Context Even among the most digitally-up-to-date, the appeal of a physical calendar hanging in one’s home is unlikely to fade any time soon - not just because it offers a decorative function but also expresses interests, personality and identity, that the digital alternative lacks. “Plus, there are practical reasons as well as social reasons that you might stick with paper. Often it’s a useful way of organizing a family when not everyone’s on Google Calendar.”

Families are split, parents and children, between what organises them best. Why can’t there be a compromise, ensuring all family members use the same system?
Brief Create a calendar that works as both a physical object, as well as being stored digitally. Obviously as the software cannot be developed fully under time and cost constraints, the final outcome may just be proposed. Suggested Research

Existing calendar apps - Google Calendar, Apple’s IOS calendar etc.
Mostly family members, but also couples / friends that live together and share activities on calenders.
Augmented reality apps.
Tech savvy 15 - 50 year olds, with the older section of the audience happy to accept a change.
