Expansion Update The last of the outside paint is finally finished and the signs are up. All three new bathrooms are up and running and our old one, built in the 1950s, has been removed. The last of our two shipping containers is gone from the parking lot. Cars are lined up daily in the drive through—whew, the major construction has been completed and Winegars opened as planned at 6 a.m. Valentines Day! There are still 100s of things to do as we adjust our fixtures, registers, and traffic flow to the new configuration. Lots of cleaning up to do. Not to mention grass to plant and more painting this spring. Stay tuned, -Rolf

My daughter, Jordan, and her fiancé, Israel, were in town last month from their home base of Williston, North Dakota. They were working out some of the details of their October wedding to be held here in Ellensburg. One of which was “The Dress”. She and my wife, Michelle, headed off to Seattle to see what they could find. Apparently it didn’t take long. I had an email before noon of the picture. I am not normally much of print and share kinda guy when it comes to pictures, but I was passing this around to our Team in a matter of minutes.

I also never Facebook personally, but for the first time ever I actually thought about it. Good thing I didn’t! Turns out Israel isn’t suppose to see the dress until “The Day”. When I asked if I could use it here I received my first ever censorship from my family! After much complaining on my part we came up with the compromise of censoring most of the photo. You, too, will have to wait until the November edition of the newsletter to see an uncensored photo of it. I must say — in my completely unbiased opinion — they did a great job of finding the perfect dress. I guess the glow on Jordan’s face says it all. I had no idea that she and Israel were going to be so old fashioned about this wedding thing. Who would have thought two young “kids” would be such sticklers for tradition. It will be interesting to see what else I discover as the wedding day comes closer...

Let it dry completely, very important. You can use a hairdryer to speed up the process. 4. Next, take your water spritzer bottle and spray sparingly on back of image.
