We are governed by a Board of Governors, whose members are appointed by the Board upon recommendation by the governance and organization committee. Membership comprises a diversity of gender, culture and geography with experience from both the business and academic worlds. Board members, with the exception of the Chair, are volunteers and receive no payment for their time or work on the Board.
