How and when to use them: 1. MACs Step 1 – Help your contracting point of contact create a written Determination & Findings document which must be provided to the servicing agency Step 2 – Accept the pricing and terms which are established at the master contract level, because you won’t have much room to negotiate when it comes time to close the deal! Examples: OASIS, CS3, Connections II

How and when to use them: 2. GWACs Step 1 – Compete for a spot on the master schedule (awarded by the servicing agency) Step 2 – Pay attention to the opportunities database and bid on attractive task and delivery orders Examples: 8(a) Stars, Alliant 2, NASA SEWP
