ATLANTIC CITY ELECTRIC HARBOR BEACH PROJECT

• Procurement and Construction of a new 69/12kV indoor GIS substation including installation of 2.5 miles of overhead transmission and 3 miles of underground transmission ductbank in urban environment.

FIRST ENERGY

• T&D Material Management solutions aimed at efficiency and schedule adherence. Our embedded teams work directly with First Energy to provide Procurement Services, Inventory Control, Cost Tracking, Quality Assurance & Quality Control, complete Chain of Custody visibility, Yard Identification & turn-key Management, Material Kitting, and Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) Testing.

• Contractor of Choice for Relay and Apparatus Testing for First Energy including JCP&L

• Performed 100 projects at over 60 substations consisting of the installation of foundations, ductbanks and monopoles.

• Installed Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Pad and performed security upgrades at Salem & Hope Creek.

• Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Contract for On-Shore Civil and cable installation for Ocean Wind 1. Subcontractors included Black and Veatch, Riggs Distler, New River.

ATLANTIC SHORES

• Currently performing the early works engineering design for 12.5 miles of ductbank and an offshore drill for a wind farm off the coast of New Jersey.

SOLAR CONSTRUCTION

• Construction of 15 MW of solar power at various facilities throughout New Jersey.

EXELON / CONSTELLATION

• ISFSI construction, security upgrades, underground utility construction, facility modifications, and decommissioning operations.

GENERAL ELECTRIC – LINDEN VFT

• Design Build of a Variable Frequency Transformer (VFT) Facility work consisted of excavation, piles, foundations and site utilities for the VFT at the Bayway Facility.

CENTRAL UTILITY PLANTS

• Design Build of combined heating and cooling power plants at facilities across the state including Rutgers Cancer Institute, Montclair State University, Rutgers University, and Essex County Corrections.

BIO-GAS

• Design Build of Landfill Gas to Energy Plants at 5 landfill throughout New Jersey.

DATA CENTER EXPANSION

• Construction of a data center expansion with backup generation, chiller plant, and other redundant electrical upgrades.

ATLANTIC CITY THERMAL DISTRICT

• Design Build of various Steam and Chilled Water systems in Atlantic City to service the Casino industry.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

• State of New Jersey, Water, Sewer and Thermal Utilities, Public and Private Educational Facilities.

JINGOLI PSE&G Experience

PSE&G – NEWARK SWITCH EPC SUBSTATION PROJECT

• Center city Newark full substation rebuild. JINGOLI & JFC team was General Contractor executing full civil construction services and site control through phased approach. Scope included construction management, material management and logistics.

PSE&G – ROSELAND PLEASANT VALLEY (RPV)

• 51-mile Overhead Transmission (OHT) rebuild project replacing existing lattice towers with monopoles and uprated line from 138kV to 230kV. JINGOLI scope included Construction and Material Management. JINGOLI Team was responsible for material handling, logistics, construction coordination, construction planning, scheduling, road opening permits, site planning, inspection coordination, as well as cost mitigation and contractor control.

PSE&G – NORTHEAST GRID RELIABILITY

• Bulk Power System Upgrade included rebuild of 25 miles of OHT, 18 miles of Underground Telephone (UGT) and 12 substations. JINGOLI Scope started as Construction Management and grew to include Health and Safety Management, Testing and Commissioning, Procurement Support, Financial and Schedule reporting, Project Controls, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA & QC), Inventory Control and Management, Project Sequencing, Agency Reporting, Public Outreach, and Environmental Compliance.

PSE&G – METUCHEN-TRENTON-BURLINGTON

• JINGOLI contracted with PSE&G to perform material management and logistics. JINGOLI Power’s contract value is $19 Million. Material throughput was $200 Million.

PSE&G – NORTH CENTRAL RELIABILITY

• JINGOLI contracted with PSE&G to perform construction management and commissioning.

PSE&G – METER TESTING WITH JINGOLI ELECTRICAL TESTING

• JET Electrical Testing performed retirement testing and compliance testing for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) program including testing of over 1.6 million meters employing 25 local apprentices through IBEW LU 269.

ACE Harbor Beach project procured 18 Local Craft jobs and hired Professional Interns. Eight individuals transitioned to full time jobs.

The PSE&G Newark Switch project hired eight local individuals, transitioning three into Union Trades (Carpentry, Heavy Highway, and Electrical) and four into full-time, long-term career placements outside the union.

PSE&G Meter Program with JET Electrical Testing hired 25 Local International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and 269 Apprentices to help test over 1.6 million meters for the retirement testing and compliance testing for the AMI program.

The Camden Waterfront Redevelopment project hired 118 local individuals and awarded $22 million to local businesses.
