SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
SPONSORSHIP TERMS OF AGREEMENT Acceptance of sponsorship: A confirmation will be emailed to the sponsoring company upon receipt of the order form and payment. Bureau Telecommunicatie Post & Utiliteiten (BTP&U) reserves the right to reject any application for sponsorship. Limited license: The BTP&U grants the sponsor the limited license to use any of the artwork on the event site for the purpose of promoting the event and linking to the event site. Sponsor grants BTP&U a limited license to use sponsor’s logo in conference promotional material on the event site. Artwork and material: Logo, website, contact person information and phone number to be used in promotional materials must be sent to registration@burtel.an. Logo must be in vector, EPS or PDF format. JPEG, TIFF, PNG and BMP EPS (min. 300 dpi) are also acceptable. BTP&U reserves the right to determine the suitability of all material that does not meet its editorial or digital criteria. Sponsor is responsible for providing all information, digital artwork, and material to meet specifications. Miscellaneous: This agreement shall become effective on the date signed below and will remain in effect until all responsibilities set out are fulfilled. The parties acknowledge that they will use their best good faith efforts to negotiate and resolve subsequent issues that may arise from this agreement as a result of unforeseen occurrences and that may alter the conditions of this agreement.
