Lessons & Clubs
Join in for 25M length swimming or a leisurely soak. Three 25M lanes are available, as well as hot tub, sauna and steam room. Check out our Aquafit schedule as classes are offered during every swim.
A busy time in the pool for swim lessons and club practices. Adults may drop in for the hot tub, sauna and steam room. The remaining pool area is reserved for lessons and clubs.

25M Lengths and Clubs
A great way to fit in a workout! Three 50M lanes are available, as well as hot tub, sauna and steam room. Use the cardio machines or weight room as part of your fitness routine. Check out our Aquafit schedule for daytime Aqualite classes.
A minimum of two 25M lanes will be available for length swimming.
Everyone Welcome for Fun and Lengths Ride the waterslide, shoot some hoops, swim lengths, relax in the steam room, play in the small pools...something for everyone! Two 25M lanes are available for length swimming. Diving boards available on Fridays and weekends.
Family
Lane-rope configuration may change at the beginning and end of each swim. Last entry to facility is 30 minutes before closing.

Greater Victoria Regional Pass $492 (includes GST) includes access to all municipal recreation centres in Greater Victoria.
*Post-secondary students with proof of registration will pay this fee. **Children 6 years of age and younger must be accompanied into the pool at arms reach at all times by an adult (16 years or older). ***Family: 2 adults and up to 3 children/youth, or 1 adult and up to 4 children/youth.

An ideal time for the family to get together and enjoy some good clean fun in the shallow end of the big pool and two small pools. The deep end is reserved but the hot tub, sauna, steam room, waterslide, and basketball net are all available. One parent/ guardian must accompany children in the water.
Lessons & Family There is a lot going on in the pool but we have carved out some space for families to swim together during swim lesson time. The basketball net and little yellow slide are available in the main pool, and the triangle pool is open for play!
Friday Night Youth Only Swim (11–16yrs) A chance for youth to enjoy the pool to themselves every Friday night. Supervision provided by our fantastic youth leaders. Snack available on first Friday of the month, WIBIT inflatable on the last. Only $2.

Combines deep water fitness with postural awareness and yoga postures adapted for the water.

Perfect for seniors or those living with arthritis, fibromyalgia or other joint/tissue conditions. Also a great way to exercise during pregnancy or for those recovering from injury.
MODERATE
You set your own pace. Instructors will provide options to increase difficulty and intensity for those who are looking for a little bit extra.
INTENSE
For those looking to quickly improve cardiovascular and muscular fitness. These classes are designed to get your heart rate up.
The fitness centre is available to those 16 years and older. If you are 13 –15 years, you may use the equipment during supervised times or when accompanied by a parent or guardian, or on your own once you have completed a Teen Weightroom Orientation. For more information call 250.361.0732.

Childminding Services (0–8 years) Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – Noon Enjoy the many activities the Crystal Pool and Fitness Centre has to offer while your little one receives quality child care with crafts, creative play, painting and more.
