Language can express the true feelings of an individual, a group of people, a generation and even an entire nation. Visual and performing arts use non-verbal expression as their media for communication, which may be more truthful and powerful than words in breaking the boundaries of time and space. For this year’s JCCAC Festival, the theme is “Dialogue”. It presents the power of the arts, as carrier and expression of artists’ thoughts and feelings, and common language for communication not only between artists and audience, but also between people. It brings together more than fifty local artists, using artistic creation to create dialogue with the public and reach out to community.
