A PRACTICAL WALK THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LEADERSHIP SESSION
PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS • An ideal room is built around having ~60 feet of at white painted walls - not necessarily a continuous wall - see images
• Where the walls are not WHITE/FLAT PAINTED then we bring in 8 feet x 4 feet FOAM CORE™ lightweight panels - see images
• These are put together by us during the preparation days - see images • Often we have to work around existing features in the room which we will safeguard with our walls to avoid any damage to these features - see images
• We work with the venue to make sure the boxes containing the panels are delivered to the loading bays/ post rooms. We typically identify someone to be on point for the materials to be accepted.
• The boxes can then be placed in the session room ahead of our arrival - time is precious at this point • To speed things up the session rooms would be cleared of furniture and chairs with the exception fo two chairs and tables for set up and once we are nished building the walls the chairs for the session itself can be brought in - see images

• The other key requirement is access to electricity and WiFi - we bring lights if the room is generally dark
