ASSOCIATION
A New Season in Corte Bella It is that time of year again when Corte Bella residents enjoy the best climate of anywhere in the world. Those of you who escape the heat of the summer have already or will be returning to Corte Bella and I am seeing a lot of familiar faces again. The return of the approximately forty percent of the Corte Bella Mike Arrington, Corte Bella Country Club Association, Inc. General Manager population that retreat for the summer months indicate that Corte Bella is about to enter our “busy season again. Friends and neighbors reunite and faint voices are heard in the distance as the backyard happy hours and cocktail parties resume. The evening air is crisp once again and the days get shorter and shorter. The annual rye grass takes hold and presents itself in seas of brilliant green throughout the community. The community begins to decorate itself again for the upcoming holidays and the air is rife with festivity, generosity and charity. Committees are back to operating in full swing and the Board of Directors become very busy with the communities’ business

as all of the players regroup from a summer of traveling. The Corte Bella facilities are bursting at the seams with activity. We begin to plan our Annual Meeting of the members and the Annual Budget process is introduced to the residents. New summer improvements to facilities are seen for the first time by some. As the chief representative of your Corte Bella staff, let me say just how happy we all are to see everyone return home and how happy it makes us to look forward to a new year and the opportunity to serve you in every aspect of the Corte Bella lifestyle. I think it is apparent that we all love working for you and with you. The Corte Bella team is truly great and that is reflected in the unique personality of Corte Bella. If you would like to be a part of this partnership and join the team as a volunteer in support of the new and improved lifestyle or serve on one of the many important committees that serve all of Corte Bella, please contact me directly at Michael.Arrington@ fsresidential.com. Or, just stop by my office. I always like to take a moment whenever I can to thank and acknowledge all of the wonderful volunteers that dedicate time and effort to the community. Corte Bella is going places and it is wonderful. We wish you the best and look forward to renewing old friendships and a chance to take care of you with whatever you need. It is always our great pleasure to serve you.
Board Talk
On a regular basis, I meet with residents regarding issues they feel need attention. Most of the time, I discuss these matters with our General Manager, Mike Arrington, whose job is to address and resolve them. Every resident’s concerns and comments will be heard. Do not hesitate to contact me if there is something you want to discuss. Michael McVeigh, President, Board of Directors
Each time I do a community walk through, I observe with a critical eye for detail and ask myself if I would be happy if this was my business or our home. Mostly, the answer is a resounding “Yes!” However, it has become more and more clear to me that our beautiful community is almost 13 years old. Rest assured your investment in Corte Bella is in good hands thanks to the responsible, dedicated and knowledgeable volunteers who are taking care of business on your behalf. Except for major repairs such as streets, painting and granite replacement - things like outdoor furniture, cushions, web modernization, information technology (IT), sound systems, outdoor tables, pergolas and chairs, etc., are getting older. Fortunately, we have many tireless volunteers serving on committees and making recommendations to affect the much-needed improvements while being cognizant of the cost, expenditure and fiscal responsibility involved.
the large attendance. We have many new and exciting events to look forward to. This event will be held monthly – join Pam for coffee, cookies and activity updates. The Labor Day dinner dance was another example of residents coming together for an enjoyable evening. Thanks to Pam, Chef Dan, Fred, our wait staff, Larry Leighton and the Corte Bella volunteers for assuring its success. Five Board members recently attended an extremely well-timed training seminar on “Association Budgeting” presented by First Service. This was very helpful as we are currently in the process of preparing our annual budget proposal. All aspects of sound community financial management and areas of responsibility were covered. The Board is dependent upon and truly grateful for the diligence, dedication and talent of each volunteer involved in this laborious process, especially those with years of experience and expertise in this area – your help and advice is an immeasurable benefit to the entire Corte Bella community. The next Board workshop will be held on Wednesday, 10/19, at 9:00 am and the next Board meeting on Wednesday, 10/26, at 10:00 am. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Your thoughts, opinions and concerns are very important to me as your Board President. Contact me, at any time, at mmcveigh3@ cox.net/623-433-9921.

CULINARY
Fabulous Fall Cuisine
Fall is here and this classic German pot roast recipe is perfect for cooler weather. It is traditionally paired with braised red cabbage and German style noodles called spaetzle. The recipe for sauerbraten takes a few days for marinating the beef, but it is well worth the time. We serve this dish every Oktoberfest and is always a tremendous hit. Welcome back to all our returning residents. We look forward to seeing you at The Anacapa and all of our upcoming events. We have a lot planned this year, so be looking at the postings, calendars and Corte Bella times for all the activities. Enjoy!!!!! Executive Chef Dan Haywood Anacapa Restaurant
German Noodles - Spaetzle Recipe Ingredients: • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 1 teaspoon salt • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg • 2 large eggs • 1/4 cup milk • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
Method:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. In another mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the egg and milk mixture. Gradually draw in the flour from the sides and combine well; the dough should be smooth and thick. Let the dough rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Bring 3 quarts of salted water to a boil in a large pot, then reduce to a simmer. To form the spaetzle, hold a large holed colander or slotted spoon over the simmering water and push the dough through the holes with a spatula or spoon. Do this in batches so you don’t overcrowd the pot. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the spaetzle floats to the surface, stirring gently to prevent sticking. Dump the spaetzle into a colander and give it a quick rinse with cool water. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add the spaetzle; tossing to coat. Cook the spaetzle for 1 to 2 minutes to give the noodles some color, and then sprinkle with the chopped chives and season with salt and pepper before serving.
Beef Sauerbraten Recipe Ingredients: • 2 cups water • 1 cup cider vinegar • 1 cup red wine vinegar • 1 medium onion, chopped • 1 large carrot, chopped • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon kosher salt, additional for seasoning meat • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper • 2 bay leaves • 6 whole cloves • 12 juniper berries • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds • 1 (3 1/2 to 4-pound) bottom round • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil • 1/3 cup sugar • 18 dark old-fashioned gingersnaps (about 5 ounces), crushed • 1/2 cup seedless raisins, optional
Method:
In a large saucepan over high heat combine the water, cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, onion, carrot, salt, pepper, bay leaves, cloves, juniper, and mustard seeds. Cover and bring this to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Pat the bottom round dry and rub with vegetable oil and salt on all sides. Heat a large saute pan over high heat; add the meat and brown on all sides, approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side. When the marinade has cooled to a point where you can stick your finger in it and not be burned, place the meat in a non-reactive vessel and pour over the marinade. Place into the refrigerator for 3 days. If the meat is not completely submerged in the liquid, turn it over once a day. After 3 days of marinating, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Add the sugar to the meat and marinade, cover and place on the middle rack of the oven and cook until tender, approximately 4 hours. Remove the meat from the vessel and keep warm. Strain the liquid to remove the solids. Return the liquid to the pan and place over medium-high heat. Whisk in the gingersnaps and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh sieve to remove any lumps. Add the raisins if desired. Slice the meat and serve with the sauce

Keeping Corte Bella Breathtakingly Beautiful Chris McGee Did you ever receive a violation notice in the mail and were totally surprised? Did you think everything you did or allowed to happen on your property was within the guidelines only to find out it was not allowed? Over the next several months we will be highlighting some of the most frequent and troublesome issues that confront homeowners wanting to make changes to the outside of their homes. This month, we will feature the placement and replacement of trees. We hope these articles will facilitate your requests for changes and your compliance with the Guidelines to keep Corte Bella the community that attracted you to become a homeowner. There is one guiding principle you should always keep in mind when considering home improvements: Anything you change on the outside of your house, front, back or courtyard must be submitted for approval before work begins. In this regard, a review of the Design Guidelines will save you time and money. If you cannot find your copy of the Guidelines, you can reference them on the Corte Bella website under community documents. Regarding trees, many landscapers and retailers will say that you can plant anything anywhere you desire, and will tell you that any plant you are thinking about is a legal plant. Many times
this is not true. Here is what you can do. There is a published approved plant list, also found on the website, which lists all approved varieties of plants which can be used here. Of particular importance, there is a separate front yard tree list. Every yard at Corte Bella is required to have at least one of these trees in the front yard. If your current front yard tree (often called the 36 inch tree) is removed for any reason, it must be replaced with a tree variety from the approved front yard tree list. Palm trees are not on this list. You may have a palm tree in your front yard but it must be in addition to the one approved front yard tree. For your benefit, please check the list before allowing a large tree to be planted. This one quick check could save you time, trouble, and money. If you have any doubt please call the HOA office for assistance. Do not rely on a salesman or contractor for information. And remember, any new landscaping or landscaping changes must be submitted to the ARC for approval before starting work. Trees are of course not the only issue here at Corte Bella. Other topics, such as paint, variances, outside decorations, casitas, and more will be covered in future articles. Your Architecture Review Committee (ARC) is here to keep Corte Bella breathtakingly beautiful. We hope these articles will be of assistance to you as a homeowner when planning any future changes and additions to your property.

Ground Fault and Arc Fault Circuit Interrupters Steve DeBoer When our homes were built the electrical systems included Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) outlets which protect us from electrical shocks by monitoring for any imbalance between the hot and neutral terminals of outlet and tripping (shutting off) the circuit when an imbalance is sensed. According to the manufacturer these outlets are supposed to be tested every month to ensure they are working properly. Unfortunately, many people are only made aware of these outlets when they are tripped and need to be reset before they can go about their business. What people may not know is our homes are also equipped with Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (AFCI) breakers in our electrical panels. Unlike the GFCI outlets which protect us from shocks, these circuit breakers protect our homes from dangerous arc faults that could start electrical fires. According to the manufacturer these AFCI breakers should also be tested every month just like the GFCI’s.
Recently I was changing out an electrical switch in our casita which meant I needed to access the electrical panel. So I decided to test the two AFCI breakers in the panel. The first worked without any issues; however, the second malfunctioned with the switch stuck between the on and off positions. This led me to check the three AFCI breakers in the main panel. Again, the first worked without any issues but the second would not trip and the third made a buzzing sound followed by a loud pop and the smell of burnt electrical components. Not being sure if the problem was the breaker itself or a problem in the circuit, I had a licensed electrician check the system. As it turned out it was the circuit breakers; given three of the five were malfunctioning I thought it prudent to have all five replaced. The moral of the story is that our safety depends on regular testing and maintenance of the systems which were installed in our homes to keep us safe. If you are not comfortable checking these outlets and circuit breakers yourself I urge you to have them checked by a qualified individual or company.

CB Vets Logo Contest Donna Norton Creative design seems to be a core competency of our fellow residents, as the Corte Bella Vets logo contest received sixteen (16) different potential logo designs. We thank all who participated for their thoughtful and well-designed submissions. The sub-committee was challenged with picking three to present to the membership for a vote. One of the requirements was how easily it could be printed/embroidered onto a shirt, hat, jacket or stationary. The team found a logo that everyone liked with minor modification. Below find Tom Snively’s interview with the winner: Lynn Funk. One of the notable characteristics of Corte Bella is the large number of residents who have high-level skills in a wide variety of fields. Lynn Funk is one such person and I had the pleasure of interviewing her after she won the Corte Bella Vets logo contest. I sat down with her recently to ask her about this experience: Where did you live before coming to Corte Bella and what were your reasons for moving here? I’ve lived in Corte Bella since June 2014 and I lived in Sun City Grand for 13 years before that. I had customers who lived in Corte Bella and they loved it. They all said they liked the secure feeling of the community. I like to power walk early in the morning so I wanted some place where I felt more secure. I had visited here and it has a “little village” feel and it just seemed to fit me. I also found it easier to make friends. I had never participated in line dancing before and I probably wouldn’t have ever joined a club. I would have just kept working, working and working. How did you hear about the Corte Bella Vets logo contest and when did you decide to enter? I read the email about the contest and I went to the website and read the CB Vet’s mission statement and immediately ideas popped into my mind and I just started creating. I threw out the first idea that I had, but while I was working on the first idea other ideas started formulating. I finally decided upon a design with seven sides to represent the seven military services. I had numerous ideas but I didn’t know how many I could get done by July 31st. I had one more idea about a header for your website but that had nothing to do with the logo, so I dismissed it. What kind of process did you use to get started? Once I see documentation I start getting ideas. I used to build websites from people’s ideas of who they were and what they were about. I would get ideas in my mind and then they just start to flow. I use a professional version of Photoshop and it’s a very powerful tool with layers so that you can build and see what it’s going to look like. My first idea is not the end result; it’s just a starting point. It all starts with some concept for logos, websites, colors and then I try to build from that. When I get stuck, I just get up and walk away. Sometimes while power walking I get
Tom Snively, Chair of the Logo Committee, Lynn Funk, creator of the logo, and Dale Huffman, Treasurer
clarification of the ideas. Later I sit back down and continue. Rarely do I get it done in one session to create the end result. Have you done similar things? I concentrated on technology for seniors. I helped seniors with their computer questions. I also taught classes in Sun City West. I taught 22 computer classes. I also collected used computers for the Sun City West Veterans group. They had this program for kids that included the Voice of America (for high school kids) and Patriot’s Pen (for junior high and younger kids) and they were in desperate need of computers for the kids. So we began picking up used computers and cleaning them up for distribution to the kids. We donated 300 computers over a period of several years. I also worked with the Sun City West Foundation which had the Helping Hands logo and I developed it so that they could use it for their website. My daughters all have websites for their businesses so I created logos for them based on what they did. Also, there were two service men that were realtors and they wanted something with a military theme. One had been a paratrooper during WWII and I used an animation of a paratrooper and added some more things around it for real estate. The other Vet wanted something using an American flag theme. So logos have just been a part of the things that I’ve done in the past.

Continuing the Tradition of Giving, Caring and Sharing – The Salvation Army Angel Tree Dave and Linda Wright, HOA Volunteer Chairpersons The Corte Bella community has shown overwhelming generosity by providing Christmas gifts for many disadvantaged children in the Phoenix area over the past seven years. Once again Salvation Army Angel tags will be going on the special Christmas tree in the Fitness Center on Wednesday, November 16th. These tags will have a child’s name, age and a wish-list of gifts provided by that child. There will be 100 Angels on the tree. All donated gifts should be put under the Christmas tree, unwrapped, with the original Angel tag attached by December 16th. The Salvation Army will take care of wrapping and delivering the donated gifts to each child. As the HOA chairs for this effort, please note that your generosity is most appreciated by us and of course by the lucky children you are supporting and whose Christmas you are making special.
Of course we all want to help out during the Holiday Season, but be aware that the Salvation Army continues to aid the needy members of our community throughout the year. If you would like to help out, the Salvation Army will pick up household items you might like to donate. They will also accept donated items at their facility in Surprise. Remember too that the Salvation Army is always looking for volunteers. The address and phone number for the Salvation Army is provided below. May your holiday season be full of good memories with family and friends. Thank you all in advance for your help.

Corte Bella Vets Making a Difference One Person at a Time Larry Leighton The following article was written by Tom Brashears for the Arizona Republic/AZCentral. com. It appeared in the Community News section Aug. 31, 2016. The “Ernie” that Charlie refers to in the article is our own Ernie Harnett, a Corte Bella resident and a member of the Corte Bella Vets. Looking for a way to support your Arizona Veterans, see the Northwest Valley Connect organization. Charlie Finerson
Charlie Finerson is a Vietnam Veteran, having served his country in the Air Force for 20 years and retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. He lives alone in a Goodyear apartment complex, his five children scattered across the United States. He received a new hip recently and gets around pretty well, occasionally using the cane they gave him when he left the hospital.
but that benefit ran out, leaving me to find some alternatives. I dialed 211 one day and they referred me to Northwest Valley Connect. I called, talked to their volunteer dispatcher Mickey and my transportation problems were quickly behind me. Mickey has been so kind and helpful and keeps me posted about the status of my many requests,” added Charlie. “She is highly competent and talking to her is the highlight of my day!” “Mickey took down all my pertinent information and has been ‘connecting’ me to various transportation providers ever since,” says a grateful Charlie. “One of my favorites is Ernie, a Northwest Valley Connect volunteer driver, who takes me to my VA appointments. He’s also a retired Veteran and we like to chat about golf and other topics that we have in common. It’s always a delight to be with Ernie!” “It’s tough to live alone and not have transportation,” said Charlie. “It can be very isolating. But Northwest Valley Connect has relieved me of much of my anxiety, getting me where I need to go and that’s a wonderful thing. We are so lucky to have such a service here in the West Valley.”
“I have lots of doctors’ appointments and I don’t drive so transportation is my biggest challenge,” notes Charlie. “My insurance covered some initial rides to and from the Phoenix VA

Matthew Schmidt, US Coast Guard Veteran and former Helicopter Rescue Swimmer, opened the program with a sincere “Thank you” to the veterans of the Corte Bella organization and their service to our country. He also recognized our two World War II veterans (Hugo Tringali and Jay Finnell) with a special appreciation of their service. He
ASU has the largest veteran population in the nation with 5,500 veteran students either on campus or online. The mission of their organization is to provide resources to veterans as they transition from students to a career of their choice. The organization provides a place for people to meet, network, and learn about work/study opportunities on campus. They encourage the veterans to approach their new situation positively, with openness to self-leadership and achievement. When students commit to owning their futures and doing the hard work necessary to accomplish their goals, they feel empowered. Matt had a great deal of energy and enthusiasm for what they are doing; he has actively helped other universities set up equivalent organizations. This one is in its’ fifth year of active engagement on campus.

Traveling Man Allan Williams Chooses Corte Bella For Tennis Jerry Tinsley When you have lived all around the country, and tennis is your main avocation, you want to make sure the retirement community you select has an active and vibrant tennis program. Allan Williams, 83, and his wife, Kerran, have been retired for a number of years and have enjoyed traveling throughout the country while testing life, and tennis, in several different retirement communities. Allan (left) was director of transportation for the Omaha, Nebraska school district when he retired in 1996. He and Kerran, a retired school librarian, moved to beautiful Pecan Plantation, Texas 35 miles southwest of Fort Worth where they lived the good life of active retirement for eight years. They then decided to experience life in various retirement communities for six months at a time moving from Hot Springs Village, Arkansas; to Sun Village, Arizona; to The Villages, Florida; to Robson Ranch, Denton, Texas. After gaining all this expertise in retirement living, they chose to live near their daughter, Kim, in Evansville, Indiana for 10 years before settling in Corte Bella in July, 2015. A tennis player for
48 years, Allan plays with the Corte Bella early bird drop-in group on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. While many tennis players have had to put their rackets aside temporarily, or forever, due to surgeries or injuries, Allan has played consistently through the years without having any significant physical setbacks. The early bird tennis players who play with Allan describe his game, and his personality, as steady, consistent and reliable. He can hit a lot of balls back without needing a lot of power or speed. We all hope to be able to do that at 83. Allan was born in West Texas and reared on cotton farms in the Rio Grande Valley, but moved with his family to Elk City, Oklahoma in 9th grade. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1956. After teaching science a few years, he received his Master’s degree from Oklahoma University and went into education administration. He remains a Sooner football fan. He worked as a director of transportation in Oklahoma City and Omaha for 30 years. He started playing tennis with co-workers in Omaha when he was 35. Allan has enjoyed tennis in the many communities in which he and Kerran have lived, but none more than with the early birds of Corte Bella. He and Kerran recently celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary. They still enjoy traveling to visit their two daughters, Kim and Stacy, who now live in Crested Butte, Colorado and Austin, Texas respectively. They also have six grandchildren in various parts of the country.
Preparing for the Prime Season Debbie Parks-Dube October is the month that the Corte Bella golf course goes through its overseeding process. While many of you are not golfers, everybody enjoys the beauty that the golf course and common areas add to the community, and is most likely why you purchased a home here. Below is a summary of what goes on in the overseeding process all around the Valley to get the grass nice and green for the winter months. Bermuda grass is the staple for all golf courses in the Phoenix area in summer. It can take the desert’s hottest weather as long as it has sufficient water. During winter it is dormant, meaning that it turns yellow and appears dead. However, below the surface it is alive and waiting for next season’s warmer weather. Bermuda usually starts to slow down and go dormant in September and starts growing again in May.
This life cycle makes it ideal for golf courses because Bermuda does not have to be replanted each year. However, to keep golf courses vibrant and green during the winter months, Rye grass will be planted successfully over the dormant Bermuda. When high afternoon temperatures start to kill the winter grass, in May, the Bermuda grass takes over again. Bermuda grasses ability to spread out can be both a blessing and a curse. On one hand it will quickly fill in any damaged areas, but on the other hand it can spread into areas that it is not desired. The reason that brown patches sometimes appear are due to the grass becoming so thick that the leaves are only at the ends of the stalks, forming a sort of canopy. If allowed to grow taller than recommended, all the leaves get scalped off during mowing, leaving nothing but brown stalks. That is one of the problems that aerification can rectify, by thinning out and helping the roots grow deeper into the soil which promotes a longer more resilient root system. Continued on page 31
30 | CB Times | The Official Community Magazine of Corte Bella
Preparing for the Prime Season continued Rye is the most popular winter grass used in the Phoenix area. Rye grass will stay a lustrous dark green until the middle of May, before quickly dying off as temperatures approach 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The optimal time to overseed Bermuda with Rye is from early to middle October. Plant too early and the sun can bake the seedlings. Also, when the weather is still hot the Bermuda is still
growing and will compete with the Rye seedlings. Plant too late and germination is slow because the weather isn’t warm enough. So, there is a relatively small window of opportunity. This year the golf course will be closed for overseeding from October 3rd – October 20th and we will reopen on the 21st. The clubhouse will still be open to come in and grab a cup of coffee.
Corte Bella: Active “Adult” Community? Larry Fletcher We are not just an age restricted community. Meet nine year old, Delaney Herr, who makes Corte Bella her home base for golf instruction. Her teacher is Adam Espamer, Head Golf Professional at Corte Bella Golf Club. Mr. Espamer says, “Delaney is an enthusiastic student with excellent potential in the game of golf. Many of our members get a kick out of watching her smooth swing.” Delaney has been taking private golf lessons for over three years. She has already participated in several local tournaments and competed the last two years in the national Drive, Chip & Putt events sponsored by the PGA of America. In addition to Delaney’s love of golf, she is and has been an accomplished gymnast over the past three years. She practices four days a week, four hours per day and has travelled to many out of state competitions. At ages six and seven, Delaney placed 2nd and 1st runner up respectively in the Little Arizona Miss Pageant held in Scottsdale.
Delaney is in the 4th grade at Parkridge Middle School in Peoria where she also is a member of the Parkridge cross country team. Delaney lives in Peoria with her parents, George and Carrie Herr. She has three older brothers and an older sister. Delaney has a busy schedule and loves every minute of her many endeavors. Say “Hi” to Delaney when you see her on the practice range with Adam or in the grill enjoying her favorite chicken tenders. Watch for her name in the future in this wonderful game of golf

Pickleball Club Robin Mandell
Current membership: 155! All summer our Pickleball Courts were kept busy, especially on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. The lanai, misters, and umbrellas helped keep it a little cooler. Normally we play doubles, with four people on each court. But a small group has started playing singles - very difficult to cover the whole court yourself. Come on down Tuesday mornings to check it out or give it a try. There were even a few tournaments held. Corte Bella had two medal winners at a recent tournament in Prescott:
Gwen Miller and Dave Moore won mixed doubles GOLD Gordi Ramos and Dave Moore won mens’ doubles SILVER
The
Ladies In-house Spring Tournament Winners Speaking of tournaments, at the end of the spring season our club held a small internal tournament right here in Corte Bella for both men and women club members. It was a lot of fun, and we’ll repeat the event next spring. For a peak at the winners - see photos.
The club is putting together a full schedule of fun events for the upcoming season. Monday, October 24, at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 19, at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17, at 1:00 p.m. See you out on the courts!
Pick an Angel from the tree which will include the name and age of each child in need in the Phoenix area and a list of that child’s Christmas dream gifts!
