Week & Food: an key collaboration Fiera Milano has established an important collaboration with JRE EUROPE, the international association Jeunes Restaurateurs bringing together young Chef of proven talent and skills; present in 16 countries and recognized today by the culinary world as one of the most prestigious culinary associations. 20 chefs from 12 European countries will be involved in various initiatives to cook live and serve the public extraordinary preparations of Italian and international cuisine. A guarantee to enhance the products of our exhibitors.

Week & Food: events organised with JRE 5 stars hotel the young chef JRE will propose, in the refined frames of the best hotels in Milan, five stars aperitifs. A different and creative wine and gastronomic products in the most typical appointment in Milan: the aperitif time! Dazi of Arco della Pace in Milan every evening from 19 will be organised institutional evenings from selected public, or large open parties, to present the excellence of our exhibitors. Taste of Milan Event the young chef JRE will prepare tasting menu with a selection of the best international products, inside Taste of Milano. TuttoFood Night The JRE chef will take part also in the organization of the TuttoFood Night wich will take place ‌

Week & Food: gourmet area inside TF The project The JRE will also manage and organise an exhibition area inside TuttoFood 2017. This area will be dedicated to the suppliers of high range food products. It will be designed a central square where the young chef will cook the products of participating companies.
