Beetroot (raw) 1 medium Celery 1 stick Cucumber1/4 medium Golden Delicious apple 1 Coconut water 250ml Ice cubes 1 small handful
Juice the beetroot, celery, cucumber and apple. Add the juice to the blender with the coconut water and ice. Blend until ready and drink 30 minutes before or after your rebounding session.
