Expansion Update There continue to be changes and upgrades as we move forward on our progress with the building expansion. The final section of the wall facing University Way has been painted red and blue to match the rest of the new building. The east walls will be painted blue this summer. The school mascots will remain, although they are in need of some touch up work. The lights for the two new Jerrol’s signs have been installed. It looks great at night now. The more we complete, the more there seems to be done. Next on our list is patching the pavement for the entrances and C St. We also will be installing an irrigation system and planting grass around the sidewalks. On the inside, the registers have been relocated and the display area revamped. Jessica is reorganizing the Art Department and continues to expand the hobby & craft selections. There is more to come….
The sign over our entrance door in the lobby reads “We’ve Been Touched By Autism”
This doesn't just apply to me & my family, but to our entire Jerrol’s Team. For some of us, we are touched by Autism as parents, siblings or family members. For others, it is being on the Autism Spectrum themselves. For everyone else, it’s being a co-worker and a friend. Several recent articles in our local newspapers have highlighted some of the issues individuals and families work through each and every day here in Kittitas County. We are a small rural area with few of the options available in larger areas, such as Spokane or Seattle. Providers are limited and employment options are limited. Access to training and medical care often force people to travel to the Westside. At the same time we do have amazing resources like Sprit Therapeutic Riding Center, Trellis, Elmview, Entrust, Parent to Parent, our local school system, our local Developmental Disabilities Administration office, Special Olympics Swimming (and more), and all the people inside and outside of these organizations who have dedicated their careers to help us. Tuesday, April 28th, from 6pm to 8 pm, I will host the annual Autism in Our Community discussion in The Room at Jerrol’s. It will be focused on: life after school and the issues around employment; continuing education; personal supports; and housing. While we will focus on individuals on the spectrum, the topic really applies to anyone and any family with special needs who wants to know about the resources available after graduation. It is open to the public and I invite you to attend. -Rolf P.S. You can contact me any time at 509 925-9851 or 800 858-2427, my cell 509 899-0120, or email Rolf@Jerrols.com.

1. For each coaster cut the felt as instructed on the template. 2. Cut "seeds" out of a couple of your segments. Just fold segment in half and make a small snip on the fold to take out a triangular chunk. 3. Hot glue the pith (white, smaller circle) to the colored circle. 4. Now hot glue all 8 segments to the pith (my new favorite word!). 5. Make some lemonade, put your feet up and enjoy! You can reach Corrie at

Jerrol’s Business Journal April 2015 Do you know another business that might benefit from working with Jerrol’s for their office needs, just like you do? May we ask you a favor? Do you know someone that might appreciate all things you do about working with Jerrols for your office supply needs? If so, let us know who. You can just send an email to order@Jerrols.com or let us know the next time we see or talk with you. We will do all the hard work of contacting them to see if we are a good fit for them. The businesses that seem to benefit the most from working with us tend have three or more people working in the office who value their time and want to work on their business more than spending hours searching around to save a few pennies. Thanks!!!!!!
