YOU WILL DISCOVER INNER-STRENGTH. A force you didn’t know existed within you.
YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUE POWER OF SELF-DISCIPLINE. A level of commitment and persistence that is rare among many. YOU WILL DEVELOP INCREDIBLE CONFIDENCE AND FAITH. An ability to trust yourself and not let fear stand in your way. WHEN YOU BECOME A PART OF THIS TEAM,
YOU WILL BE A WINNER.
Cross-country is a very pure and honest sport. There are not a lot of frills. There are not often huge crowds of spectators cheering you on. You have to push yourself. You have keep going even when don’t think you can. It is here you will discover an inner strength. A belief you can accomplish things that other say can’t be done.
The correlations between running and life are endless and even now, after running seven years of cross country, I continue to delve deeper and deeper into the lessons that life has to teach me through joy and disappointment, achievement and hardship.
Betsy F lood – 2008
STRENGTH
GO BEYOND WHAT YOU EVER THOUGHT POSSIBLE.
FOC US
TO COMMIT EVERY MORNING. EVERY DAY. EVERY WEEK. As in many things in life, success is the result of the sacrifices made when no one is watching. Similarly, success in cross country is the result that comes from the work that is done “between the spikes or the sacrifices made between races. This is a very personally rewarding sport, but nothing of value comes without sacrifice.
There is no Easter Sunday without Good Friday.

WE SUPPORT AND PUSH EACH OTHER. TOGETHER WE DO GREAT THINGS. This is a unique sorority of current team members and alums who are connected to each other in the lifelong memories and lessons that have been learned in this valuable classroom of cross country. Whether you are an experience runner or just starting out, there is a place for you on this special team. We need good, positive, dedicated, fun people to help maintain our championship environment.
I have had an experience I will never forget; we are all one big fa mily helping each other achieve success.
