Music therapists use sounds and music to help people with physical, mental, social and emotional difficulties. Through music, people can explore their personalities and experiences, communicate feelings, and develop their self-confidence.

After listening to music, people can feel relaxed, happy, sentimental, and active.

I think that it is very important, because we will feel more comfortable and encouraged to continue our activities.

Christmas Dinner In most of Ecuador, dinner is served just after midnight on December 24. This dinner is more celebrated than on the 25th. The menu, depending on the household economy, includes turkey, pork, ham. In the United States, 25 is celebrated more than Christmas Eve. For this reason, it is that afternoon when the special food is served. Generally, the main dish is a turkey or ham, accompanied by baked potatoes and some salads.

Gifts from Santa Claus and the Three Kings For Ecuador, there are two dates when children receive gifts. On the night of the 24th, in which the Child Jesus, they bring the toys that the children have requested through their letters. The other date represents the arrival of the Three Kings on January 6. For the United States, it is Santa Claus who visits their homes to leave them gifts overnight. Also, leave in the Christmas boots, which have been placed in the fireplaces or in some other part of the house, candies, cookies and small gifts.

Nativity scenes and Nativity scenes For Ecuador, representing the birth of the Child Jesus is of great importance. For this reason, all homes, businesses and schools are exhibited at births, which include the Virgin Mary, Saint Joseph, shepherds, the Three Kings, sheep, the mule and the ox. The Child Jesus is only placed in the manger after midnight on December 24. In the United States, mangers are only displayed in churches or in the homes of religious people. In addition, in this country, when the Birth is placed, the Child Jesus is placed immediately, it is not expected until the 24th.

- Christmas Eve. - Eat turkey at Christmas. - Exchange of gifts for Christmas. - Decorative lights for the tree. - Give Christmas cards. - The sweet Christmas canes. - To assemble the Christmas tree. - Performing the Nativity or manger

 I think the world will be without plants, without animals, there will be no clean water, we are a plague for our planet and with it we kill ourselves.

 I think that if there will be many climatic changes, the earth warming up due to pollution, my contribution to the world would be to start recycling, reducing and reusing.

 My favorite animal is the Bengal tiger.

 Tigers are the largest members of the cat family and are famous for their power and strength. Bengal tigers, also called Indian tigers, live in India. They are the most numerous species of tiger and account for about half of the population of wild tigers. Tigers live alone and aggressively mark large territories with their scent to keep rivals away. They are powerful night hunters, capable of traveling many kilometers to find buffalo, deer, wild boar or other large mammals. Tigers use their characteristic fur to camouflage themselves. They patiently stalk and approach their victims with great stealth enough to attack them with a quick and lethal jump.

 If the Bengal tiger could speak, it would ask humanity to stop meddling in its habitat, to kill them for commercial purposes and they would remind us that they are extraordinary animals and in danger of extinction.

 My commitment is to make environmental awareness, recycling, reducing and reusing.

My personal diary How can you live and defend your rights in your closest environment? It is about living together in peace, having values and principles respecting the opinion of each citizen. The expression “defender of human rights” is used to describe the person who, individually or together with others, strives to promote or protect those rights.

- Why do you think that people do not know their rights and obligations from birth? Because they do not have knowledge or teaching, but as parents or schools grow, they teach them their rights and obligations, both at home and to the people around them so that they can gradually grasp ...

Read the following text: Good reasons for athletes to learn a new language The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education lists the following benefits of learning another language from an athlete’s point of view:

1. Understanding different cultures: A language tells us a lot about the way people who speak it think. When an athlete competes against people from different cultures, knowing their language is an important psychological advantage.

2. Being autonomous and resourceful: Big competitions don’t usually happen in one’s home city. Athletes must travel often and knowing the language may help them get around in unfamiliar places.

3. Improving location intelligence and increasing receptiveness: In sports, it is important to be able to predict and comprehend the logic of the game, the goals of the opponent, and respond fast. When athletes learn another language, they can become more aware of other ways of expressing things. These are just some of the multiple benefits of learning a language for athletes. Solidarity Solidarity is one of the most important values; it is the collaboration that is offered to another person without receiving anything in return. We need to know when to support other people or the group. In sport is vital this value, since teamwork prevails at all times.
