Compact M/cs : Technical Specifications
Round Table : Centre of the activity, this table holds the work piece. Round table allows design maneuverability of all curves.
Glue Application Unit : All edge materials are perfectly glued with hotmelt glue. The joint is unvisible and withstands all weather effect. There are pneumatic pulling and guillotine units on glue box.
Edge Banding Unit : It starts automatically, when panel is put on m/c. The unit is composed of rollers, pneumatic band applying unit and hot air blower.
Trimming Unit : This auto unit cleans excesses at top and bottom of the panel. It is programmed for rotating the panel and run the trimming motors. The guiders follow the panel by itself according to panel edges.
