Save the Date – Corte Bella Vets Gala Fundraiser
The Corte Bella Vets are planning a Dinner & Dance Gala to be held in the social hall on Saturday, October 23, 2021. We will begin selling tickets in early September for this gala event. Tickets will be $50 ($15.00 per ticket will be tax deductible as a charitable donation). Your ticket will include a three-course plated dinner (Caesar Salad, choice of Chicken Marsala or Short Ribs both with Mushroom Sauce, garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal roasted vegetables, rolls and butter, and Lemon Pound Cake with Lemon Curd for desert, dancing, and a cash bar). Music will be provided by our very own DJ, Keith Fowler. In addition, the CB Vets will be selling 50/50 raffle and wine-pull tickets. Please be on the lookout for further information.
The Corte Bella Vets have become a terrific source of “hand up” help to Northwest Valley Vets that find themselves in need of assistance. We are truly fortunate to have both members and neighbors who continue to assist us in making a difference. The Corte Bella Vets recently presented donations from the proceeds of our Monte Carlo Virtual Fundraiser Event. Checks were presented to Soldier’s Best Friend, Horse Rhythm Foundation, and America’s Mighty Warriors, as pictured in this article.

Our first newly-formatted monthly social gathering on May 6th was very well received. We had over 40 members in attendance and gained 6 new members. Our July meeting will be held on the 1st with a short business meeting at 3:00 PM, followed by happy hour from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Our August social will be held on August 5 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and on every first Thursday of the month thereafter. As a reminder, membership is open to every Corte Bella Resident.
