LOVE IN DEED www.bumc.net/LoveInDeed Saturday, October 15, 9 am, locations vary Love in Deed is a new initiative to send our congregation on a day of service. More than 800 people will serve with Open Table Nashville, Thriftsmart, Rocketown, Stop Hunger Now and UMCOR in a variety of ways that impact our community. The goals of the projects are to empower 50 homeless people, impact 500 local youth, train 100 people in disaster response, and provide 100,000 meals and 20,000 pounds of clothes and household items.
