The client of the project is The Assemblies of God of Malaysia (AGM). This project was being presented to the members of AGM during the AGM meeting. The client requires an extension and refurbishment to the building with addition of 4 levels building to the existing Chapel and Management block which consists of Administration Office, Library and Multipurpose Hall. Besides, the client also requires an addition of 1 block of 4 levels Hostel consisting 2 levels of Carpark and 2 levels of student Hostel. The land are belongs to Tainan CIty Government. The meeting with the Tainan City Government was hold during the site visit to the park to discuss about the design proposal. The existing Tainan Women’s Association building is planned to be remained and renovated into a jogging and recreational park. This is the place for the japanese businessman or japanese embassy officers who travel to Malaysia and have a place to stay for a few days. At first, the owner requested for renovation for the main entrance.After the construction, the owner requested to propose a new design proposal. My task for this project was to prepare and submit for the authority submission and meeting with the authorities.
