Pulling inspiration from the phycological torture techniques used during WWII, this collection of fabric swatches focuses on the marriage of traditional Judaic tradition and modern expression in a religious world that is highly regulated. Through a great deal of research, swatch experimentation and construction, and the design of corresponding clothing line, this project was presented to Lucas Maethger for an introductory fashion design course at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
