The Command P series of machines have been designed for high volume applications providing heavy duty, reliable and efficient performance for a large variety of scrap materials. Setting the new benchmark for larger producers of scrap material, the Command P series offers a comprehensive capability to suit a wide range of applications. Designed in-house on the most advanced 3D solid modelling software and put through a rigorous Finite Element Analysis testing program, our machines are built to perform reliably and consistently throughout their working life. The Command P series offers a range of features including a range of interchangeable in-feed hoppers, an advanced sensory system to monitor machine performance and a range of automatic functions designed to ensure machine operation is as seamless as possible.

At the heart of the machine is a heavy duty, high precision, single compression cylinder master structure and platen system, which produces an extremely high level of machine strength and performance. Controlling the machine is the CommandWare system. This simple to use software system provides intuitive feedback, monitors briquette production, provides automatic briquette length compensation, allows remote diagnostics and offers a simple, interactive touch screen experience which aids improved machine handling. Return on investment is a key factor for all customers and machine capability and reliability are at the heart of this equation. P series Features High Precision Single Compression Cylinder Heavy duty single compression master structure ensures rigid and reliable performance. A heavy duty hardened steel compaction chamber also ensures durable performance.

Hydraulic System High quality Bosch Rexroth components ensure long term machine reliability.

FEA Tested Our Finite Element Analysis testing of machine design ensures maximum machine longevity and performance.

Touch Screen Interface The P series communicates via a 10� (25.4cm) touch screen interface which uses a state of the art Programmable Logic Controller system for seamless operation.

CommandWare The simple to use CommandWare system provides alarm feedback, monitors briquette production, provides automatic briquette length compensation, displays performance analysis and allows remote diagnostics.

Standard Feed Hopper The P series includes a standard sized external feed hopper, which can be configured for either side of the machine during the build stage.

Exit Conveyor The P series comes with a standard briquette exit conveyor to ensure continuous production.

P series Options Material Feed Hoppers A range of material feed hoppers and capacities are available to enable different levels of unmanned operation. Sizes of up to 4 cubic yards are available.

Shredders A range of shredders are available to pre process stringy chips ready for briquetting.

Remote Diagnostics Our systems are designed to allow the option of remote diagnostics, enabling customers to track machine performance remotely.

Conveyors A full range of conveyors are available to enable efficient chip and briquette movement.

Turnkey Systems Our specialized team offers a full system turnkey service which includes 3D system designs and return on investment analysis.

Coolant Filtration The reclamation and recycling of cutting fluids provides a valuable source of cost reduction while reducing the environmental impact of waste fluids.

CommandWare The revolutionary CommandWare machine software system on the Command series briquetters, provides users with an easy to use and efficient interface system. The software offers a very logical approach to machine operation and fault finding. Featuring both automatic and manual modes, the user can quickly and easily move between function screens to vary machine positions and functions. The system has a range of smart functions which automatically sense and help solve machine performance issues.

Compaction Status Graphics The onscreen graphics show the operator where the machine is positioned during the compaction process.

Hopper in-feed monitoring Constantly monitors the machine in feed conditions and makes adjustments to ensure a consistent inflow of chips.

Automatic briquette counter Allows the tracking of machine output to ensure an accurate estimate of material production weight.

Automatic Jam Detection System (AJDS) Intelligently senses a machine system jam, runs a recovery process and alerts the operator.

Automatic Briquette Length Compensation (ABLC) With its advanced, high-resolution linear transducer, the P series automatically senses and adjusts briquette lengths to ensure consistency.

Material Compensation System (MCS) Adjusts for material changeover and works automatically with the ABLC system to ensure briquette length consistency with new materials.

Thermal Monitoring System (TMS) Utilizing an analog temprature sensor unit, the controller can accurately monitor the hydraulic operating temprature and display the results on the CommandWare interface, alerting the operator of a potential overheating condition.

Remote diagnostics Allows the tracking of machine activity and fault finding in real time.

Machine performance reporting Provides a package of machine performance reports including alarm history, production rates and performance evaluation.
