Alex grew up skiing in North Conway because his grandmother lived directly behind the house you're in now. Eventually, his aunt and uncle (the OG members of the club) purchased this land and built this house and spent time here with their two children for over 40 years. Wouldn't you know it...they had "moose" as part of their last name. So they filled this house with moose signs, moose glasses, moose knickknacks, and more. We've left some up for you to enjoy.
When those children were grown and had families of their own, Alex's aunt and uncle were finally ready to say goodbye to the home they loved so much.
That's where we came in.
We were thrilled to purchase this well-loved home to continue the family tradition...and now we are delighted to share the magic with you.

You'll receive a code for the door via text please keep code private!
Switches for Electricity, Water & Hot Water are all located in the downstairs bathroom. When you enter the house, go down the stairs, take a left and the bathroom is at the end of the hallway.
Electricity Switch is located behind the bathroom door in the electrical box The switches to turn on are clearly marked with blue dots. Switch to ON position.
Water & Hot Water Levers are located on the hot water tank right in front of you when you enter the same downstairs bathroom. There are two levers to move to an ON position One is located on the top of the tank and one on the floor. There is light blue writing on the wall next to the water tank to note the ON and OFF positions.
Heat is controlled by thermostats in each room. Please use thermostats to control the temperature in each room. You will notice the heaters are exposed on the walls in each room. Please use caution and do NOT leave anything touching the heaters.

We have set the thermostat set at 50 degrees. Please make sure it's set to this before you depart
Electricity, Water & Hot Water please move switches and levers back to OFF position as they were when you arrived
Heat please set each thermostat back to 50 degrees fahrenheit
Internal Doors please leave downstairs bedroom & bathroom doors open Linens & Towels please place any used sheets, linens, and towels in the laundry room. There is no need to start the washer.
External Doors please ensure external doors (ie deck, bedroom) are locked. When you exit the front door, please ensure you pull the door full shut and ensure it locks behind you.
Do you have any suggestions for what to do on a rainy day?
It can feel sad when you take a vacation and the weather doesn't cooperate. Luckily, bad weather days are a great time to check out the Conway Scenic Railroad, Settlers Green Factory Outlet, Kahuna Lagoona Indoor Water Park, White Mountain Winery, or the New England Ski Museum.
We also suggest taking a ride to the Living Shores Aquarium located next to Story Land which is open Friday Monday. Look online for discount tickets.
