COMMUNION OFFERING: HOUSING INITIATIVE This month's communion offering is for the Housing Initiative. Help us raise $35,000 for building materials to build a new home for the Brown family through Habitat for Humanity. You can give during Communion in the offering plates or text BUMCCOM and a dollar amount to 28950 (ex. BUMCCOM 50). If this is your first time giving through text, you will receive a text back with information on how to register.

In order to donate, you must: be at least 17 years old; weigh at least 110 pounds; be in good health; be cleared by the Red Cross to donate; and present a photo ID or your Red Cross donor card. BUMC FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

Apply by Sunday, April 15 Each year, the BUMC Foundation awards at least 5 $2,000 renewable scholarships to students who have been active in the life of our church. One will be awarded to a college senior who plans on graduate work, and at least 4 of the scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors. Apply online at www.bumc.net/Scholarship.
