international experience management In International Experience Management, we focus on the CORE programs of the organization. We control the Global Citizen Program & Global Talent Program. We work with students (including our own membership) to send them on an international leadership experience. We work closely with our clients to find them the right experience.

Marketing And Communications MarCom is the process of communicating the value of a product or service to customers, for the purpose of selling the product or service. It is a critical business function for attracting customers such as students, deans, faculty, and the general public. We are looking for two positions to ďŹ ll: Program Specialist and a graphic Designer.

- Attend weekly team meetings and monthly LC (general) meetings - Attend mandatory training sessions - Engage in Personal Development Talks with your direct team leader - Create, implement and track program speciďŹ c marketing campaigns through physical and virtual channels - Collaborate with Designers and other specialists to create a cohesive and aligned marketing strategy - Manage AIESEC’s online branding and promotion

- Attend weekly team meetings and monthly LC (general) meetings - Attend mandatory training sessions - Engage in Personal Development Talks with your direct team leader - Design all materials for recruitments and other marketing initiatives, aligned with national and branding guidelines - Capture and edit photo and video content for marketing materials - Collaborate with Designers and other specialists to create a cohesive and aligned marketing strategy

Projected time committment: 8-10hrs/week

human capital Human Capital is responsible for coordinating AIESEC’s Global Leader Program, including member development which focuses on the Member Education Cycle. The team purpose is to track and help train members and ensure each portfolio is performing efficiently and effectively.

Position: Portfolio Specialist Accountable to VP

- Attend Team Leader training with selected portfolio - Help train members of portfolio providing Talent Management concepts and practices - Track Key Performance Indicators for members of portfolio - Distribute One-on-One forms and ensure it’s completion - Track and ensure member development (Member Levels, Team Minimums) - Gather and analyze tracked data and discuss with portfolio - Attend meetings with Vice President - Attend monthly General Assemblies - Attend National/Regional Conferences (highly suggested)

Projected time committment: 10-12hrs/week
