ICE at Gaylord Palms is an annual Christmas tradition, with more than 20,000 square-feet of frosty 9-degree bliss played out in a winter wonderland of exciting hand-carved sculptures. This year the events features 30-foot ice slides carved entirely from 2 million pounds of ice and an all-new, awe inspiring tribute to the unforgettable DreamWorks’ Animation TV classic “Merry Madagascar.”

Description:
One of Orlando’s largest Holiday celebrations. Events include a Holiday Film Festival, ice skating, light show and attractions. More than 75,000 individual lights are synchronized to music during the light show. Ice skating features music by a live DJ, and attractions include a Ferris Wheel, Santa Train, Chimney Launch and live performances.

hen there is the smiling dairy cows in green pastures that are seen in every milk logo, but the reality is that dairy cows are repeatedly impregnated, milked, and injected with growth hormones all while being intensively confined. Their calves are taken away just hours after birth and are subjected to mutilations such as having their tails cut off. Once a dairy cow is considered spent by the industry, they are sent to slaughterhouses just like the calves were. In the slaughterhouses, they are hanged upside down after being stunned, then their throats are slit and their limbs are chopped while they are conscious.

ll of the pain and blood spilled by factory farms only result in unhealthy products by the unsanitary conditions the animals were bred in; pollution, poverty, deforestations, cruelty, and the pain those animals suffer. As people of society, it is dishonorable to stand behind the practice of factory farming. The only way to fully banish this horrid practice, save humanity’s integrity, and rescue ourselves from our declining health is to go vegan.

Friendly’s is at a nice location, after you have your meal you can walk around international drive and even visit the orlando eye that’s right in front of it. It’s begining to look a lot like Christmas in Florida December 1st is here, start the countdown to Christmas. Although we might still be having days where the temperature reaches the 80s, down in Florida we know how to do christmas even if lacking the snow. Let’s not forget that Orlando, Florida is the theme park capital of world. Drum roll please,....first up is Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Mickey himself, arguably the most joyest mouse spending christmas with you and your family. Christmas Celebration at Seaworld, gives you a christmas adaptation the Seaworld you love. Grinchmas at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, light up the park just like Whoville. I even heard that Grinch might be there. Well that’s not all folks Light Up UCF is a free event. Featuring a film festival, light show, and parking. A possible romantic outing would be to stop by the Festival of Trees hosted by the Orlando Museum of Art. Take a snuggle buddy and stroll through the beautiful trees. One of the most well known events would be

Finally what Christmas season would be complete without taking a girl’s night to go see the Nutcracker Ballet at the Bob Carr Performing Arts Center. With everything this Orlando has to offer, this season is sure to be a holly jolly one.

Create a quiet and dark sleep environment 3. If you try to sleep but can’t for about 15 minutes, go to another room. 4. Only use your bed when sleeping. Don’t do homework or stressful activities on your bed. 5. Don’t eat two to three hours before going to sleep. 6. Exercise regularly 7. Don’t drink caffeine before bedtime 8. Limit your after school naps to one hour or less.
