Monaco Yacht Show to showcase over 100 super-yachts September 19-22 Port Hercules, 98011 Monaco Cedex Synonymous with the annual Grand Prix, the casinos and decadent living, the Monaco Yacht Show is a haven for those seeking superyachts. Held from the 19th to the 22nd of September, the yacht show will showcase some of the biggest and most luxurious superyachts in the world. A must attend event for builders, designers, brokers, equipment manufacturers, luxury goods firms and yacht buyers, over 250 companies are expected to display their offerings to an estimated visitors at the show. As well as admiring the boats’ aerodynamic curves from the exterior, visitors can climb aboard and sample life on one of this luxury, leatherupholstered pleasure cruisers. The only show worldwide exclusively devoted to superyachts,

the Monaco Yacht Show is the largest floating luxury yacht display in Europe of super and megayachts.

Luxury Events

The exhibitors include: 82 shipyards, 25 yacht brokers, 45 naval architects & interior designers, 196 equipment manufacturers, 73 luxury yacht service providers, 17 luxury brands, 13 yacht tender companies, 12 federations and 27 magazines. Also, the world’s top 15 customised super yacht builders will be at the show. Some of the key Super yacht Manufacturers at the show will be - Oceanco, Lurssen, Feadship, Azimut, Benetti, Dubois, Sunseeker, Ferretti and Alloy Yachts among others. For those looking beyond yachts private jets and helicopters, luxury goods and accessories are also available on demand. Other luxury events showcase all these luxury products that are connected to this ultimate lifestyle. For instance, BMW will present its new model, while Ulysse Nardin will launch the special “Monaco 2012” limited series of luxury watches and Opera Gallery (a reknowned art gallery) will present their pieces of art in the Upper Deck Lounge.

Superyacht Spectacle Starting off as a superyacht broker oriented show in 1991, the Monaco Yacht Show has evolved over the last 15 years to become one of the leading event of the international yachting industry. The show is patronised by His Royal Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco which has helped it in its growth over the years. In 2012, visitors can view over 100 super-yachts ranging from 25 to 90m in length and meet over 500 exhibitors ready to take on new requests for a customized superyacht. Top managers of leading international superyacht

companies will be there in person, making the yacht show an ideal place for building the dream yacht and networking. Also, the latest products, technologies and luxury services in yachting-related activities will be showcased to ensure that your superyacht remains in prime working condition.

The Changes Among the changes this year in the Monaco Yacht Show 2012, is the introduction of the Upper Deck Lounge. Designed by interior decorator Sabrina Monte-Carlo Deco in 28

collaboration with Italian designer Paola Lenti, Baccarat and Opera Gallery, the lounge will provide a range of new and refined services for the visitor. Within the lounge, reception areas allows executives of various companies to talk in confidentiality with clients. Before doing this it is worth getting in touch with one of the partners of the show to ensure that your experience at the Monaco Yacht Show is fruitful. Once business is done, clients can enjoy the restaurant menu that is available to them at the lounge. Clients also have the option of taking part in wine or champagne tasting if they so wish.
