AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organisation run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership and management.
Global Leader? It is a experiential learning and development platform created by students, for students. We are a movement of “do-ers� - giving those who partcipate in our programs the unique advantage of being a part of something bigger than themselves. This job catalogue outlines the positions open in the windsor local chapter.
Outgoing
EXCHANGE
In Outgoing Exchange, we focus on the CORE programs of the organization. We control the Global Citizen Program & Global Talent Program. We work with students (including our own membership) to send them on an international leadership experience. We work closely with our clients to find them the right experience.

Positions Available TEAM LEADER • Managing a team of 3-5 members, and ensuring their success • Developing strategies with the VP of Exchange to drive exchange and send more students abroad. • be capable of educating team members on the core programs and what it means to be part of AIESEC. • The Global Citizen Program has three sub-products: culture, education, and social entrepreneurship. This means that we offer internships corresponding with those three sub-products. Team leaders will be responsible for selecting one of those sub-products and effectively managing their team. • Have an intimate knowledge of all the databases used for the exchange program • Promoting AIESEC at on campus events to raise awareness. • Attending team meetings, group socials, and general assemblies. • Participating in the activities of other portfolios Projected Time Commitment: 15 hours per week *Note that hours may change depending on level of activity
TEAM MEMBER • Organizing educational sessions for students for us to propose our programs. • Meeting with students to explain the exchange programs in detail, including the timeline of their application. • Assist in organizing events to prepare students that are going abroad. • Having a core understanding of the two different exchange programs that AIESEC offers. • Promoting AIESEC at on campus events to raise awareness. • Attending team meetings, group socials, and general assemblies. • Participating in the activites of other portfolios

ACCOUNT DELIVERY
Account Delivery is responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing partners and making sure that that our trainees and interns here in Windsor are having an amazing experience.

Positions Available TEAM MEMBER • Contacting warm accounts and existing partners. • Making sure that that our trainees and interns currently here are having a great time. • Screen and interviewing potential interns. • Follow up on an interns paperwork, VISA, housing, and any other issues. • Use Salesforce on a frequent basis. • Promoting AIESEC at on campus events to raise awareness • Attending team meetings, group socials, and general assemblies. • Participating in the activities of other portfolios Projected Time Commitment: 10 hours per week *Note that hours may change depending on level of activity
Marketing &
COMMUNICATIONS
MarCom is the process of communicating the value of a product or service to customers, for the purpose of selling the product or service. It is a critical business function for attracting customers. There are two divisions: lead generation and lead nurturing. Being part of Lead Generation, you will be responsible for attracting students to AIESEC, physically/digitally. Being part of Lead Nurturing, you will be responsible for following-up on contacts and ensuring the message of our products.

Positions Available TEAM MEMBER OF LEAD GENERATION • Understand AIESEC Canada’s brand, including products and subproducts • Generate leads through physical and digital means (e.g. tabling, classroom talks, Facebook campaigns, Twitter, etc) • Calling leads and scheduling consultations • Work with Outgoing Exchange throughout the Funnel Stages (our customer flow) • Manage team members to generate, call, and track leads • Connect with student clubs/faculties • Attending weekly portfolio meetings and AIESEC events on campus/in Canada

TEAM MEMBER OF LEAD NURTURING • Mastery of AIESEC Canada’s brand, including products and subproducts • Manage team members to track and follow-up with leads (mostly digitally) • Calling leads and scheduling consultations mostly as a second point of contact/follow-up • Work with Ougoing Exchange throughout the Funnel Stages (our customer flow process) • Manage team members to create engaging content for social media and email • Attending weekly portfolio meetings and AIESEC events on campus/in Canada Projected Time Commitment: 10 hours per week *Note that hours may change depending on level of activity
Finance In Finance, we focus on the overall financial sustainability of the organization. Our team Leader is focused on working with the VP of Finance to understand the process of our record keeping, operational budgets and sponsorship proposals. Our team members are focused on sales & fundraising for the organization, creating financial partnerships to help boost our non-operational revenue.

Positions Available TEAM MEMBER (Sales and Sponsorship) • Creation of partnerships and initiatives both on and off the campus to maximize funding. • Managing client accounts, referrals and prospect follow-ups to ensure funding success. • Collaborating with Sales & Business Development to utilize program clients for funding. • Promoting AIESEC at on campus events to raise awareness. • Attending team meetings, group socials, and general assemblies. • Participating in the activities of other portfolios

Talent Management Talent Management is responsible for coordinating AIESEC’s Team Member Program and its affiliates, including member development which focuses on the Member Education Cycle. Talent management is also in charge of tracking member development as well as event planning. Talent Management uses two main databases to run the program, Salesforce.com & EXPA, training is required on both platforms.

Positions Available TEAM MEMBER • Coordination of AIESEC recruitment projects for membership & exchange programs; including interviewing and screening of applicants, coordinating with the marketing department for promotion of events, and meeting standard targets. • Maintaining Salesforce.com records for membership and program participants including contact information, engagement and development. • Use EXPA for member development, program development and data management for AIESEC Windsor members. • Carrying out PDTs with the members and following up on their development by using Google Docs. • Coordination of monthly member meetings, utilized for training & development and general flow of information • Continuous collaboration with our Exchange department and Marketing department for creation of projects and events to develop the Exchange Programs. • Coordination of delegations for Conferences and National AIESEC Training Programs. • Have an understanding of the Member Education Cycle and the member levels. • Help motivate members through their development. • Promoting AIESEC at on campus events to raise awareness. • Attending team meetings, group socials, and general assemblies. • Participating in the activities of other portfolios Projected Time Commitment: 10 hours per week *Note that hours may change depending on level of activity
