Hey Key Clubbers! My name is Jennifer Roca and I am your Lieutenant Governor for the 2013-2014 Key Club Year! I am super excited to be working with all of you! Being a Lieutenant Governor has always been my dream, so now that I am in charge of all 10 clubs in Division 39 South I am ready to help you all in any way I can! I attend Venus High School in Venus, Texas. I am a Junior and about to be a Senior this upcoming school year! I enjoy being on the internet, looking at memes, reading, watching Phineas and Ferb and of course SLEEPING! Aside from Key Club, I am in Upward Bound Math and Science, National Honors Society, Band (Where I play the Saxophone) and am very involved at my church! Although I am in plenty of extra curricular activities, Key Club has always been and will always be my top priority! Goals for Division 39 South 1.) Have 100% of the clubs pay early bird dues 2.) Have clubs consistently reporting to District Secretary Usman Hyder! 3.) Have Clubs Participate in the District Project, Governors Project and the Divisional Project. 4.) Improve Divisional Unity as well as Division Spirit. 5.) Have more 39 South clubs in the Top 25. 6.) Have more clubs attend Fall Training Conference as well as District Convention. 7.) Have Division 39 South win the spirit stick at Fall Training Conference! 8.) Have our Division never lose sight of what Key Club is truly about! We will all serve our home, school and communities for the right reason!
DCON 2013 was held at the Sheraton Hotel in Dallas, Texas on April 4-7, 2013. It was an amazing experience! Division 39 South was represented very well! Congratulations to all of the clubs who came home with awards! I hope that more members will be in attendance from Division 39 South at the DCON 2014!

DCON is a event that we all look forward to, but there is only one event that I can think of that is better than DCON— That is ICON! This year ICON is in Washington, DC! Meet and become friends with Key Clubbers from all over the world, learn leadership skills, listen to a spectacular Key Note Speaker and have fun! If you are interested in ICON 2013 please contact me!
Division 39 South’s FIRST PCM!! Join us for fun in the sun! Our First PCM will have food, fun, as well as Key Club Updates that are important for your club! Meet other member’s and officer’s in our Division and make friends that will be your support group for the entire service year!
Who can come?: Everyone and Anyone in Key Club and Division 39 South! What will we do?: Choose our Divisional Mascot, Be updated on Everything Key Club, Meet Key Club Members and Have fun!!
