The Command G series of machines have been designed to provide exceptional machine performance and reliability within the smallest footprint possible. Designed in-house on the most advanced 3D solid modelling software and put through a rigorous Finite Element Analysis testing program, our machines are built to perform reliably and consistently throughout their working life. The Command G series was designed to offer the full package and to this end it has a fully integrated feed hopper with a 55 gallon capacity and a briquette exit conveyor as standard. At the heart of the machine is a heavy duty, high precision, single compression cylinder master structure which produces a level of strength and performance not seen elsewhere in this capacity class.

CommandWare The revolutionary CommandWare machine software system on the Command series briquetters, provides users with an easy to use and efficient interface system. The software offers a very logical approach to machine operation and fault finding. Featuring both automatic and manual modes, the user can quickly and easily move between function screens to vary machine positions and functions. The system has a range of smart functions which automatically sense and help optimise machine performance.

Material Compensation System (MCS) Adjusts for material changeover and works automatically with the ABLC system to ensure briquette length consistency with new materials.
Thermal Monitoring System (TMS) The controller monitors machine hydraulic operating temperatures and alerts the operator of a system overheating condition.
Remote diagnostics (Optional) Allows the tracking of machine activity and fault finding in real time.
Machine performance reporting (Optional) Provides a package of machine performance reports including alarm history, production rates and performance evaluation.
