As a customer favorite, our 'journey shirting' should need no introduction. In collaboration with Thomas Mason, one of the best shirting mills in the world, we have exclusive designs and colors in the refined Supima® cotton cloth. The wrinkle-free finish helps your custom-made shirt look fresh all day and is easy to care for.

Our custom-made denim works back to every part of your wardrobe, in three distinctive washes for both at-the-office and off-the-clock moments in your life.

The rich color of the dark blue has subtle shadows and whiskers that truly captures the heritage of denim.

TRINITY

The medium wash has a luminous shade of blue with subtle whiskering inspired by vintage denim style.

PACIFIC

The faded light wash with subtle, shaded whiskering offers modern style with a nod to vintage workwear.

Loro Piana

From their storied mill at the foot of the Italian Alps, Loro Piana has made the finest fabrics in the world since the 1800s. We proudly continue our partnership with this acclaimed mill in our suiting fabrics for the new season.

Reda 1865

Since 1895, Tessuto di Sondrio has been producing exceptional cotton cloths from their Valtenesi Valley manufacturing headquarters in the foothills of the Italian alps, a stone's throw from St. Moritz in Switzerland. The refined cotton is known around the globe for being some of the most refined sportswear cloths used by luxury brands.

Bags and Leather Goods

Our Italian Bag Collection and all our Leather Goods are exclusively designed for the J.Hilburn wardrobe, with quality, style and functionality in mind. From weekend duffles to modern work bags and smaller pieces, such as wallets and card holders, custom-made belts and our footwear, all in exquisite Italian leather.

Albini Flex Texture

Albini has been refining knit fabrications for many seasons now. We are showcasing one of their premium knit fabric made in Italy. This tech handfeel is produced using a cotton, nylon and elastane blend designed for moisture wicking and breathability.

Tropical weave is synonymous with summer weight tailoring. Whilst the simple weave can be deceptively straight-forward, it becomes sophisticated and exceptional when interpreted by the Italian Mill Trabaldo Togna.

Linen Lux

Discover the cool, refined feel of lightweight linen, available in the easy-care performance fabric you love from our longstanding partnership with Thomas Mason.

Reda Flexo Wool

Reda Flexo is a pure stretch wool fabric by Reda that uses the premium ROICA™ V550 by Asahi Kasei yarn, a veritable innovation in sustainable elastic fibers. This smart stretch fabric combines Merino wool with a sustainable elastomer for reduced environmental impact. New Shades and Colors for the Spring 2023 Collection.

Canclini “Performante”

Easily translated into English as "performing," this collection from our Italian partner Cancilini is a customer favorite due to its soft knit construction, individual prints, and easy wear and care. Also available in knit styles, this truly modern and exclusive fabric provides an update to your custom made shirts

Upgrade to Casual.

Custom-made casual may not be the first thing you think of for made-to-measure clothing, but at J.Hilburn we pride ourselves on creating clothing for every aspect of your lifestyle.

We offer more than 11 categories of clothing, including denim, knits casual pants and everyday workout gear in tech fabrics. Through your Personal Stylist, you can build casual clothes exactly how you want them for just the way you wear them, always with the J.Hilburn promise of style and fit.

American Classic

This season, we are revealing a J.Hilburn casual fabric favorite for custommade chinos, 5-pockets, and shorts. We affectionately call this cotton stretch "Americano." A classic casual denim alternative, we are now offering this fabric in classic tones and new soft shades to coincide with the restorative mood of our Spring 2023 collection.

New Style Alert

Borrowing its fit from the jogger, our new custom-made pull-on pant is designed for comfort and urban style. The elasticated waist allows for needed comfort with an added secure drawstring. The pocket, monogramming options, gathered hem, and soft, elastic cuff reflects that unmistakeable jogger silhouette.

Active Pull-On Short

For the pool, the gym, or simply every day, our custom-made pull-on short is designed to make your most casual and active moments easy and comfortable. With built-in elastic waist construction and multiple personalization options, you can build your shorts exactly how you want them.

Performante

These exclusive printed fabrics from Cancilini, another of our Italian mill partners, are now available in knit styling for stylist spring layering. If you're always at the golf course, make it the perfect polo for your game - with wicking and breathability, the design of these tech fabrics borrow from athletic wear for a modern wardrobe.

Summer Freshness

Introducing a fine linen shirt from our partnership with Soktas, the Turkish mill founded in 1971. The Linen cloth is a classic lightweight weave that is perfect for summer.

A strong feature of Soktas is the process it maintains on its own plantation in Turkey. It is responsible for every element of the fabric – from growth, extraction, weaving, and distribution, contributing to an unbroken chain of manufacturing.

Italian Prints

Our partnership with the legendary Italian mill Ratti brings you exquisite, hand-created designs printed on the most modern of fabrics.

Summer Knits

We took some time to research what we feel is the best terry cloth we can find. Our new terry cloth is one of the lightest available in a cotton-poly blend offering breathability, lightness and stability. We are offering this new custom-made knit in 3 new colors: white, dune, and marine.

Bamboo Blend

This custom-made knit is blended with a fibrous form of bamboo into one of the most comfortable knits in your closet. The bamboo provides comfort qualities and spandex stretch for a knit you can wear all day. This bamboo blend is the perfect weight and drape - not too light or too heavy.

Caring Fabrics

One of our softest knits, this sandwashed pique features a Tencel structure combined with exceptional stretch properties. Tencel is a sustainable fiber made from eucalyptus trees known for its eco-friendly manufacturing process and soft drape.

Cottontime

Our favorite lightweight pant is back for summer in new colors ready for your custom-made cotton stretch shorts, 5-pockets and chinos.

Eco-Luxe

Our exclusive new plaid sportcoat cloth is made entirely from the bamboo plant cellulose, which is harvested and turned into a sustainable fiber suitable for weaving.

This innovative Italian fabric makes a luxurious sportcoat with the luster and softness of silk. The 100% bamboo material is wrinkle resistant, hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, and biodegradable.
