the ocean that cruised through the world’s waterways. And while the enormous creature no longer roams the planet’s oceans, it left evidence of its existence behind in the form of fossils. In fact, Megalodon teeth have even been unearthed in our very own St. Johns River. The Museum of Science & History tells the remarkable story of this sea predator that ruled two million years ago in the nationally traveling exhibit, “Megalodon: Largest Shark that Ever Lived,” opening May 24, 2014. Visitors will enter a life-size sculpture of Megalodon through massive jaws to discover the shark’s history and the world it inhabited. The exhibit also explores shark evolution and the importance of shark
MOSH has a summer of activities planned to complement the exhibit. On June 14th, head to MOSH for the “Archaeology Road Show.” Bring your fossils and other items for identification from a panel of experts. Some of the items will even be selected to be on display at the Museum. On July 12th, families get the unique opportunity to spend the night at MOSH and get exclusive after-hours access to the Megalodon exhibit – and all the other great exhibits at MOSH. “Snoozing with Sharks” will also feature a planetarium program. Then July 14 through 18 is shark week at MOSH when kindergarten through 5th grade campers will dive into the week-long camp, “Swimming with Sharks.” In addition to learning about our friend, Megalodon, campers will learn about other sharks like great whites and hammerheads. On July 31, “MOSH After Dark” will feature a program on “First Coast Sharks.” MOSH After Dark is a fun series of monthly programs for adults. How Good Food Should Taste Salento Colombian Steakhouse Article by Monica Stouder & Photos by Monica Lea Imagery
Meat lovers rejoice! Brand new and nestled quite inconspicuously in a little strip mall off Old St Augustine Road, Salento Colombian Steakhouse sits awaiting hungry patrons primed for proteins!
Here you will find thinly sliced steak, chicken, tender ribs and homemade signature sausages with traditionally prepared accompaniments such as Arepas (thin, grilled corn cakes), yucca, plantain and deep fried, whole yellow potatoes. The atmosphere is an extremely casual, café-type setting, with brightly colored walls, stark décor, tile floors and bench seating. Seemingly nonplussed with an extravagant interior, the focus here appears to be simply on the food – great for customers craving true Colombian fare!

comfort dish is tasty on their own, I decided to order two specialty Arepas. Each were topped with a creamy white queso, but one had a slice of ham with pineapple and the other chicken and avocado. These appetizers were larger than expected (approx 10” in diameter), served on a grill plate and hearty all on their own. These delicious cakes could easily be a lunch for one and at a price point of under $5.00 definitely won’t bust even the tightest of budgets. Since I wanted a sampling of each of Salento’s meats I ordered Salento Combination. This platter of masterfully prepared meaty eats consisted of steak, chicken, pork ribs, Longaniza a homemade signature sausage and three sides. Again the price point for this monstrous mountain of meat was impressive for only $14.99! I particularly enjoyed the pork ribs and Longaniza and loved that my plantain side dish wasn’t sliced but came whole. Ask for the signature Salento Hot Sauce with your meal. Although I didn’t find the sauce particularly hot I thought the fresh chile and onion concoction was absolutely amazing! They need to bottle the stuff and sell it – yea… it was THAT good!

That’s right, slide some tasty Southern tidbits over that tongue by forking into Jacksonville’s newest food truck fare at South in your Mouth.
The aTmosphere Add another amazing food truck to Jacksonville’s deliciously mobile dining revolution! And, not only does this eatery leave patrons with a cheery chomper, but it also allows for wallets to remain
With a permanent base station in the parking area of Browns Creek Fish Camp just off Heckscher Drive, hungry patrons will be able to find the South in your Mouth food truck every day (Unless there is a huge food event elsewhere in the city of course.). And on a Wednesday afternoon I found myself at the window of this stationary spot indecisively ogling mouthwatering menu items. Owner and cook, Donny Trauthwein provided some insight into several of his creative menu items and ultimately I ordered the Smoked Meatloaf, Dixieline Chili (4 Way) and a side of Donny’s house-made black beans and rice to sample. The portions here are HUGE here - and the price points low. A great combination when the food is really, really good! The meatloaf was really moist and flavorful. This mountain of meat sat on top of a couple of pieces of white bread and was deliciously anointed with a homemade brown gravy. In addition to the main you also get a side. The mac n’ cheese was a nice accompaniment to this delish dish. The Dixieline Chili is Donny’s creative way to showcase his amazing chili as well. This signature dish consists of a spaghetti base covered with a “secret recipe” chili and shredded cheddar cheese. Other toppers can be added such as onions and black beans. This dish was so tasty I
Donny spends hours toiling over a super BBQ smoker to prepare meats for his menu. Although he states that his thought process is not to be another BBQ food truck, but instead to provide food that is more along the lines of Southern comfort food. “I’ve always wanted to provide people with value and great food,” says Trauthwein.
With great local ownership, tasty, stomach satiating eats, fresh, homemade items and closeto-the-water location, this fabulous food truck in one fabulous find for your both your wallet and your mouth!

There seems to be a trend in music nowadays, where it’s popular to be loud, over enjoyable, offensive rather than perfected. Where, the entire purpose of going out to dance is to listen to an intrusive baseline that distracts from the details of the song being played. Not only is Symphony No. 3 Mahler’s longest piece, it’s the longest symphony in the standard repertoire, lasting slightly over 90 minutes. Phot by Eugenio Savio

Bands to be on the lookout for

STORY BEHIND THE MUSIC:
On a rainy day, when all you want to do is drink coffee and sit in your leather chair, this band could be the dog at your feet. They have this rooted feel of emotion towards life that speaks of the issues you wish you were brave enough to complain about. Ranging from the rotting of jobs in the small towns to the loss of love we all took advantage of at some point. All you can do is reflect and get lost in the sound of the upbeat grit this group of brothers have had in their teeth all along. You will surely understand their organic sound that’s meant to target the hard working people that are not always given a chance to work hard. Categorized as Bluegrass this band is not your dive bar, banjo playing common sound. According to these pioneers of tradition, they have, “poignant rural ballads about real people, dobro tone that Jerry (Douglas or Garcia) would love, distortion Pedals and grit
DOC HANDY STORY BEHIND THE MUSIC:
The focus was clear amongst the band fighting the dimly lit room with their sound. They didn’t need to make eye contact or know whereabouts their body occupied the stage. Their rhythm and passion did all the talking and their instruments did the walking to the table I was sitting at. Delivering a message that was stale but vibrantly fresh. “Jazz is a wonderful music, an American music, and with this economy can use all the help it can get to stay alive”. Then, Doc Handy, sat down and started tapping softly on his conga drums, calling out to the sounds of his accompaniment, pushing the lifeless room full of chatter out of Mudville Grill without ever turning on a light. Except for the red candle that went dim every time the band lifted the audience’s ears, causing a rising and falling flame in perfect harmony to the music. One could almost picture tall grass dancing franticly in a field around six wildflowers. Simply, catching the breeze in their own unique way, so they could produce rhythm amongst four walls. Replacing the constant sirens of crime and dog barking with a more natural vibe Jacksonville could find happiness in. Represented by the cheering and clapping

attitude from a whiskey soaked card game.” All of which sets them in a sod field of their own. Doing what they can to travel down all of the remaining unpaved roads and deliver a good time to those who carry handguns and family around their waist. Stuck dealing with dark skies and blue skies in search for something more, possibly a GreenSky? No matter what you’re looking for, we could always use a band to connect to on a personal level that goes well with stormy days and nights spent thinking about what was.

at the conclusion of each segment and on the faces of the band. Not worried about how their muscles were involuntary pulling their body to the sound of their creation. They are victims of talent and their desire to break silence by trading time for something larger. A simple thing that’s not a “synthesized mess, you know!” says Doc. In effort to explain why he so abruptly jumped to his feet following an acceleration of soulful hand dancing across his heavy breathing drums. Steady and unwavering from the abuse of his day job and ready to do what they were originally designed for. That is to create something purely complex in action but simple to love. Jazz. The band decided to close out the night with Cherokee, by Ray Noble. Picked by Doc Handy to once again take ahold of the room and include the audience in on the secret. One that could only be found in a backroom that’s dimly lit but never dark. Hidden in such a place only those willing to listen to their minds need to take a break and hand over life for a bit to something more than thought. I’m not going to tell you what you should hand over life to. Jazz goers might try and explain it to you. Online would have multiple opinions on it. All you really can do is go on May 23rd to the Jazz festival and search for the secret yourself. I’m sure, the bands would be willing to show you the way.

THE MAIN SQUEEZE STORY BEHIND THE MUSIC:
This band will definitely squeeze the soul right out of your musical being. Their loud vibe and even louder vocalist will shake your boring days right out of their foundation as the blues drop right off you. A truly inspiring band that uplifts the pattern of life we all tend to fall into. Motivating all of their listeners to move with the music and to forget about all those emails stuck monotone on your computer. They are the power behind your ability to forget the tame and become fresh as you walk down the street listening to their groove. No, they don’t have a category they reside in. This is 2014; a time music will start to break the rules and become the year of, World Music Fusion. A movement of sound that breaks down the walls of traditional genres and mix together everyone and their voice. According to The Main Squeeze they are an, “eclectic blend of inspiration which seamlessly navigates through funk, rock, electro, and jazz, while still rooting itself in something that’s uniquely their own.” Clearly, they are one of the many bands looking to search out new territory in the music scene. After all, all of the bands in the Buzz this month have one common factor. They want to mix, blend and fuse the pillars of sound and deliver a message of union between musicians and possibly people. Regardless, you have to start your days somehow, why not start it with The Main Squeeze?

TURKUAZ STORY BEHIND THE MUSIC:
By looking at the band you would never guess that what you were about to hear is pleasant, let alone capable of getting you up off your chair and dancing along with the eclectic band members dressed in brightly colored jumpsuits. Transforming what seems like a large chaotic group into a well-tuned “funk army,” (Turkuaz) that’s cool in the nerdy way. Ready to rush and destroy the stage in their combination of talent, the band describes as, “part freight train and part tyrannosaurus rex,” (Turkuaz).
Now, you could run in fear, or take a chance and get your free ticket for this departure into a musical ElEctro, and jazz, whilE mix of something seasoned with a new warp. Tossing still rooting itsElf in off the stage a “ jittery, world-pop-power groove— somEthing that’s uniquEly reminiscent of Remain In Light era Talking Heads— and a passion for Motown and R&B, resulting in a thEir own.” refreshing twist on the funk idiom,” (Turkuaz).
Can’t possibly think what that would sound like? That’s ok, I’m sure you’re not alone on this one. Still, don’t let that keep you from enjoying this big band or any band in that matter. Doing so would only rob you of the fun this brightly threaded group delivers to its audiences. Delivering not only a performance but a lifestyle that can only be lived on stage. Guaranteeing this nine piece band is sure to power wash the dust out of the cracks of Underbelly. After all, the show is free!

BUZZ: What’s your creative process like when you write songs? Jesse: I try and write a little bit everyday unless I’m touring. Then, I try and save the creativity for the show. Sometimes songs come together really well and other times I have to tear things apart and rebuild them. I also enjoy taking the old and traditional and mixing them to make a potent new mix. It’s all about creating a world music fusion by mixing music like, Middle Eastern, Columbian and Blue Grass. When I’m writing, I toss up ideas into the air to see if they create their own orbit.

CHRIS CLEMONS
Jaguars<Defense
The Jacksonville Jaguars busy free agent season included a late first week addition of Chris Clemons. The veteran pass rusher played for Gus Bradley in Seattle and excelled in his defense. Clemons had 38 sacks in the last four years playing for Seattle. Clemons is a former Georgia Bulldogs star and is 32 years old. He should provide some veteran leadership for a young football team.
ZIGGY HOOD
Jaguars<Defense
The Jacksonville Jaguars added Ziggy Hood to their defensive line in March. The big man can eat up a lot of space in the middle for the Jags. The former first round pick of the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2009 Draft weighs in at 300 pounds. Hood will add depth and versatility to a re-made defensive front for the Jaguars.
TOBY GERHART
Jaguars<Running Back
The Jaguars said goodbye to Maurice Jones-Drew and hello to Toby Gerhart. The Jags signed the running back to a three year contract and expect him to be their featured back in Jedd Fisch’s offense. Gerhart has been used sparingly so far in his NFL career because he was the backup in Minnesota to Adrian Peterson. Gerhart played his college football at Stanford.
DEKODA WATSON
Jaguars<Linebacker
The Jags continued to add players in free agency and that included outside linebacker Dekoda Watson. The former Florida State Seminoles star had played for the Tampa Bay Bucs. Watson is a fast guy with the versatility to pass rush in the Jags scheme on the third down. Watson is a nice story. A guy given a chance as a 7th round draft pick and he has parlayed that into a second contract in the NFL.
THE PLAY BY PLAY
WITH COLE PEPPER
CP: Have you tried to keep THE PLAYERS focused on local? MR: We have a lot of great local businesses and local partners. And we have a lot of national and international guests that come here and we want them to experience Jacksonville. Most of the food venues you see out here are locally owned restaurants with great ties to the community. That’s a great way to showcase Jacksonville. CP: What else is going to be different on the course?
MATT RAPP
Executive Director THE PLAYERS Championship Matt Rapp is the Executive Director of THE PLAYERS Championship. Cole Pepper caught up with Rapp before THE PLAYERS to talk about what’s new at the tournament this year.
CP: From a big picture standpoint, what did you want to do with the changes this year? MR: We have the formula figured out. It’s improving the fan experience across the board. Obviously, that starts with the essentials: having great bathroom facilities, we’ve added a lot of high-end temporary restrooms and we’re completing our third permanent large scale restroom that is open to anyone with a grounds ticket. CP: What about food? MR: We’re doubling the size of Taste of Jax and adding two new restaurants in there. We have a food truck near the 10th fairway, called Trucks on 10. And Taco Lu is going be out here at a venue called Tacos on 12 that’s going to be very popular.
MR: We’re opening up the back practice area for the first time ever. The whole back nine is really opened up now with the expansion of Taste of Jax and the Trucks on 10. A lot of beautiful spots that are even more user friendly with a place to go get something eat, a cold drink and then go see more great golf. CP: And on the final three holes, maybe the best finish in golf, there’s a new way for fans to view the action. MR: Maybe the best finish in golf? This is the best finish in golf! We have the SeaBest Deck on the back of the 17th green grandstand. It’s open to anyone with a grounds pass and you can see the money shots on 16, all of 17 and all of 18 from that perch and enjoy some cooling shade and some misting fans and a cold beverage and food. CP: What do you want people to come away from THE PLAYERS this year saying? MR: For Jacksonville and the growth of this event and the growth of the area, we are, without a debate, the best fan experience in all of professional golf and I think it’s time that the world knows that. When that message gets out more broadly, that will help from an economic development standpoint. We actually have more people coming from outside the five county area than from within. These are people who are business decision makers who can make decisions that can impact our future. May 2014 • www.iwantaBUZZ.com

SPORTS BUZZ
FEATURED SPORTS BLOGGER
By Cord Friedrich Woodyard-iwantaBUZZ.com Cycling Blogger
Calling all cyclists! May is “Bike Month” and your presence is requested out on the road. While the term
cyclist congers up visions of spandex, aerodynamic helmets, tiny pedals and skinny tires, this call is for the cyclist in all of us. If you own or ride bikes, don’t be intimidated. Don’t worry if your bike doesn’t weight 15 lbs. this is your month, too. May is the perfect time for National Bike Month; our nation is shaking off the winter blues and the weather is changing for the better; I know, we’re in Florida, but it was COLD this winter!
As kids head to the water for recreation in Northeast Florida during the spring and summer, diving accidents occur far too frequently. There are approximately 7,000 diving accidents annually in the US; about 1,000 of those result in a spinal cord injury; 9 out of 10 result in paralysis. Most of these injuries occur among young people between the ages of 15 and 24. Here are some important, injury-preventing tips to share with young people as the summer recreation season approaches: • Most diving accidents occur in natural bodies of water. • Eleven feet is the recommended depth for diving. • Natural factors such as tides can change the water’s depth and the level of debris including rocks and stumps. • Divers should consider details like the spot from which the water is entered and their own height. • The best rule to follow is to jump in feet first.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends the following:
For some cyclists it has been awhile since you or your bike has been out and about so it might need some TLC or just some air in the tires; the dust will fly off when you hit top speed. If you’re ready to embrace
this challenge, but your bike is not, any bike shop worth its salt will air up your tires and do a quick safety check for you. You are not looking for a tune up, you just want to ride
safely for a few miles in May, and if you fall back in love with cycling you can give them more time with the bike in June or July. Most bikes can get down the road, it is the stopping that is critical. Make sure the brakes work.
Speaking of working brakes; use them, at stop signs, please. We really need to be better at following the rules of the road because they do apply to us, too. If you are
over ten years old stay off the sidewalk, ride the roads less-traveled, stay to the right side of the road; you are a vehicle and that is your direction of travel. Finally, wear a helmet, I speak from experience, they are not silly looking toys. A helmet will save your life or at the least reduce your hospital stay, your loved ones will not judge you because you are out there living the dream of riding your bike. Cord Friedrich Woodyard ‘s first bike was an orange Schwinn with a white banana seat and a sissy bar. He’s been in love with bikes since that very first wheelie! He builds, fixes, fits, and sells bicycles here in Jacksonville and has dozens of years of experience with everything from custom hand-builts to children’s balance bikes. They all transport you to another place! His philosophy is: the best bike in the world is the one you use! Check out more blogs at iwantaBUZZ.com. If you would like to be an iwantaBUZZ.com blogger email Nia@CFMedia.net.
• Never dive into above-ground pools. They are too shallow. • Don’t dive from the side of an in-ground pool. • Enter the water feet first. • Dive only from the end of a diving board and not from the sides. • Always slide down feet first on a pool slide. • According to the American Institutes for Research, 16.8% of all diving accidents occurred from attempting an unusual dive or trick. Do not attempt trick dives in a residential pool.
Finally, remember that drowning is the second leading cause of death from accidental injury in young people ages 5-19 in Florida. • Drowning usually occurs silently and quickly. Children and adults are not usually able to call out for help or wave their arms. • Submersion can occur in 20 to 60 seconds and permanent brain damage begins within 4-6 minutes without oxygen. • No one should ever swim alone. • Everyone should learn the skills of CPR! • Drinking alcohol while swimming, diving, or boating is not a safe combination.

What happens if I just pay my speeding ticket? If you just pay your ticket, you will automatically receive points. Paying the ticket means admitting guilt, so you will receive points. You should consider if you can take traffic school (1 per year and 5 time in a lifetime), which would allow you to avoid points. You will still have to pay a fine. Another option is to schedule a traffic ticket hearing with or without an attorney.
I was not at fault, and the police officer, still gave me a ticket. You can challenge your traffic ticket in court by scheduling it for trial. This is a trial with witnesses and the officer, who cited you, will appear. First there will be a hearing, where you will need to tell the hearing officer or the Judge that you are not going to enter a plea, and the trial will be scheduled. You will be able to ask officer questions and present evidence, such as pictures or a 911 call. INSIDE LOOK BUZZ: Tell us about Becca Bakes Cakes? BR: Becca Bakes Cake started on March 2013, in a hospital, actually. I
was diagnosed with Brain Cancer a few years ago and during a long chemo treatment my Mother and I decided to pass the time watching TV. We ran across a marathon of “Cupcake Wars” and were entranced with episode after episode. When we finally shut the TV off we looked at each other and said, “We can bake and we like to make things look pretty!” It took Becca Bakes Cake a while from that point to get up and running as I needed to perfect my recipes and gain a little more strength from my illness.
BUZZ: How did you start your business? BR: I started this amazing adventure with the help of my family. My mom

taught me how to bake when I was younger. Together we learned how to do decorative piping and elaborate fondant work. My sister takes all of our cake pictures and works social media, her husband, David, and two kids Elsie and Emma are always at every market supporting me as well. Additionally my dad assists with the financial aspects of my business. Everyone has been involved in some aspect and is continually supportive!
BUZZ: What are some of your client’s favorite sweet eats? BR: My Chocolate Peanut butter is our most popular cupcake by far. One
time, I had a client eat 6 in one sitting! The chocolate covered strawberry is also very popular. But we are always coming out with new flavors, so favorites frequently change.
BUZZ: Where can sweet-seeking Jacksonvillians find you? BR: You can find me at the Nocatee Farmers market the third Saturday
of every month. Most of my business consists of custom orders. People can contact me through my website BeccaBakesCake.Weebly.com or call me at 534-9722.

SHUCKER’S OYSTER BAR
942699 Old Nassauville Rd. Fernandina Beach 277-2580
Nestled in a peaceful corner, tucked behind a convenience store, Shucker’s is quite a find. There’s an outside deck where you can eat and play games like horseshoes and cornhole. Inside is just as charming and is sometimes compared to the TV show Cheers because of its atmosphere and prevalence of locals who all know one another and the staff by name. The menu offers a wide variety of reasonably priced seafood.

CEDAR RIVER
2728 Sadler Rd. Fernandina Beach 491-0445
Cedar River is your traditional seafood restaurant. You can count on them for a delectable seafood platter with no surprises. You won’t find them on the web or on Facebook, (unless someone else is doing the posting). They rely on a solid customer base and word of mouth, and business is good. Located just blocks from the ocean, you can almost feel the sea breeze as you eat.

THE CRAB TRAP
464073 S.R. 200 Yulee 310-6922
31 N. 2nd St. Fernandina Beach 261-4749
The Crab Trap is a family owned restaurant that has been around for over 34 years, and there is a good reason for its longevity. Two ingredients that combine for its huge success are a great location and superb local seafood. Located in historical downtown Fernandina, The Crab Trap is positioned in a building that is 138 years old! Don’t forget to pick up a distinctive colorful tie-dye Crab Trap T-shirt before you leave!
Owner, Abraham Hassan is appreciative of his customers. Orders are taken at a counter, thus avoiding any long wait times. No more annoying delays as you wait for the server to finally notice you so you can get the check! Scrumptious seafood comes fried, grilled, blackened, or boiled. The best part? Reasonable prices that mean you can visit several times a week, (as many customers do!), without ruining your budget.

Established in 2012, the Salty Pelican is fairly new. Owners Al Waldis and T.J. Pelletier “set out on a mission to create an experience that encompassed an exciting location, great food, and a fun atmosphere.” In this case, the best laid plans…..worked extraordinarily well! Of course, when dining here, you will be savoring the moment and the food, not thinking about what makes it work! Located downtown on North Front Street, this restaurant cleverly combines indoor and outdoor dining. Adjacent to the water, you can perch like a pelican on the second floor! Live music spices things up Thursday-Sunday. Owner and chef T.J. makes sure that every dish is divine. If you like your food with a side of fun, the Salty Pelican is for you!

A TOAST TO STEVE RASZKIN A Taste of Wine by Steve 5174 First Coast Hwy. | ATasteOfWineBySteve.com Picking a wine can be kind of intimidating. There are just so many choices, and it’s just not as simple as white or red. A fine wine can be affected by factors ranging from soil differences to climatic variations. And, if all this complexity weren’t enough, wine carries with it a highbrow reputation, which tends to frighten off many potential fans. The solution to this conundrum? A man named Steve Raszkin and his aptly named business, A Taste of Wine by Steve. With almost 40 years of experience in the wine industry, Steve could easily out-snob just about anyone with his knowledge, but to meet him, you would never know it. He is incredibly personable and makes it his mission to assist everyone from beginners to connoisseurs. And if you like, he will even deliver it to your door! Intrigued? Join Steve and friends Friday nights for wine tastings at which four new wines are explored. Or maybe sign up for one of his many events. He will be celebrating Mother’s Day this year on May 10th at the Fernandina Golf course with a scrumptious meal that will include beef Wellington and, of course, wine! Unlike most salespeople, Steve’s joy is derived not from the sale of his product, but from the gratification of his patrons. Strawberries just might be nature’s perfect fruit. They’re low in calories, but high in fiber. They have potassium & magnesium, which promotes bone health, and so much more. Now, real Louisiana strawberry juice is in beer. Seriously! Abita Strawberry Harvest Lager adds the juice after filtration, so it maintains all the fabulous aroma and flavor of the strawberries. THE VOLSTEAD Interview by Monica Stouder
What inspired the unusual name? The Volstead Act, written by Congressman Andrew Volstead, was enacted to carry out the intent of the 18th amendment. In other words, it was the act that led to prohibition. We chose the name to pay homage to an era soaked in style and sophistication, as well as remembering a once prosperous time for our city and our nation as a whole. What is unique about your bar area? Our bar is built primarily out of materials that were popular during the 1920’s. We boast our over 100 year old original wood beams, Zinc bar top, and Subway tile throughout the building. Also the center island of our bar is an old shipping crate from our local port. Tell us about your best selling drink The best selling drink is probably the Peek-a-Boo. It’s light, refreshing, and not too sweet (fresh muddled cucumber, gin, and lemonade) . Do you serve any local liquors or brews? We serve one beer from each local brewery (Aardwolf, Bold city, Intuition, and Green room), and feature a few Florida made spirits (whiskey and vodka).
a monthly signature drink, utilizing the freshest possible ingredients. For example: April was the month of the mango, so we featured the Mango Dewdrop (mango, bourbon, lime, and ginger beer). Do you all have music or any kind of events? Movie Monday is every Monday night and we feature classic films from the 1920’s, 30’s, and 40’s on our projection screen. And service industry night is every Tuesday night, where we do spirit samplings, themed drinks, and teach other service industry professionals a little more about their craft. What is Geo-SMASHED? We try to instill a love of history, mainly Jacksonville history, into the hearts of our patrons. So every Saturday around noon, we do something called The Volstead’s Scramble to get Geo-SMASHED. It is essentially a weekly city wide Geocache hunt. A clue is released on our Facebook page to a local historical landmark, and the first to figure out the clue and get to the location will find a small film canister with free drink tickets inside. Aside from free premium drinks you also get historian bragging rights, at least for the week. It’s fun, educational, and often gives you a new perspective on our wonderful city. 115 West Adams St. 414-3171 TheVolsteadJax.com
What kind of weekly drink specials do you all offer? We don’t really do weekly specials. We do however feature

Sourcing Suds By Brian Little
Brew Time By Marc Wisdom What should a drinker look for in the spring when the bitter cold of Bavarian winter is releasing its icy grip and the cool breezes of spring begin filtering down from the Alps? Over 400 years ago, German brewers asked themselves just that question and, being a resourceful and thirsty bunch, came up with an answer; maibock (pronounced My-bock).
Follow me on twitter @beerapostle “Sourcing Suds” is a new column by the Beer Apostle, Brian Little, recognizing beer that’s locally brewed and served. Join him each month as he highlights a local craft beer and where you can find it on tap!
To understand the development on maibock, a little back history is needed. Einbeck, a city in the northern half of Germany, had perfected the art of malting these grains so that they maintained their golden color and light flavor. Beers from the area were renowned throughout Europe as the finest on offer.
In 1614, brewer Elias Pilcher was recruited from Einbeck to infuse the northern style of brewing into southern Bavarian beers. The first beer he produced was dubbed maibock – a tip of the hat to the Munich pronunciation of Einbeck, “Ein-bock” – or literally, “May beer.”
Source AARDWOLF BREWING CO. (Taproom) Aardwolf Brewing Company is located in Jacksonville’s San Marco neighborhood, just minutes from the heart of downtown. The Taproom is an inviting space. There’s exposed brick, plenty of seating, and a wide range of craft beer offered on tap. “Our taproom is a place to teach people about beer. We don’t just have our beer, but we have great guest taps too. And our bar, you can see is really long. We designed it to help people interact with others,” said co-owner, Preben Olsen.
In 1614, brewer Elias Pilcher was recruited from Einbeck to infuse the northern style of brewing into southern Bavarian beers. The first beer he produced was dubbed maibock – a tip of the hat to the Munich pronunciation of Einbeck, “Ein-bock” – or literally, “May beer.” The beer was a hybrid of northern and southern brewing styles incorporating the lighter color and hoppy character of the northern brews with the higher alcohol content – around 6% to 7% – and maltiness of southern draughts.
Traditionally, the maibock of Hofbrauhaus is still considered the original maibock, but today there are many versions ranging from maltier to hoppier. The beer is ceremoniously tapped in late April of each year. It is known as a transitional beer to Germans and is revered as a not too strong, but not too light seasonal treat. GOLDEN TAP BEER OF THE MONTH May is a big month for beer-lovers in Jacksonville, so I am not sure I can distill it down to a single beer choice. The Craft & Import Beer Festival will bring hundreds of beers to try to the Veterans Memorial Arena on May 16. Jacksonville Craft Beer Week kicks off on May 25 and culminates on May 31 with another beer festival, this time put on by the Florida Brewers Guild. So, narrowing it down to just one beer is just a little too difficult this month. My suggestion; hit up the beer fests and find something you really enjoy. Marc Wisdom comes from hearty Bavarian stock and has been known to slip on his lederhosen and yodel for a beer on occasion. Follow all the beer news worth reading on his blog accessible from his website: JaxBeerGuy.com.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL (Anniversary Breakfast Stout)
MAY 16-18
To celebrate the one-year anniversary of their taproom, Aardwolf went big with a bold breakfast stout. Early Bird Special is brewed with generous portions of oats, vanilla, and cinnamon, and then aged on coffee beans. It’s a dark beer that gives off an appetizing aroma of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon. This beer is bursting with flavor! There’s cinnamon, vanilla and even a hint of maple-syrup. Think French toast in a glass! And with the coffee bean flavors, Early Bird Special serves up a complete breakfast-like experience. Aardwolf’s Taproom is open Wednesday through Saturday at 3 p.m. My recommendation is to go on Wednesdays for their weekly tapping of a pilot batch. These are rare and extremely limited batches (sometimes only 5 gallons of beer), that highlight the brewery’s experimental and innovative side.

In addition to using these camouflage skills defensively, the Billibee is a dangerous predator, lulling its prey into relaxing its awareness by performing an entertaining array of humorous impressions, before launching its attack in the guise of a swarm of angry wasps. No one knows what kind of animal the Billibee actually is when in its native state, and it is suspected that the Billibee does not know itself. It is thought that the Billibee believes itself to be some sort of bird, due to the frequency of its ill-fated attempts at flight.

Errand Etiquette On the one hand, when running an errand for someone the runner should always try to be as accurate as possible. On the other hand, the sender ought to make the instructions as simple as possible, lessening the chances for a foul up. When my wife sends me on errands, we tend to both break these rules. Last week, she sent me out to get hairspray. She wrote down exactly what she wanted. I really don’t know what happened to the note—I just know that it wasn’t in my pocket when I looked for it. So, I’m in the hair care department, trying to read 500 bottles at once. I finally found Suave hairspray. It was made by Suave, and it very specifically said “hairspray.” Before leaving, I noticed that Suave made quite a few different hairsprays: Extra Hold, Firm Hold, Relaxed Hold. There were kinds for damaged hair, dry hair, thick hair, and thin hair. Things for volume, things scented, and things unscented. The scented and unscented is what caught my eye. While I’m not good at remembering all the details of my wife’s order, I do remember (will always remember) what she smells like when she dresses up for something. So one at a time, I began opening bottles and cans and spraying them into the air. I sniffed each one, hoping to find her scent. It took me about fifteen minutes, but I finally found it. I returned home triumphantly and handed her a bottle of Victoria’s Secret body spray. She asked why I had bought body spray. “Because that’s what you smell like when we go out,” I said, proud that I had figured everything out on my own.

MAY HOROSCOPE Aries (March 21- April 19) Looks like going out hasn’t been working and isn’t going to in May. Try going online this month and chat it up with someone else who is, “sick of the bar scene.” More likely they are just sick of going unnoticed and being ignored. Taurus (April 20 – May 20) Don’t expect anything exciting this month if you have a mate. Maybe if you’re lucky, you’ll get to do some hand holding and more talking. Sounds real spicy to me… puke. Have fun with that third grade relationship and hopefully next month comes quickly. Gemini (May 21 – June 21) Don’t expect to find “the One” this month, but you will meet several fun people. Knowing you though, you may force one of these fun people into “the One.” Just don’t come sobbing to me when you ruin a good friendship. Cancer (June 22 – July 22) As often as you think you are correct, this month the best option is giving in for the time being. Sounds nuts, but you’ll thank me. You can go back to be “correct all the time” in June. And if you think I’m wrong, well big surprise there (look at the first eight words of this horoscope). Leo (July 23 – August 22) Someone you’ve been talking about behind their back now has a crush on you. Don’t know who? Then start talking trash on the person you really want, and see if this horoscope comes true. Virgo (August 23 – September 22) There’s a person out there throwing themselves at you, and either you don’t see it or well… you’re just dumb. People don’t always get this chance. So slick back that hair, put on your best outfit, or whatever you do to look your best and catch the one hurling themselves at you.

Libra (September 23 – October 22) There is some confused sexual chemistry going on this month. You are putting out this vibe that you want to party, but all you really want to do is talk. Confused? Yeah, so is everyone else. I may not know much, but mixed signals never are fun. That I do know. Scorpio (October 23 – November 21) Things are not as they seem for your love interest, and this is the month to prove that. The person you are digging on may not be what you think. Ask around, jump online, or go through their garbage. It’s not stalking… its research. Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21) That person you’ve been chatting to the past few months doesn’t want a pen pal, because pen pals don’t create intimacy. So quit your Facebook messaging and maybe be seen in public with a real person on a real date. Welcome to real life. Capricorn (December 22 – January 19) I want to ask them out, but do they really like me? Am I their type? Enough already! The answer is always no, unless of course, you do ask them to do something. But you’re right. It’s better to anguish over it instead of hearing no and moving on to the next yes. Good choice. Aquarius (January 20 – February 18) See ya later! That’s right. Your mate or love interest is not shaping up the way you want right now. They’re not changing, so you should. Out with the old, and in with anything else. Yeah, it’s getting that bad. Pisces (February 19 – March 20) Things are hazy for Cupid and he can’t find a target to hit for you. Either give Cupid a good target to shoot towards (figure out what you’re looking for) or just enjoy his poor marksmanship with one-night stands and mounds of regret on those walk of shames.
