ADJUSTABLE LAYERS
The client belongs to a society that divided human kind into two: the diseased, and the nondiseased. Biological warfare has forced mankind to quarantine those who were affected, on earth, and the non-affected, on the moon. The client was not affected. As an archeologist and arthistorian, he was sent down to earth in the year 2150. Required to wear a hazmat suit in all exterior environments, he struggles to juggle the task of constantly disinfecting. His home on earth is designed to make that life easier and ensuring his protection against the contaminated exterior.

The 1/8” size is much thinner than the 3/16” wood. The 1/8” one ended up being too flimsy, and to maintain the nice, rounded curve, the wood should be thicker.
Lasercut Trials
These clips could be a method of attaching the two ends of the booklet together
Chipboard tests The two tests study the difference in the sizes of empty spaces in the margins. The above test has a shorter distane to the margins than the one below. Since more wood is being carved out, it makes the whole surface more unstable and flimsy.
